Specialties
Great Hobbies is a retail and mail order supplier of model-related hobby supplies, serving model builders since 1984. Although our focus is primarily radio-controlled models of all types, we also carry other lines of products such as plastic and die-cast models, model rockets, wooden ship models, control line, free flight, kites and neat toys.
We are Canada's largest radio control dealer and have four locations for walk-in trade; one in Edmonton, Alberta, two in Ontario, Mississauga and Ottawa, and one in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Please refer to our Contact Page for more information on locating our stores.
Our business has grown primarily by word of mouth through satisfied customers. Our philosophy is to build the business one step at a time so that our customers can remain satisfied with our service and that we maintain tight control over product and service as we grow. We intend to be around to serve you for many years to come.
