Oof always drove by this cafe and it looks so cute and SMALL! Definitely looked like a vibe and brunch always makes me happy no matter what mood i'm in. Once we arrived we got sat outside and had our fur pup on our lap while dining. They are a dog friendly cafe! I don't exactly remember what I got, it was either an omelet or the special spud ( I think it was the special spud) which was pretty good but I was super scared I was going to get a stomach ache. The potatoes and food was very very greasy. The plate was covered in grease, I feel like they could've at least wiped some of it up but it felt like a puddle in my meal. We overall thought the cafe was average and we never have talked about it ever since :/. Looking at other reviews, they also said their potatoes were drenched in oil.

I don't usually leave reviews, but this place honestly disappointed me. I'm embarrassed I even chose to wait and eat here before going somewhere better. I'll start with the one positive: the blueberry muffin was really good. Now the negatives. We ordered the tomato soup and it was extremely salty like overwhelming. We had to send it back. After that, I ordered a burrito with potatoes, and the portion of potatoes was really small (I even took a picture because it was that bad). It honestly made me frustrated. The burrito itself was just okay, nothing special. We also ordered a salad and it honestly sucked barely any dressing and not mixed properly. On top of that, our waitress had a dirty shirt with noticeable stains, which made the whole experience feel even less clean. To make things worse, they still tried to charge us for the soup even though we returned it, which felt really sneaky and unprofessional. The service was just okay at best they never offered refills for coffee or water. Overall, not a good experience.

This cafe is small but mighty. What it lacks in size is more than made up for by service and quality of the food. We found a table inside right away on a busy Saturday morning, and we were attended to promptly even though business was already booming. After we ordered our food, we didn't have to wait long for them to arrive either. The menu might not have exotic and sophisticated selection, but the food was prepared with skill and care. I ordered the Florentine, and I loved every bite. Mine didn't come with the famous hash brown, so I sampled some from my wife's plate. It was indeed delicious and crispy, but not overdone. Parking was interesting in this tiny shopping center, and it fills up quickly. Grab a spot if you're lucky.

Stopped by for a late breakfast and had a solid experience overall. We ordered the Corned Beef Hash N' Eggs, ABC Omelet, The Club, Biggie Small Burger, and a Michelada. The corned beef hash, ABC omelet, and the Biggie Small Burger were the standouts for me -- straightforward, good flavor, and portioned well. The place has a laid-back neighborhood feel. Staff was friendly without being over the top, and food came out at a good pace even though it was pretty busy. Seating is tight since the café is on the smaller side, but it works for what it is. If you're around the area and want an easy breakfast or lunch without anything too fussy, this is a solid option. I'd go back for those few dishes alone.

We accidentally stumbled upon the small cafe because they had outdoor seating so we could bring our dogs. What a happy surprise! The staff were all so nice and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. Fluffiest pancakes ever! The corn beef hash was sooo good. So happy to have found this cozy little local spot!

Finally decided to try a new breakfast spot as we've been eyeing it for quite some time. The day we went, there was a power outage, but the owner was there, explained the situation and offered us a couple muffins. We were already planning another day to give it a try, but where so impressed by the muffins, we decided to go back sooner rather than later. Visit #2 was a success! Seated right away indoors, service was fantastic and food was impressive. I really appreciate being checked on numerous times by multiple staff besides our waitress. We enjoyed our meal and also the cute indoor old diner feel with a modern twist. Give this small business a try. Weekends are great as the parking lot was pretty open.

First time coming here and LOVEDDD it. The food was delicious! I got the chili burger with no onions and my partner got the Naples sandwich. But one of the BEST parts was the service (which i rarely ever say). Our waitress Esperanza was so sweet, attentive, and definitely stood out from other servers I've had in the past. Will definitely be coming here again

One of my favorite places, Small Cafe makes my day with the friendly service and open seating. Its located in a strip mall with plenty of parking (if you come in the morning). Ordered a Chai latte with oat milk and blueberry muffin. Chai was great and so was the muffin. For an entree, i got the Santa Fe chicken salad. It Normally comes with chicken, tortilla strips, iceberg lettuce, black beans (on the menu but didn't come in the salad), corn, tomatoes, red onions, cilantro (also on the menu but didn't come in the salad), monterrey jack cheese, Avocado with BBQ ranch dressing. Tasted pretty good, not really my favorite but still worth trying. Last time I was here I got the Asian chicken salad and was very good that I would definitely get again but wasn't on the menu anymore .

