I guess I'll be bruise in the banana. Paid $40 to attend their gingerbread house decorating event. Ridiculous. House was clearly pre-bought and assembled. It included very little candy that came in individual snack-sized baggies. The response when we asked for more? 'Someone will come and speak to you' well, no one did. I sent a private email which has yet to garner a response. Really soured our family on the place. We won't return. The owner(s) should take better care that they have the ability to run a successful event-this was a total bust. read more

We are visitors to the area and the service here was just very cold and disappointing. My friends and I went in to order food to go and they were quite busy. We decided to step outside to wait for our order since the outside dining area was empty and eventually we sat down to wait since the order was taking a while. The female server taking our card was pretty curt and not friendly. They passed our food with a "Here you go" and turned around immediately... we walked back to our car and realized there was no napkins packaged in our to go or ketchup for our fries. No utensils as well. I understand that we are not offered the same attention since we are just getting to-go but I don't feel like we were treated with care or kindness. If we're in the area again, I would not recommend this spot to any of my friends. read more

Went here for my parents' birthday brunch. It was cozy and lively; the food and drinks were good and we had a fun time! The wait time was relatively short for how busy they were and the staff were friendly and helpful. read more

I've been here several times and the setting, decor, and menu are always absolutely pristine and appealing. Great menu creativity and ample parking in the side lot. Ossining used to have a lame dining out scene; places like this have changed that. More of a lunch place than dinner to my sensibility but I'm open minded for something later soon- I have confidence they'll deliver on the same experience. read more

Hands-down one of the best brunches in Westchester! Their regular menu has a variety of creative and delicious options, but they also have an ever-changing specials menu that always gets me excited because I know whatever I order will be fantastic! Every meal we've tried has been absolutely delicious. Food portions are perfect and you leave completely satisfied. You can taste the care and attention they put into making every aspect of your meal. All ingredients are fresh, everything is made from scratch and even the visual preparation is appreciated. Not only is the food top-notch, but the staff and owners are so hospitable, accommodating, and welcoming! They really go out of their way to make sure you feel well taken care of and leave satisfied. We drive about a half hour out of our way to come here, but it's always been worth it! read more

Came here for brunch on a Sunday and it was great! The bagel sandwich was indeed tasty and a nice size. I had a Meetup group of six and appreciated being able to reserve a table an hour ahead of time. I also liked the loyalty punch card they gave us and my group enjoyed their food too. We will definitely be back! read more

This is the cutest family-owned and operated restaurant! We've been here a few times for brunch and everything we have gotten here has been SO good. You can't go wrong with the huevos rancheros, southern Benedict or any of the pancakes/waffles. The service is always great, especially Brianna :) They're also super dog friendly (with a free dog menu)! read more

Found this place on Yelp as we were from out of town for a wedding and didn't know the area. This place was great! The food was so fresh and tasty. The place was so new and clean. When I went to the ladies room you can see the kitchen while walking back and it looked spotless. The woman in there serving us, which I assume is the owner, was so friendly and personable. You could tell she really takes pride in the restaurant and it shows! If we're ever back in the area we will definitely make a stop here! read more

We gave this place another shot, and were glad that we did. The service was much improved this time. It wasn't perfect; we didn't get one of our sides and it took a bit to get the check. But the waitstaff was generally quite friendly and attentive and they were very accommodating of a fairly complicated order. The food was terrific. For a reasonably priced brunch spot, this place really goes above and beyond. High quality ingredients & everything seems to be made from scratch. The bacon on their hamburgers is lovely, thick-cut, and perfectly crispy. The gluten-free pancakes are light and fluffy and delicious. The chili scramble breakfast is fantastic. My wife raved about her omelette. read more

Homemade & very good. Welcoming & unpretentious. Only suggestion would be bigger mugs for coffee & lattes. The mugs were on the small side. And more options for nonfat or reduced fat milk. Frittata was tasty! read more

I was really excited to try this restaurant after the Wobble Cafe closed. Very cute decor, great atmosphere. The service was very slow. My husband order French toast, which I believed was $12 for three pieces of toast, no sides which seemed a bit steep for the portion. I had only a side of sausage and an english muffin. The food took over 30 min to arrive at our table and the sausages were small, manufactured and burnt. There was also a thin coating of egg remnants on each sausage. Overall we were disappointed and hungry, but willing to give it another try! read more

