From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with care and compassion. I love this entire team!

Welcome to the hub of incompetence. My name is Chase Twillman, my Uncle is Secretary Mike Pompeo. I'd like to share my experience here, as I've concluded a full treatment plan with TLC. I can honestly say these people don't care about their patients. They are solely driven by taking ur money, with providing the least amount of service and hospitality possible! Essentially once they have your insurance, & don't have to rely on you paying every visit. After a miserable experience, I was bombarded with emails and phone calls to get you back in. Few years passed, & after suffering a shoulder dislocation, I set up another appointment two weeks in advance, thinking they might be under new management. I showed up within minutes of my appointment, and 30 minutes gone by with the receptionist only coming out from the back once. She notified doctor Sonya I was waiting to see her, patient after patient came in, all but one was complaining about how these people always make them wait in the lobby for ever. With one lady arguing with her mother, contemplating just walking into the back and interrupting the lounge session. After occupying the lobby for over an hour and half, the doctor finally comes out and apologizes because they made some mistake and probably double book. Despite pulling up my appointment on the computer, I was asked by the doctor to wait 30 min and they will see me. I waited 30 minutes, then the receptionist came out and asked me to wait an additional hour and half, at which point I walked out. I have never met a company more deserving of bankruptcy. We have to stop funding subpar business or they will never change! If you love your country, & have any respect for Pat Tillman or his family, I strongly urge you to avoid this establishment. read more

Dr Chris is really fantastic! This office really cares about your overall well being, and will help you achieve your best body! I went in for aches and pains, in my back and neck. After going over my X-Rays, and establishing a health plan, I have full confidence that I can be helped! They work with your insurance, and it's affordable, especially when you're taking about investing in your body, it's the only one you have, treat it well! read more

Dr. Chris and Dr. Sonja does a body good. Especially when I don't move and work like I used to! I've been coming to TLC for about 3 years now and have not looked back to my former self since. I was weak, stiff, and out of motion and range. Needless to say, I was not knowledgeable enough to understand what my body needed. Moreover, I've always had shoulder problems until I came to TLC where Dr. Bonin explained to me the good work he does to help me get back into doing what I love to do; CrossFit, running, etc. After a few months of coming on a weekly basis, I can attest I felt a difference in how my body functioned, but also my new found shoulders that stopped sounding like Rice Crispies. I tapered off to about once a month visits just for maintenance purposes. TLC also have on staff Mr. Don Wong, a kick your ass massage therapist. When I first met Don he flat out told me "I'm not here to make you feel good, I'm here to fix you". I thought he was joking until I went in for my first session. I whimpered and cried....just a little "wink", but I survived the brutality of deep tissue massage by Hands of Steel Wong! Till this day I still go back to receive my punishment, but I come out of there feeling superb and invigorated for the next workout! In the end, every time I walk into TLC is like walking into the Cheers bar; everybody knows your name minus the alcohol unfortunately. However, if your body is out of sorts, come give TLC a try! - Enjoy! read more

I had been weary to try chiropractic care again after bad experiences in the past but with little to no relief from medications/procedures with my medical doctors, I was looking at spine surgery next. I gave this place a shot and so glad I did. After my first adjustment I noticed my nerve pain significantly decreased. I've been feeling better and better after each visit and cancelled surgery. Staff are all friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend! read more

I've had issues with my neck and back for years. Finally, the discomfort got bad enough that I sought out chiropractors near me...this place popped up with high reviews, so I gave it a try. A)I'm impressed by the authentically friendly staff B) I'm more impressed with the attentiveness shown to my discomfort and that I'm not just nodded at and patted on the head C) Finally, I'm thrilled that I'm already doing things that just a few weeks ago made me wince in pain- like shifting my car and turning my head to talk. I'm so glad I found this place & the location is uber convenient. read more

I tend to get the same knot in my back for years, and it gets so bad that I can hardly move. I originally was going to just try The Joint when the nagging knot arrived last week, but then realized maybe I needed more in-depth care. A quick search landed me on Total Lifestyle Chiropractic. I went in not knowing what to expect, as I had never been to the chiropractor before. The girl at the front desk (Maria?) is so sweet and friendly. I had put in an appointment request very early that morning, and she called me within 2 minutes of opening to schedule me for a visit. Dr. Sonya was kind, caring, and knowledgable. She listened to my concerns, took a scan of my spine, and was able to give me a small adjustment that day to help with the pain. I went back in today for a follow-up visit and treatment plan, and again was delighted with the service I received. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sonya went over my results and treatment plan (without any "sales" pushing that I was worried about), and even gave me tips to try at home AND supplement ideas to take (the hippie in me LOVES that!). The pricing is honestly similar to what you would pay for a walk-in at most places, but they offer physical therapy as well - major bonus! I already booked my 2nd appointment for this week, and I am excited to see what Dr. Sonya and the rest of TLC can do for me! read more

Dr. Sonya is such a sweetheart and puts her heart into caring for her patients. She deserves more stars than 5. More like 5 x 1000

