Need my decaf!! Why doesn't Panera have lemons for their iced tea??
Agnes K.

I love that Panera is everywhere.. im an avid iced tea drinker and love their monthly plan. The food is always fresh and delish easy to pick up something for lunch or dinner. They are Cerro convenient and the new in place to bring your laptop and work or something! The staff is very friendly and always accommodating. I'm sad that now the cups aren't solf serve anymore by the kiosks but I'm sure people were stealing even drinks and ruined it for everyone else. It's Also annoying that I need a code to gp to the rest room. Please get lemons for the iced tea and tea section. That's my only suggestion. Even if it's the real lemon packets.

Unmarked sticker. - A sandwich is wrapped in brown paper and features a green label from Panera Bread. The label lists hot sandwich options including toasted Italian, ciabatta cheesesteak, toasted frontega chicken, chicken bacon rancher, and other or modified options. The label also contains instructions for removing the sticker and a code for hot sandwiches.

Been going to location for a bit now to take home dinner after work. Food has been good. I used the drive through for the first time yesterday and I wish they would've marked the stickers on what's what. It's a hassle to hand out sandwhiches and we don't know who's is who's at home. Or I have to open and check and pass out the food. It would also be nice to see the sticker marked so I can check my order before leaving. Other than that we enjoy Panera from time to time!

Bowl of soup. Pretty pitiful small amount for $7.99. This store is the dirtiest of the Panera Breads I've ever been too.

I had the Bacon, Scrambled Egg & Tomato Wrap from Panera. The presentation was fine with the breakfast wrap open on one end in a brown packaging. It was alright. The wrap was a bit stiff. I didn't think it had as much flavor as it could have had. I did break it open to get a better view of the contents. The Bacon, Scrambled Egg & Tomato Wrap from Panera consisted of bacon, scrambled egg, grape tomatoes, lettuce greens, white cheddar, salt, and pepper in a Whole Grain Wrap. I had the mustard horseradish sauce on the side. I think I will try one of their other breakfast options the next time I have to pick something to eat from Panera. Though not the eggs. They had a musty smell like they were sitting in water or a closed container for a while. The yogurt tasted fine. Their breakfast fruit bowl is also good.

It was filled to where the pink arrows point to.

In this horrendous economy when you order a large bowl of soup, you expect to get a large bowl soup. Especially when it's almost $9.00!!. Unfortunately the photo doesn't match what you really get. NOT EVEN CLOSE.!! It barely filled a CUP of soup. So if it cost them $.50 and they're charging us nine $9.00 we should at least get a little bang for our buck. Come on Panera, you've upped your prices every year - do better!!!

Ordered chicken noodle soup- it was mostly liquid - I could count 3 small pieces of chicken and two spoonfuls of noodles- but I had to hunt for it in the cup

I haven't been to a Panera since I left Los Angeles 8 years ago so coming into one was really exciting for me. I had a terrible case of the flu so I was really looking for some homemade style soup and I remembered Panera had the best cure for the cold soup. I ordered broccoli and cheese soup with my ham and Gouda cheese sandwich. The soup was absolutely fantastic nice cooked bite size pieces of broccoli and the cheese base was super flavorful. My ham and cheese sandwich had nice ham to cheese ratio however where I was seriously disappointed was the spread that was put on the yummy bread it really killed the sandwich so terrible that next time I'll just ask for my sandwich dry. My boyfriend loved his avocado sandwich on white bread Panera has always had the best bread and soup so I'm not going to let terrible spread discourage me from coming back I know they have great salads so there's lots of other options. The customer service at this location is ok the poor kids however seem robotic working here so hopefully they're not overworked either way I'll try Panera again maybe just a different location here in PHX.

This is a very spacious Panera Bread with lots of seating and there's even a secluded little room in the back if you want to study, or if you are a large party you could put some tables together and meet here for your group. There's a plethora of self service kiosks in addition to the standard cashier counter. I opted for a pick two, with the chipotle chicken sandwich and the soup of the day, a cream of chicken with wild rice. It only took a few minutes to make. The sandwich was tasty, with a decent amount of sliced chicken, avocado, with just the right amount of sauce. The bread was lightly crisp and went well with the inner ingredients. The soup looked a bit congealed but had good flavor and had a lot of white rice and wild rice with a few pieces of chicken. I also indulged in some of their mini desserts, a selection of brownies, chocolate chip cookies, and macaroons. Out of all the sweets I enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies the most due to the inclusion of oats in the cookie which added some extra texture. The brownies were soft and fudgey and the macroons were delightful with a soft shredded coconut interior. The drink station has a wide variety of drinks, with Pepsi products, and if you're a diet Dr. Pepper fan they have this at the soda fountain for you to fill up on. As for iced teas, they got you covered in terms of variety, caffeine and sweetness level. I enjoyed the passion fruit papaya green tea and the plum lime hibiscus tea. The only negative about the soda fountain is that the diet Dr. Pepper spout was leaking and would drip ice cold water onto your hand while filling up. I wasn't expecting a hand rinse while getting a drink!

Good service, fantastic Salads, friendly people. I like the Soup and Salad Combo. I always order to go, but the inside dining is nice too.

The food was very bland. Nothing that we had could be called good. I can't think of a reason to go back.

Soup tasted a day old. I was the first one to order soup for the day. I will try again after 1030 to see the difference.

Ask the Community - Panera Bread

Do they have outlets at some of the tables? For someone that needs to plug in to work on their laptop while having breakfast?

