Yesterday, I needed a new pair of shoes and thought I'd check out The Shoe Palace. I found these shoes that I fell in love with. It was late, so she kicked everyone else out.
Today, I come back hoping to look up the model number of the shoes. As I was typing it in lady comes up to me and very rudely says I'm not allowed to do it, and that she was suspicious of me from the start because I came twice. These were $90 shoes, definitely not a rush purchase. She would not explain what she meant, since she was very vague and threatened to ban me from the store. When I responded "I hate you", she said I said that because she doesn't look like me, implying that I'm racist. She grabbed the shoe from me an treated me like a criminal (I think that might be bad for the shoes). She said nasty things to me (don't blame me for cursing her out after this). I think that she may have even been suspicious because I was wearing jeans instead of skirts like everyone else
She called the boss, who kindly explained that we are not allowed to look up the models of the shoes because he's scared people will buy the shoes off the internet (that's odd because that same lady allowed me to take a picture of the shoes yesterday).
