There are signs outside by the parking "1 hour parking". What if it takes them 40 minutes before they realize you're NOT waiting for the Metro North train! Which has its own waiting area. Didn't know if I was supposed to order at the counter, where there were a few people floating around by the cash register, and they would bring it to me, or a waitperson would eventually show up. Part of the problem is they have two outdoor seat areas, a bar area, a bistro area, and a main dining room, that has to be covered. They also sell a lot of small items to people getting off at the Metro North train station. The portions are smaller than expected. The steak sandwich comes with fries, but some pickles and coleslaw would be a nice addition; because there's not much meat in it. Even trying to settle the bill as a major operation. I definitely would not return.

One thing to note is the layout of the restaurant. It's right next to (and partially within) the arcade, so it can get very loud with lots of kids running around and yelling. I can definitely see the appeal for parents -- being able to eat and have a drink while keeping an eye on their kids is a big plus.
