Pretty big portions. The bread tastes homemade and the texture is well balanced. The sub is well made and comes with a pickle. I didn't take a great picture, the toppings are not showing well.

    Pretty light on the veggies.

Found this place well reviewed on Yelp and decided to stop by for subs tonight. We got the small and medium Italian subs, toasted. Overall subs were very good. Bread was excellent. The medium sub definitely has a good amount of meat on it, while the small has less but still reasonable. I was surprised at the lack of veggies on these subs though. The lettuce, tomato, and onion were pretty sparsely applied. Service was excellent with very nice people behind the counter, and the restaurant and tables were very clean. Ambiance was interesting with fun western decor and an old western on the TV. During our visit they had a preachy Christian radio station playing which was an interesting juxtaposition against the cowboy about to be hanged on TV. Overall, I think we'll be visiting again. Subs were good and maybe next time I'll press a bit for a few more veggies.

Delicious sub, fresh and quality Boar's Head meat, bread and toppings. Friendly service with a smile, even brought my order to my table. Very clean with a fun decor fitting the western character of the area. Chain sub shops are plentiful but really good mom & pop places are fantastic to find. I found my sub nirvana I think!

Clean place inside with polite staff serving Boars Head meat. The Italian sandwich was very good, with plenty of toppings and fresh bread. The meatball was good as well although I'm sure the meatballs aren't homemade. Reasonable pricing as well.

***LOCATION HAS MOVED*** Love love love the new location! Very spacious with the same great service! I do wish both the potato salad and the pasta salad didn't contain meat as a vegetarian option, but I understand their clientele may prefer it. Love their veggie sub and will definitely return again as they consistently have high quality produce and delicious bread!

Best sandwich place to go to when in AJ. The service is great. They have a new location. Bigger and modern. But same yummy sandwiches.

This sandwich was so good and they did not skimp on the amount of meat! I was in the mood for a good sandwich & this exceeded my expectations.

Best sub I've had in the valley hands down. Fresh bread and the way it's prepared is so good. You've made me a fan for sure.

I stopped here on my way out to golf in Gold Canyon for a quick sandwich. It was around 65 degrees outside but inside the store was even colder...I was shivering the whole time there...they must not have any heater. After reviewing the menu quickly (about 15 seconds), when I approached the cashier he asked 'Are you ready now?'. I found this pretty insulting as I was looking at the menu briefly with nobody behind me inline. What happened to 'How may I serve you today?' or at least a semi-friendly greeting? I ordered a Torpedo sub and got a water cup as they had a Pepsi machine (I much prefer Coke products) and no fresh-brewed Iced Tea (only Brisk out of the Pepsi machine). The sub came out quickly. I forgot to take a picture but it looked like a bread-only sandwich with a few lettuce strips hanging out. You could not see the meat or cheese without lifting off the bun. I'd say they are quite frugal with the meat, cheese and vegetables. However, the sandwich bread was excellent and the sub had good taste. Overall, the experiences was average to slightly sub-par. There's a lot of sandwich options around and I don't see myself coming back to this location any time soon.

I saw this location had some good seating to have 10 of us as a send off. The staff was incredibly friendly, and even offered extra chairs and help move tables if needed. What We Ordered: - German Potato Salad: My cousin ordered and really liked it. I'm not a fan of German potato salad, so I didn't enjoy the flavor. I'll stick to my potato salad. - Potato Salad: Pretty decent for a potato salad, but nothing standout for me. - Meatball Sub: My cousin and his son split this, and they said it was quite large. They wished it had more sauce, but still overall a decent meatball sub. - Caesar Salad + Chicken: I couldn't snap a photo before my cousin's girlfriend and his daughter tore into this. They seemed very pleased with the salad and at a glance, it looked pretty delicious. - Philly Cheesesteak: My dad said it was very good and ate the whole thing! - Roasted Veggie Wrap: My mom said it was nice, and veggies are refreshing on a hot summer day. It was wrapped well, and enjoyed the umami of the mushrooms and balsamic glaze. - Pastrami Reuben: I loved this sandwich! The pastrami was delicious, and I'm excited to have leftovers which is saying something. I'm not usually one to look forward to leftovers. - Turkey & Swiss Wrap: My auntie throughly enjoyed this, and said it was the perfect last meal in America before heading back to England. - Chef Salad: My auntie and I split this to have a bit of veg. Lovely salad with lots of ingredients that complimented each other well. - The American (Reuben-style): My cousin really enjoyed this sandwich and said it was quite large. Next time, she could easily split with me or her fiancée. - Cuban: My cousin's fiancée ordered this and said it's the best Cuban sandwich he's ever had! Quite high remarks. Honestly, I'm not sure I could pick a better place. Very friendly, quick service, and great eats. Definitely return to this location when in the area, and will recommend to family and friends.

One of the owners was actually working the register and she was very kind and honored our coupon without a blink of an eye. My husband got the turkey avocado that was delicious! And I got the four cheese original Melty. Which was also delicious, but both were very very rich. At our age (60+) we definitely could've shared one sandwich and been totally fine. It was all delicious and they had some fun dipping sauces. Like jalapeño jelly and chipotle mayo. Which were both very yummy too. We didn't get any sides because it's too close to dinner. But they had lots of options. If I got the cheese one in the future, I would absolutely get it with their tomato basil soup to dip in! But otherwise it was a little too rich all by itself.
