The machines had overflowing dripping pans and handles were sticky. Papers on the floor. The bathroom I can't even start describing it. Just a mess. I went and asked them if they could clean. If this was my business I would've been really upset that 3 people are there not doing much. Business owner deserve to have employees that work and do their jobs instead of just showing up and collecting a paycheck. This was the worst customer service I've ever encountered. We walked in, nobody greeted us. The ambiance was tense and customers looked visibly upset. Half of the machines were not working and all the counters were disgusting. We got to the register and the cashier was on the phone and explicitly said "If one more rich entitled person walks in here, I am going to lose my shit". She aggressively tapped on the metal balance where we would put our cups without saying a word to us and continues to speak on the phone. I was looking for a good vegan dessert and saw this place. They had multiple vegan options clearly labeled, and the flavors were pretty good. They have also a lot of topping options that are clearly labeled as gluten free/dairy free, which I appreciated. I've been frequenting this location for about 2 years. I used to come in several times a week after dinner and have always loved it. They used to have great workers and great frozen yogurt. The last two times I've been there, I noticed that something wasn't the same. There definitely has been a change in their product. Although this is supposed to be "soft serve" frozen yogurt, it almost had the consistency of a firm milkshake instead. We stopped by this place after visiting a few of the local Goodwill stores. This place is nestled in the busy restaurant blocks and we quite enjoyed our yogurts. It's hard to compete with the Dairy Queen around the corner though, but if you are looking for a healthier alternative, this is the place. This is especially true with my new favorite item on the menu ---the ACAI BOWLS--- there are a little on the pricier side at almost $10, but the portion is pretty good. The flavors are also really good. I got the tropical acai bowl which comes with dark chocolate, kiwi, strawberries, and coconut flakes. It was a great combination of flavors. As far as toppings, they DID have Nutella and liquid chocolate crunch, in addition to the fruit, candies, and syrups.