Great Naples breakfast / lunch place. This restaurant has changed owners many times. Current owner doing an excellent job. We have been here several times in the recent months and very impressed with the new expanded menu. Breakfast is served during lunch hours. Wait for it ..they serve alcohol! Nice Bloody Mary on a Saturday morning (for Hubby not me!), nothing beats that! They kept their outdoor dining. Most patrons come by foot but there is some spots in the parking lot and street parking. Weekdays are easy for parking. Weekends a bit harder. Service is outstanding. More than one server checks in with you including the owner. So much attention you would think you were at a Michelin rated restaurant. Food is typical breakfast and lunch fare. Great selections of salads, sandwiches, and burgers. Fresh and tasty . They are very flexible. I changed out fries for a side salad.

We tried the Texas omelette and the country omelette, both of which were delicious. The hash browns were also tasty. The food truly lived up to the name of the place, Small Cafe. Our waitress provided exceptional service and had a wonderful energy about her. We will definitely be returning!

He was kind, polite, and carried himself with such warmth -- and yes, those curls were beautiful. He set the tone for the entire experience. Demetrius seated us, and our server Joe took great care of us. For starters, we ordered the wedge salad and the meatballs. Both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. For our entrées, we had the grilled salmon with bok choy and mashed potatoes, and the steak sandwich with French fries. Everything was delicious, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The ambience was wonderful. They have a full bar, and you can watch the chefs prepare dishes right from your table, which adds to the experience. I also appreciated seeing the general manager actively running food and engaging with guests -- leadership like that shows. Another thing that stood out was how clean and organized the restaurant stayed. The moment a table was vacated, it was cleared and reset within minutes. Everything looked spotless. There's so much on the menu that I want to come back and try. I highly recommend this place. And last but definitely not least -- thank you, Demetrius, for noticing my parking time had expired and getting me that extra 15 minutes. You saved me a ticket. You're a true gem. I'll be back to Saint & Second very soon.