We visited The Tasty Table today for the first time based on it's Best of Westchester reviews . They definitely didn't disappoint!! Everything was spot on - call ahead seating , friendly and attentive staff (Matt was awesome ) and THE FOOD! The BBQ Benedict was to die for ( perfectly poached eggs) and the breakfast pizza was unique and delicious . This is hands down the best brunch in our area- a must frequent. If you're lucky like we were, the family grandpa will be passing out sweet treats ! read more

This was my first time at The Tasty Table and I can assure you it won't be my last! The decor is just right. The restaurant is spotless. The people who work there are friendly, fun, and so good at their jobs. Lisa made sure to stop by and say hello. THAT makes such a nice difference. AND WE HAVEN'T EVEN TALKED ABOUT THE FOOD YET!! I thoroughly enjoyed the divine Tasty Burger and crispy fries. Cooked to perfection. The tomato onion jam is THE perfect accompaniment to this deliciousness. The peanut butter and jelly brownie practically made me weep with gratitude at just how scrumptious it is. RUN. Do not walk, to this gem. Thanks for a magnificent lunch. I can't wait to come back.* * I went back and had the House BLT. It was stellar. My daughter had the Chicken Caprese Panini and there wasn't a morsel left on her plate. That day our server was Gloria. Everything about her was kind. read more

This place has very good customer service. The food was very fresh and the portions sizes I felt were perfect. My friends and I took a day trip to hike at Teatown Lake Trail. Afterwards, we wanted to grab a bite before heading back to the city. Searched for a local family-type brunch place. Found the Tasty Table nearby and it looked busy. Luckily, they got us a table after a short wait and it was a wonderful experience. Both the food and service were excellent and the owner and staff were on top of everything. Highly recommend. read more

Had another amazing brunch at Tasty Table! From the friendliest wait staff to a delicious flight of mimosas, the meal started out perfectly. All of the food was perfect: hot, fresh and delicious. The breakfast pizza with the cauliflower crust is still one of my favorites. Today we tried the chorizo breakfast tacos, lemon ricotta pancakes, Cuban sandwich and SW BBQ eggs Benedict. All of them were out of this world. Everyone needs to try this gem of a restaurant! read more

Really bizarre experience at this place. We did call ahead seating. As we walked into the restaurant the hostess was sitting outside talking to a table of diners. She said "be right with you" - okay, no problem, I guess. She probably sat outside talking for another 2 minutes. Then, when she came to the hostess stand, instead of addressing us, she answered the phone instead. Just sort of weird prioritizing, but again - okay, I guess. She then points to a table set for 5 and says - this is your table but the kitchen is just backed up at the moment. We said okay and she walked away. So, we sat at the table she had said was set for our call ahead. She then came up to us and said "maybe you didn't hear me, but the kitchen is backed up" to which all of us said - yes, we understand, but we'd like to at least just sit down (the restaurant is extremely small, there is nowhere to stand and wait without encroaching on other diners) To that she said, "that's fine but you're not going to get served" Very abrupt. EXTREMELY RUDE. In addition, the kitchen being backed up also means you will not have a server at all - no drinks ordered, no water even brought to the table for about 20 minutes. When water did (eventually) come, the cups were visibly dirty. The waitress assigned to us was very nice and thorough. Food was mediocre at best, drinks are gimmicky - nowhere near good enough to justify such a bizarre and rude seating experience. Skip this one. read more

Terrible Experience! If i could leave 0 stars instead of 1 i would have! Each time dining there, we were unable to order the food we wanted. I mentioned to the staff that I was once again disappointed that they were again out of what i wanted to order and than out came a very HOSTILE owner. She was RUDE, NASTY, AND DOES NOT DESERVE TO HAVE ANY FOLLOWING with what is already a limited menu. All things considered as I only expressed disappointment, I have never been spoken to like that ever before. My advice is that there are many tastier tables in our neighborhood where the customers are appreciated and the menu is complete. STAY AWAY!!!! read more
