After only one session she told me that I was good to go and instructed me to do a few exercises at home every day for the next week. After three days of mild lower back pain, I woke up one morning and the pain was gone. But when I tried to stand up. I literally could not walk, couldn't lie flat on my back, couldn't lie on my stomach at all without excruciating pain running from my back side all the way down my legs. I tried chiropractic and physical therapy, neither of which provided much help or relief. Crutches were too painful so I found myself in a wheelchair. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but this one is most definitely worth writing.
