They don't care about their consumers I went to their actual store and they were disgusting as well. I gave them two stars now I'm telling you not even that star is worth it the extra one I should say.

It was such a cute experience and definitely something I'd recommend if you're looking for a fun brunch or afternoon outing. The presentation was beautiful, everything felt thoughtfully put together, and there was a really nice variety of sweet and savory options. The atmosphere was lively and busy when we went, which honestly made sense once we tried everything you can tell this is a popular spot. I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was exceptionally slow, taking 25 minutes just to get our coffee and over an hour for a Cuban sandwich. Unfortunately, the food didn't impress either; it was quite underwhelming. To make matters worse, the attitude of the staff was less than friendly. The daughter of the owner or manager seemed to be there only because of her connections, and her demeanor reflected that. I left feeling frustrated, and honestly, if I knew my tip would contribute to her income, I would have considered asking for a refund. Given the limited dining options in Ossining, I'd much rather grab a bagel from the deli than return here. I hope they can improve their service and food quality in the future. read more

Truly one of the BEST breakfast/lunch places I have ever been to. I am very serious about food and appreciate quality. The food here is consistently fresh, delicious and the owner, Lisa is always extremely accommodating. The staff is friendly, professional and kind. Cannot think of a negative thing to say. I first became aware of City Limits when I saw the documentary of Vogue magazine's, André Leon Alley, who was a frequent customer at City Limits, before the pandemic of 2020 reeled it's ugly head. Somehow I knew, as a newly suburban transplant from Manhattan, it only made sense to visit the place that a worldly Vogue Stylist had dined as my diner destiny! City Limits is one of the most popular diners in Westchester County. You will always feel welcome here, the menu has the usual large array of typical diner menu choices, but with added flair. Every item is good, delicious and fresh. I really like a place that's always full of life, reliably consistent and welcome. We decided on the Veggie Buffalo "Wings" with a side of fries, the Grass-Fed Cheeseburger, the Mushroom "Cheesesteak," and Maine Mussels. Complimentary vegan banana bread started our meal. Every dish at our table was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented and full of flavor. Reasonable price, and the service was attentive, warm, genuinely welcoming, and patient.
