I had an amazing experience with The Stretch Ninja. Kyna is incredible, her space has such a great, positive energy from the moment you walk in. Years ago I fell off a cliff and broke my left foot, and recently I've been dealing with a lot of tightness and pain in my leg and hips. Within minutes, Kyna noticed my left hip was sitting lower than my right and taking on most of the load. Through targeted stretching and using her machines, she was able to loosen everything up and start correcting the imbalance. I could feel a difference immediately walking out of her office. Since then, I've been back to hiking, hitting the gym, and doing yoga with noticeably better range of motion and flexibility, and best of all, no more leg pain. 10/10 recommend. Kyna and her stretch therapy are the recovery support my body never knew it needed. She's helped me multiple times, and after my second session, I understand the value of regular recovery with her. Oh my god I can not express how much I love Stretch Ninja. This review is also copied on google because I want to let everyone know how much I love this place. - My sister.has been seeing Kyna for quite sometime and she talked me into trying stretch therapy. I have a herniated disc in my lower back that causes me a great deal of pain. One of the discs is degenerating so if I lean forward the wrong way my back will slip and I will end up barely able to walk. Surgery is my only real option but only has a 40% success rate. Needless to say I don't like those odds. I am not able to walk very well and due to COVID the aqua aerobics that I was doing to stay fit and flexible are un available. I sit and work on a computer 8 hours a day so the muscles in my low back and hip tend to seize up and get stiff. the tighter ny muscles get the more often my back is pulled out of alignment. Prior to my first visit with Kyna I was having to visit my chiropractor at least once a week to get my back adjusted and at times I could barely walk at all.. My back even slipped while I was driving my car, when I leaned forward to turn up the AC,. I almost didn't make it out of my car when I got home. Since I first saw Kyna I have only visited my chiropractor once, a. couple of days after the first visit. I was totally surprised as I thought it would take more time to see results. I have been getting therapeutic massage a couple times a month to try and release the tensions but it really hasn't been that effective.. I just finished my first session with The Stretch Ninja and WOW! It was absolutely perfect. Kyna is so knowledgeable and extremely talented at her craft. I was nervous and excited about my session. I was a dance teacher in earlier years so I understand the importance of stretching but I also know that sometimes, it can hurt! lol! To make matter more nerve-racking, my husband as has several stretch sessions from a different therapist (unrelated to Kynas practice) and was almost in tears after each session. Walking into the session, you can instantly feel that the energy in the room is completely neutralized which was so relaxing. Kyna worked my muscles and stretched me along with using musical tones to help clear my energy and to help me release all the tension my body was holding for who knows how long! My stretch was fantastic. I was never in any pain (Unless I asked her to work a specific area extra hard) and the whole experience helped me release a lot of tension all over my body as well as mentally. I had the pleasure of receiving Fascial Stretch Therapy and more from Kyna Rosen, The Stretch Ninja recently. I had heard she was a pro but was unsure of what to expect, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Kyna is an excellent practitioner, a great listener, extremely helpful and very compassionate in all she offers. I had 2 surgeries last year, and have been in pain as my body continues to heal. I am much better off after spending time with Kyna. She has great knowledge of energy based healing, nutrition, and how our bodies work. ***Warning - Long yet informative review!*** A 13 year battle with obstructive sleep apnea led me to a miserable, dysfunctional, sedentary life. Surgery August 2020 to cure it. Apnea gone, body not happy soon thereafter! Going on 8 months of chronic knee and back pain/swelling/tightness/limited mobility. I've run the gamut of medical professionals, specialists, imaging, tests, treatments, injections, physical therapy, etc. and yet I still haven't received a diagnosis, definitive answers, nor relief. You can imagine my disappointment, confusion, and frustration. In searching online for other solutions, I stumbled upon The Stretch Ninja. During our phone call, Kyna provided me info on her credentials, methods, specialties, therapies, etc. She answered all my questions (I had A LOT!). She provided me additional info to research a technique she utilizes to better understand "what" she can do. THAT is what solidified my decision to book a session. I'm so happy I did! After she worked her "ninja magic" on me, my body (and mind) feel better, more open/mobile, with less cramped/pain/tightness than it has in months, in years! Even the knee swelling has begun to subside. Did she cure me? Of course not, but she certainly helped tremendously in so many ways!!! RELIEF!! My husband's "midlife crisis" consisted of deciding to run a CRAZY race called Imogene Pass Run, from Ouray, Colorado up and over to Telluride. I have been dealing with constant pain in my hips, back, neck and shoulders for years and have seen numerous doctors and therapists. While I'm still in the care of the doctors, a friend recommended I see Kyna Rosen to help supplement or compliment my treatments. WOW... is all I have to say about Kyna... and so glad I found her. In the one session I had with her, I felt more than just an near-instant relief, but I also experience a sense of calmness both physically and mentally that no other therapist had been able to do. Frankly, I didn't think it was possible to feel that much relief in such a short time... and the relief lasted for several days. But other than the physical relief, there was also a mental relief. In one word, I felt "centered" after my session with Kyna. As she ever-so-gently stretched my body, I could slowly feel my stress level go down and my breathing slowed down. For the first time in a very long time, I shut-out the world and focused on me and the wonderful feeling of my "forgotten muscles" being gently stretched, as to "wake" them up from hibernation. I know it all sounds odd.. but it's true. I think Kyna is called the "stretch ninja" because what she does everything so calmly, her gently stretching you is so stealth-like. The entire session was so calming and peaceful but in the end, "BAM"... you feel the relief you came in for. But outside of Kyna Rosen being a fascial stretch therapist, you can clearly tell that Kyna is not only a true professional but a person with a heart of gold. I will definitely be coming back. I've already told several friends and family members about Kyna and will be gifting a few sessions to some of my most stressed-out friends and a few friends who are competitive athletes.
