They are the only non-food vendor. OK, the owners are South Asians, but still ... ??! There is no free WiFi but you can use the mall's WiFi. The store is wheelchair accessible. I experienced a hard time at this store for my ipad repairing. The guy gave me a good lesson which let me known this guy how to cheat you. First, he told me he has the battery to replace for my ipad. Second, promised to be sure can fix it if I can come next time. Finally, DID NOT fixed the issue and told me no battery to replace, and cutting the screen at camera and start button into small squares, damaged the screen film. Conclusion is the start button DOES NOT work. LET ME took to else stores.

This Apple store was huge with wonderful displays of products on the wall. All iPads, iPhones, Macs…read moreand watches were displayed on the table. All devices were powered on and available for testing/trying. The also had a huge presentation area. I saw a group getting training on how to use the iPhone. There were lots of customers in the store and equally well staffed Apple geniuses. One genius came and told me taking photos are not allowed in the store, even though there's no sign for it at the entrance or inside the store, and there are plenty photos that others have posted including Apple themselves !!!!

My $30 plan of Province-wide calling, free Caller ID, data and unlimited texting has performed well, service cuts out in basements or some businesses, but otherwise has filled my needs nicely. However, phone reliability has been a complete bust! I picked up a new LG G4 from the Fairview Mall kiosk for $499 plus tax on a $150 tab. The G4 is an impressive phone, excellent camera, wide amount of storage space and an outstanding screen. Sorry Wind that's cred it to LG, not you. The phone began to have a number of problems, overheating, rebooting on it's own, operating system unresponsive. Hard resets not working and the phone failing to download software updates from LG. It was sent out for repair, arrived 3 weeks later. I'd like to note that I was given an outdated flip phone so I could as their fine print says "continue to use my service." Well I don't know how I use data with an old relic flip phone, stuff we used 10-15 years ago. After the phone was repaired, it still has the same issues. Defective, lemon is what you could describe this phone. Wind refuses to replace this device despite the fact that this phone is still under the warranty period. They instead instruct that this phone needs to be sent out 3 times for repair for it to be deemed detective, downright ridiculous! I've lost all confidence in their warranty service and contacted the CCTS (Commissioner of Complaints for Telecommunications Services) who is now investigating. Wind Mobile proceeded to follow up with phone calls from the President's Office, but proved to be a waste of time. I've been given no assurances that this phone will work properly after repair and they refuse to replace this defective device. Failing to stand by customers, poor service, ridiculous things like cash grab charges for loaner phones when a person's phone is being repaired. Terrible! I sit here worried I'll be left on the hook for a $500 defective device and a very sour taste in my mouth. Buyer beware!
