Welcome to the hub of incompetence. My name is Chase Twillman, my Uncle is Secretary Mike Pompeo. I'd like to share my experience here, as I've concluded a full treatment plan with TLC. I can honestly say these people don't care about their patients. They are solely driven by taking ur money, with providing the least amount of service and hospitality possible! Essentially once they have your insurance, & don't have to rely on you paying every visit. After a miserable experience, I was bombarded with emails and phone calls to get you back in. Few years passed, & after suffering a shoulder dislocation, I set up another appointment two weeks in advance, thinking they might be under new management. I showed up within minutes of my appointment, and 30 minutes gone by with the receptionist only coming out from the back once. She notified doctor Sonya I was waiting to see her, patient after patient came in, all but one was complaining about how these people always make them wait in the lobby for ever. With one lady arguing with her mother, contemplating just walking into the back and interrupting the lounge session. After occupying the lobby for over an hour and half, the doctor finally comes out and apologizes because they made some mistake and probably double book. Despite pulling up my appointment on the computer, I was asked by the doctor to wait 30 min and they will see me. I waited 30 minutes, then the receptionist came out and asked me to wait an additional hour and half, at which point I walked out. I have never met a company more deserving of bankruptcy. We have to stop funding subpar business or they will never change! If you love your country, & have any respect for Pat Tillman or his family, I strongly urge you to avoid this establishment. read more

After going over my X-Rays, and establishing a health plan, I have full confidence that I can be helped! Dr. Chris and Dr. Sonja does a body good. Especially when I don't move and work like I used to! I've been coming to TLC for about 3 years now and have not looked back to my former self since. I was weak, stiff, and out of motion and range. Needless to say, I was not knowledgeable enough to understand what my body needed. Moreover, I've always had shoulder problems until I came to TLC where Dr. Bonin explained to me the good work he does to help me get back into doing what I love to do; CrossFit, running, etc. After a few months of coming on a weekly basis, I can attest I felt a difference in how my body functioned, but also my new found shoulders that stopped sounding like Rice Crispies. I tapered off to about once a month visits just for maintenance purposes. TLC also have on staff Mr. Don Wong, a kick your ass massage therapist. When I first met Don he flat out told me "I'm not here to make you feel good, I'm here to fix you". I thought he was joking until I went in for my first session. I whimpered and cried....just a little "wink", but I survived the brutality of deep tissue massage by Hands of Steel Wong! Till this day I still go back to receive my punishment, but I come out of there feeling superb and invigorated for the next workout! In the end, every time I walk into TLC is like walking into the Cheers bar; everybody knows your name minus the alcohol unfortunately. I had been weary to try chiropractic care again after bad experiences in the past but with little to no relief from medications/procedures with my medical doctors, I was looking at spine surgery next. I gave this place a shot and so glad I did. After my first adjustment I noticed my nerve pain significantly decreased. I've been feeling better and better after each visit and cancelled surgery. I tend to get the same knot in my back for years, and it gets so bad that I can hardly move. I originally was going to just try The Joint when the nagging knot arrived last week, but then realized maybe I needed more in-depth care. A quick search landed me on Total Lifestyle Chiropractic. I went in not knowing what to expect, as I had never been to the chiropractor before. The girl at the front desk (Maria?) is so sweet and friendly. I had put in an appointment request very early that morning, and she called me within 2 minutes of opening to schedule me for a visit. Dr. Sonya was kind, caring, and knowledgable. She listened to my concerns, took a scan of my spine, and was able to give me a small adjustment that day to help with the pain. I went back in today for a follow-up visit and treatment plan, and again was delighted with the service I received. Everyone in the office is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Sonya went over my results and treatment plan (without any "sales" pushing that I was worried about), and even gave me tips to try at home AND supplement ideas to take (the hippie in me LOVES that!). The pricing is honestly similar to what you would pay for a walk-in at most places, but they offer physical therapy as well - major bonus! I already booked my 2nd appointment for this week, and I am excited to see what Dr. Sonya and the rest of TLC can do for me! read more

Dr. Sonja can also help you with natural vitamin/mineral Supplements. Her recommendations not only helped myself but my son who had experienced digestive problems for many years. Her recommended enzymes helped him in a way no other product ever has. She has enlighten me on how many fillers were in my previous products as well. I've been seeing Dr. Bonin at TLC for just over 2 months now. He takes the time to ask questions about how I'm feeling and where I have issues before adjusting me. When he was out, Dr. Bladow took good care of me as well. The staff at TLC are so personable and professional. They make me feel at home and like my presence there is important to them. I am an active crossfit athlete and regular adjustments has really helped me with my performance in the gym. I had the most horrible crick in my neck for more than a week and it was getting to where I couldn't even focus on my job because of the nagging pain. I work upstairs from this location and popped in yesterday to see if I could be seen. The receptionist was lovely and booked an appointment for me with Jared for a 30 minute massage this morning. Jared was incredibly nice and his massage relieved soooo much of my tension - I could almost feel the release immediately. 4 hours later and I barely even feel the knot in my neck. I couldn't be happier!!! I didn't have a lot of time this morning to review the package prices, but what I did see looked incredibly reasonable! This chiropractor cracks me up. Don't worry about scheduling an appointment because they are super flexible and they'll make all the adjustments necessary. Don't be spineless, get up the nerve and come in. They may have a bone to pick with you, but everything will straighten out in the end. I had one of the best massages Ever from Rachel today. Although she did ask what was bothering me at our intake, I trusted her with my body and let her find my trouble zones. Which she did. She did amazing trigger point release and stretches. Her pressure was absolutely perfect. She made the right amount of time for every part of my body. I would highly recommend Total Lifestyle Chiropractic. I recently severely strained my back and went in to see Dr. Chris Bonin based on a referal. Dr. Chris spent the initial visit listening to me talk about where I was hurting, then taking x-rays and providing an initial evaluation. On the next visit we reviewed the x-rays, which was very helpful as I better understood what was causing my pain, along with putting together a plan to help relieve my pain and better strengthen my back so it does not reoccur. Within a month I felt much better and continue to stretch and go through the exercises to help my back.
