My girlfriend and I stayed at the Grand Summit to celebrate our one-year anniversary, and after a long day, we wandered into the Tap House right as they opened at 4 PM in search of food. While the kitchen wasn't open until 5, we grabbed seats at the bar--and we're so glad we did. We were greeted by Sarah, our bartender for the evening, who made incredible drinks--her espresso martini and lemon drop were next-level. When we mentioned some frustration with our hotel booking, her husband Brian (also on staff) overheard and went above and beyond to help make things right. The two of them were a fantastic team, and their kindness really turned our weekend around. Once the kitchen opened, the food didn't disappoint. The onion rings with cheese sauce were chef's kiss--we literally said they were "10 stars." The margarita pizza was delicious and generous enough for leftovers the next day. If you're in the area, definitely make a stop at the Tap House. And do yourself a favor--order one of Sarah's signature drinks. You won't regret it read more

I usually don't have high expectations for a hotel restaurant, but this may have been a anomaly. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was super friendly and chatted with us when appropriate. I had a Cesar salad to start, and it was one of the best I have had. Perfect dressing with enough to keep me happy, homemade croutons a plus. Wife had a popover with maple butter which was also excellent. We then shared a pepperoni pizza. It was good, but average. So if you're staying at Grand Summit hotel do not overlook their restaurant. Location is great, right in downtown Conway. Parking always tough around there. The restaurant and bar is small. Ambience is a bit dark and drab. Beer was very good. Food was ok. Friends enjoyed their sandwiches. Chicken wings have potential if they are cooked longer. The skin was very chewy still. I would try it again. read more

We have been to this restaurant several times with mixed results, but there is a fabulous new chef and the food tonight was absolutely fantastic. We had delicious pulled pork sandwiches, amazing lollipop lamb chops, and cheese tortellini in cream sauce with chicken that was very tasty. Desserts were equally wonderful. Service was great and very accommodating. Not an exaggeration to say that this was one of the best meals I've had in the area in a long time. Go and keep this guy cooking at the Tap House! read more

Place has really upped their game since we were here a year ago. Definitely a more upscale menu than just dumping ski lodge type fare in a fryer. Had a great dinner last night with the family. We got there and have to wait to be seat.... We order a seafood chowder and a pizza.... The chowder was so spicy we couldn't finished and they got us a cheese pizza.... That we order a different pizza.... So they got the cheese pizza and added everything they can find and 15 minutes later they came back this this pizza. Not even know what pizza it was....