Yes they do they are very popular for that reason with students and adults alike! I see a lot of people plugged in when i go in there.

Overall, really good food with a few things that kept it from being a full 5 stars…read more I had the steak fajitas -- the flavor and tenderness of the meat were honestly amazing. Only downside was they didn't come out sizzling like you'd expect, and the plate itself was just kind of... warm. That seemed to be a theme across the table. Not just mine, my boys' food also came out more lukewarm than hot, almost like there was a delay getting dishes out of the kitchen. Service-wise, our server was super sweet and friendly, but overall service was pretty slow. Food came out at different times instead of together, which added to that "something's off" feeling. That said, the food itself was really good: California chicken burritos (both my boys got them) -- warm, not hot, but they said the flavor was great. Maybe a little heavy on the avocado, but still good. Birria tacos, our friend loved them and the Consomé was solid. Hatch Chile Queso Fundido with corn chips was the standout. Chips were fresh and the dip had the perfect amount of spice. Definitely a must-order. Ceviche had fresh ingredients and really good flavor. So yeah, food quality is there for sure. Just wish it came out hot and a bit more consistently. If they tighten that up, this place is easily a 5-star spot. But I definitely did recommend this place to friends who live locally to try, it was honestly that good.

I orered the carnitas chiliquiles and coffee de olla with concha…read more The coffee was pretty good and the concha was fresh and soft. Now the chiliquiles, The carnitas did not taste like pork carnitas, there was no crispiness to the meat, it tasted bland and had a large amount of fat. Secondly, they are not served with rice and beans, and shockingly, avacado, but, you are charged $2.00 extra for a few slices of avacado. I have never had this dish anywhere that not come with avacado (Traditional Mexican) Another thing that aggrivates the hell out of me, I was finished with my meal, my wife was still eating, empty plates on the table and the server brings the credit card machine for payment, and stood there literally holding the card reader over the table. then after I tap my card, she was quick as hell to flip it around to the tip screen and literally held it 12" from my face. Please let customers, finish their meal and let their food begin to digest, AND, clean the dishes and silverware from the table before you seek payment. I really do not like feeling rushed. There needs to be more respect for customers, we are there to enjoy a meal, not to be treated like we are in line at a fast food joint.

Since opening, this location has been on my radar as I've both heard from locals in town and fellow…read moreYelpers that this place was great. This building seems to rotate businesses, and after trying, I really hope they remain in this location! Based on the crowd on a Wednesday night, and the lively atmosphere, I'm sure they will for years to come! MAJOR PROPS! My friend is celiac and they not just accommodated, but the manager came to speak with her who was also celiac. Hands down the BEST service in Apache Junction regarding dietary restrictions and allergies. What we ordered: - Pair of Prickly Pear Margarita: loved the sweet and slight tart flavor, definitely have another when I return. A great beverage to toast to life and catch up with a friend. - Southwest Chicken Salad (modifications to be gluten-free safe): my friend said it was delicious, and loved that she could eat with confidence after speaking with the manager - Sonoran Burger: they will only cook to medium - medium well due to a flattop, but it was still a tasty burger! Loved the toppings it came with, and a great flavor profile with those combination of ingredients. We both said we'd return and see each other once a month, so I may be back soon! Heck, plan to recommend to my dad and boyfriend as we always love supporting local.

Got bounced by a short, old, fat, bald guy (general manager? hall monitor? liquor-license…read morewhisperer?) who was clearly enjoying a personal renaissance of authority because I dared to possess half of a Dutch Bros iced coffee. This was after I explained to the absolutely lovely hostess that we were coming straight from church and hadn't had time to finish it, and she said it was fine. Apparently her authority only extended to the host stand and not to the Liquor License Enforcement Division of One Man. He came power‑strutting across the room like he'd just been alerted to a moonshine sting operation, and announced in his best I-take-myself-extremely-seriously voice: "I can't let you in here with that. We could lose our liquor license. I can't prove you don't have alcohol in it." First of all, calm down, Barney Fife. That's only if you KNOWINGLY allow alcohol to be brought in. That's not a gray area, that's literally the law. It's also a 25‑second Google, but I guess that was too much to ask during his heroic crusade against the Dutch Bros Cartel. By that logic, you should also be confiscating baby bottles, sippy cups, and Capri Suns before they bring down your entire establishment. Anyhow, yes...restaurants can have whatever policies they want. Fine. Cool. Love that for them. My issue is the tone. The delivery. The implication that we were about to reenact Prohibition-era bootlegging. Here we are: mid‑50s, with my 70‑year‑old mother‑in‑law, fresh from afternoon church at 1:00 p.m., sober as a church mouse (yes, I know I'm mixing metaphors), dressed in our Sunday best...and we're basically being treated like we're smuggling bathtub gin into a speakeasy. Sir. Please. The most dangerous thing we were carrying was iced coffee and a mild sense of optimism. So yeah...thanks but no thanks. We quietly left, caused no scene, didn't argue, didn't flip tables or quote statutes (cough, cough) A.R.S. § 4‑244, and headed to the BBQ place a half mile up the road. You know...the one that laughed when I asked if my "liquid plutonium" from Dutch Bros was going to get them shut down by the state. Unsurprisingly, the BBQ there was great! The atmosphere was relaxed. The live music was amazing. And no one felt the need to cosplay as a liquor enforcement officer on a power trip.
