I was after a somewhat obscure NiCad battery for an old RC car that I was giving to my nephew. Lots of staff available and I was served right away. It ended up costing me much less than the first option but the goodwill to me as a customer was priceless. They solved my problem and saved me money. I will be back and I will recommend it to friends. Thanks Guys!

Their website is GREAT - being able to transfer between stores and their extensive search and organization shows you everything they have an had have. The biggest problem I have is the instore organization, there's so much product it's all over the place - up high, down on the floor, underneath shelves, behind other items, in cases (display and cardboard) and literally leading out the front and back doors. That being said I love their selection, great reduced price toys, tons of new items and older collectibles at great prices. I've never left their store or booth without buying something.