Thank you Dr. Chris and Dr. Sonja for all that you do. What a great team who genuinely care about their patients. From the moment you walk into the door you're well taken care of ...with a smile as well. They listen to your needs and know right what to do. Dr. Sonja can also help you with natural vitamin/mineral Supplements. Her recommendations not only helped myself but my son who had experienced digestive problems for many years. Her recommended enzymes helped him in a way no other product ever has. She has enlighten me on how many fillers were in my previous products as well. I walk in with discomfort and walk out feeling myself again. Try them and you'll know why they have such a following! I'm glad I did! read more

I'm so grateful that I was able to be seen by Dr. Bonin. Chris and the team we're honest and able to accommodate my schedule right away. You don't take your wellbeing seriously if you don't come in and see what these guys have to say. Thanks Chris and Tyler! read more

I've been seeing Dr. Bonin at TLC for just over 2 months now. He takes the time to ask questions about how I'm feeling and where I have issues before adjusting me. When he was out, Dr. Bladow took good care of me as well. The staff at TLC are so personable and professional. They make me feel at home and like my presence there is important to them. I am an active crossfit athlete and regular adjustments has really helped me with my performance in the gym. I am only sad that it took me so long to come see TLC after starting my crossfit program (18 months). Their care has been extremely beneficial to me. I highly recommend TLC!! read more

Total Lifestyle Chiropractic - Chiropractors Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I had the most horrible crick in my neck for more than a week and it was getting to where I couldn't even focus on my job because of the nagging pain. I work upstairs from this location and popped in yesterday to see if I could be seen. The receptionist was lovely and booked an appointment for me with Jared for a 30 minute massage this morning. Jared was incredibly nice and his massage relieved soooo much of my tension - I could almost feel the release immediately. 4 hours later and I barely even feel the knot in my neck. I couldn't be happier!!! I didn't have a lot of time this morning to review the package prices, but what I did see looked incredibly reasonable! I WILL be purchasing some 90 minute sessions with Jared in the very near future. read more

If you're hurting, this is the guy you need to see!!! Dr. Chris takes the time to get to the root cause of failure, gives you an accurate diagnosis and is a consummate pro at providing treatment techniques and rehabilitative recommendations. I work in a high intensity environment, and let's face it-- at my age I probably should be doing a lot of things a little more carefully..... So, it's really nice to know that the team at Total Lifestyle has got my back! My personal experiences of the level of care and compassion that I received when I was injured made me a customer for life. When I overexert and pay the price, I know where to go. Words cannot convey the gratitude I have for the kindness and proficiency exhibited at TLC. read more

We are very discriminating clients and scrutinize our professionals with a very deep dive. My wife found Dr. Sonya and TLC after a very thorough search-www.tlcscottsdale.com And what a great find this has been. Starting with Brianna and Brenda, our initial visit here was well received by these two special Staffers. A warm and caring welcome and explanation of the vast array of treatment modalities was wonderfully explained. The reviews for Dr. Sonya were already pretty amazing, yet once in her care, this genuine level of concern for her clients is so, so genuine. Her high level of E.Q.( emotional intelligence) is played out through her deep dive on your issues, concerns and goals for treatment and outcomes. Wonderful outcomes are always great and we are taking it slowly each week with Dr. Sonya. Quite frankly, this is playing so very well so we can stay active with little or no issues. Forgot to mention that Dr. Sonya earned a B.A. in Nutrition when she began her educational journey. When added into your conversation with her, you can truly achieve optimal outcomes knowing diet & nutrition are so very key to long term excellent health. TLC is a real find, yet check them out and see for yourself. p.s. And the have underground parking. Love this too! read more

I am usually down and out from not handling injuries well and being temporarily unable to do normal daily activities but when I leave his office I feel a peace of mind that no money can buy! Dr. Sonya is great! After nine years of football many years ago, a horrible car accident two years ago, and the general aging process, my back was giving me a regular dose of pain. Not being a fan of chiropractors, I was hesitant but willing to give it a try. Dr. Sonya was professional and thorough. After a few weeks my back was feeling much better. She and her staff are friendly and always helpful. Her front desk staff are engaging, funny, and personable, which makes the initial meeting during each visit fun and pleasant. I need to get back on the schedule because she helps and knows what she is doing. Dr. Sonya remembers little things about her patients which makes them feel important rather than just another person she needs to treat. She is just wonderful. read more

I would highly recommend Total Lifestyle Chiropractic. I recently severely strained my back and went in to see Dr. Chris Bonin based on a referal. Dr. Chris spent the initial visit listening to me talk about where I was hurting, then taking x-rays and providing an initial evaluation. On the next visit we reviewed the x-rays, which was very helpful as I better understood what was causing my pain, along with putting together a plan to help relieve my pain and better strengthen my back so it does not reoccur. Within a month I felt much better and continue to stretch and go through the exercises to help my back. The entire staff is very helpful and professional and I appreciate the level of care that they provided. read more
