Wow! I went to PT for months for a shoulder issue. It got somewhat better but never fully healed. I had pain and limitation in my leg. After three days of mild lower back pain, I woke up one morning and the pain was gone. But when I tried to stand up. I literally could not walk, couldn't lie flat on my back, couldn't lie on my stomach at all without excruciating pain running from my back side all the way down my legs. I tried chiropractic and physical therapy, neither of which provided much help or relief. Crutches were too painful so I found myself in a wheelchair. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this one is most definitely worth writing. Went to a chiropractor, acupuncture even went as far as ordering my own MRI to see what could be causing the pain in my hamstrings and glutes muscles. My massage therapist recommended I see Lisa. Short Version: I tried chiropractic manipulation, acupuncture, dry needling, spinal injections, spinal decompression, and had two back surgeries in 8 months in 2018 - all to fix a "herniated disc" that caused excruciating sciatica. I have been seeing doctors for the past 4 years for the pain in my shoulder and back. It continued to get worse and I was just given medication, injections, physical therapy you name it. I told her my problem areas and concerns and she got right to work. Tested my hip alignments to narrow down my problem areas. She was able to find it right away. It happened to be a secondary pain area that she identified to be my main problem. 24 hours since I've seen her and I have had very little pain. I can't recommend Lisa enough. If you have chronic pain, injuries, etc. this is the place to come. I am a regular massage goer but if I have a "real" issue I will go to Lisa. In 30 minutes she will get at the root of the issue and reactivate the muscles that have stopped working correctly. I think of it as my yearly tune up. I hobbled into Lisa's office a few months ago assuming I'd never walk normally again. Bursitis reared its ugly head on my right hip and, after 2 months of physical therapy, they gave up on me.
