The final straw was the manager. Instead of actually fixing the completely botched seating arrangement, the manager told us there was nothing they could do unless they went over to a different dining party and asked them to take a high chair away from their child to give to ours. It was an absolutely absurd, deeply unprofessional suggestion. I cannot stress this enough: this establishment does not honor its reservations and is fundamentally not a child-friendly atmosphere. Save your family the frustration and spend your money somewhere that actually knows how to accommodate the guests they allow to book tables.

Our server was everything you want in a server: Friendly, Confident in making suggestions, Attentive without being pushy or annoying, and just an honestly great man who was so fun to chat with. We both just had mains: Husband had the seafood gumbo. Wow! So packed with flavor, and yes, the spice hit you on the back end, but SO yummy. Packed with seafood and sausage, rice that wasn't gummy, and I am sorry Tom Colicchio, the okra was delicious!
