My latest purchase is for an Android TV box, as I am considering losing cable for streaming. The person was knowledgable about it and has been using the model in the store for a year that I had purchased today. Needless to say, he answered my question about performance nicely. Bad return policies…read more Bought an upgraded power supply and upgraded video card. I am very tech savvy. For the life of me the drivers would not install. The video card refused to work. There is no logical scenario I could come up with why it would not work. After several attempts I came to the conclusion that either my computer did not like that card, or the card did not like my computer. I took it back to the store. I had every intention to simply get my money back and purchase a new card in the store. Right away I was informed that there is a 10% restocking fee. It says nothing about this on the receipt.The person doing returns saw that I was about to lose it if they were going to try and steal $15 from me, when I hadn't even had the card for 24 hours. I didn't even want a different product, I wanted the same card. They've lost this customer for life.

Send us video of leakage, did that, their system could not handle 4K video. Went to the store in person, here look! the only option - call Samsung its a warranty issue. Went home called, they asked for pictures of machine and installation, determined, improper installation of draining pipe. Called back The Brick, ok will send you delivery driver to look at installation. WARNING: stay away from that store on anything that has any mechanical components - TV, washer, dryers, stove, fridges....... will see if this Delivery driver will be more knowledgeable then the delivery driver who installed it.