The Bake Mac & Cheese is a must-order--the crunchy topping is easily the best part and gives it such a great texture. We also tried the Grilled Provoleta. It's a seared provolone with portobello mushrooms and pickled peppers; it doesn't have a typical "cheese pull," but the flavors are incredible and it feels surprisingly light for a cheese dish. It's been my go-to for 15+ years when I want good food, good vibes, and great ambiance with no trouble. to cut to the chase, we learned the restaurant is now under new [kitchen] management, and to be honest, i wonder if it's private equity in charge now, because literally no one with restaurant experience would've let what happened today happen. For mother's day, with my son and daughter in law having no strong feelings about how we celebrated, I made reservations here a month ago, with my mouth watering for their kobe sliders. We were seated at 1:15p. It was clear from the jump the disorganization for mothers day madness, but we were in good spirits and happy to endure longer than usual wait times. that's what happens when you go out for mother's day. and, my DIL is a server, so she knows what's up. I think our first clue that things were gonna go sideways is when it took till 15 minutes after we were seated to even get menus, waters sometime after that, and 15 minutes after THAT to finally have our order taken. we immediately ordered two drinks and two apps, about 30 minutes after being seated. Just to be clear on two points: we do not at all blame our server for what happened after this; he was clearly overwhelmed with a shitty management team and a too-large section; and, again, we walked in with the expectation that due to a holiday brunch, things would get crazy. So in light of that, I think it's important to just share the timeline: 1:15p seated 1:45p server comes by to take apps and beverage orders 1:55p waters finally delivered 2:10p beverages arrive (55 min after being seated) for ages, we watched others being seated around us (though we noted several tables around us remaining empty as the lobby stacked up with people with reservations waiting to be seated.) it was sometime between 1:35p and 1:50p that my daughter in law started saying that she felt like she should go put on an apron and help them out. she was sitting there telling me and my son how this should be going, and was going nuts watching things go absolutely sideways, telling us everything she could see going wrong and how she'd fix it. of note, at this point, my son and i were just thinking "this is how it goes," but once she explained how all this was going wrong, we were like yeah, wtf. skipping ahead: around 2:20p (more than an hour after we were seated - and note still without our apps!), our server came by for the first time in a minute to take our entree orders and subsequent drink orders. we put them in, and reminded him of our apps orders. he seemed stunned and said, 'oh, i haven't even checked on those, i'm sorry.' he explained what was going on behind the scenes, apologized, told us that two of our three were no longer being served, asked us for replacement orders. i told him, I guess i'll just stick to the calamari as a main, and my son literally told him, "bring me anything." in the meantime, the drinks weren't coming, so after 15 min, my son went to the bar directly and paid for a couple of beers and brought them back to the table within four minutes - so clearly the delay wasn't due to the bar. around 2:50p, my order of calamari finally came out. though the brussels we had also ordered at 1:45p were nowhere to be seen. the calamari was of course ice cold. at that point, i'd had enough. we had all been so patient - brunch/lunch service on mothers day sucks, but we'd been there for OVER 90 MINUTES. WITHOUT FOOD. i grabbed the plate of calamari, went up to the front, was like 'who can i talk to about this,' and they brought out the manager. BELIEVE ME WHEN I SAY that i am not a karen. even in this, i was polite. "look, i know you guys are in the weeds, but i've waited over an hour for one of the five things we ordered, have been now told two of the things we ordered are not being served, and this came out cold, with five orders still outstanding. please tell me how this will be addressed." at this point, we were still happy to give them the opportunity to correct. the manager looked at me with derision and said, 'i'll talk to someone' and waved me away. i dutifully went back to the table to wait. i mean, we were just hungry; none of us had eaten all day. at this point, we were still assuming all would be rectified, though honestly at that point, we were planning to demand comped lunch and just tip our beleaguered server. as we waited, my DIL called another restaurant who confirmed they had no wait, and we gave the staff 15 extra minutes to rectify, and after no one came by our table at all, much less with food, we all walked out, and everyone watched us do so and they didn't say shit. at least restaurant #2 took care of us, but damn.

One visit we waited over 40 minutes without being acknowledged, another time our order came out wrong, and another time the food arrived cold like it had been sitting for quite a while. Because of that, I honestly did not want to come back tonight. But I was craving a good steak, and after my husband suggested giving 908 another try, I reluctantly agreed. I noticed the filet mignon on the menu paired with broccolini and decided to go for it. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt completely different. The hostess was warm and welcoming and seated us immediately. A young man came over right away with waters and took our drink order, which already surprised us in the best way. Then Alex S came to our table, and he truly made the night exceptional. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. I mentioned that I didn't want a large piece of butter melting over the steak, and he happily accommodated that request. He even checked on the exact ounce size of the filet for me, which I appreciated. We ordered the Brussels sprouts appetizer, and honestly, they were the best Brussels sprouts we've ever had. Perfectly cooked, not drowning in sauce, and absolutely packed with flavor. My 8 oz filet mignon was cooked perfectly medium rare, exactly as ordered. The broccolini was crisp, fresh, and not overly oily. Everything tasted thoughtful, balanced, and worth every dollar. Most importantly, Alex S delivered spectacular service from start to finish. We were genuinely shocked to learn this was his first night shift because he handled the dining room with professionalism, warmth, and confidence far beyond what we expected. Thank you, Alex S, for completely changing our impression of 908. Tonight's experience was excellent, and for the first time, we are actually excited to come back. Thanks again, Jed Dornoff
