After a search on Google I found Sayal electronic had the part I needed! Checked the website, saw there was stock and which aisle and the next day I had a plan in place. There was plenty of parking outside and when you first enter this location it is filled with a variety of odds and ends but all good stuff. I found a lot of stuff here that I don't usually see anywhere else, and to be honest I was shocked how well organized everything was. Honestly though it was an "organized mess". You can find things easily but just the sheer amount of odds and ends makes it visually busy. I digress I was in and out in 30 minutes though I found my part in 2 minutes. Spent extra time exploring. I recommend checking the website first to see if they have what your looking for then of course head on in to explore.

Another week passes with no shipping and they had no interest in actually filling the order. They were slow to respond to my questions, didn't actually have the product in stock and didn't have the balls to admit it. They were quick to refund the order so that is something I guess. What a waste and pathetic excuse for a business.

The store also could use a cleaning as it is cluttered with toys and comics all over the place. Not in a good way, in a way that makes you not feel like browsing the aisles and just leaving instead. I was after a somewhat obscure NiCad battery for an old RC car that I was giving to my nephew. Lots of staff available and I was served right away. At first we determined that I might need a newer battery and charger (which was more expensive that I had planned) but one of the guys said 'let me try to find a NiCad for you' and he did. It ended up costing me much less than the first option but the goodwill to me as a customer was priceless. They solved my problem and saved me money. As soon as we came in, we were greeted and asked what we could be helped with. We were directed to the aisle we needed, and told to ask staff on the floor for any questions we had on the products. Sure enough, there were dozens of brands and models on the shelves. A floor staff came by and offered assistance. We asked what brands they personally preferred, and they gave their top 2 recommendations. We narrowed our choices, also noting that several models were on sale. In general, I've found their pricing highly competitive before as well. There were so many choices, it was a bit overwhelming to keep the features on them all straight. We easily located another staff passing by, and they answered questions about the models we had narrowed it down to. In total, we approached staff 3 times. They were honest and helpful. Even when we got to the checkouts, the staff asked whether we needed anything else, and mentioned a helpful tip about contacting the manufacturer to inquire about a replacement part for the previous headphones. (Turns out that the manufacturer could do that, and sent the replacement part in the mail free of charge.) We were carefully advised that they can't accept a return on the item if the box is opened, but not a problem with the receipt in the number of days specified otherwise. I also love that they're not in the mall and have ample parking in the plaza. I've never regretted shopping here, so I don't bother buying electronics anywhere else before coming here first.
