She explained what each sneaker I tried on has and what a slight difference between them. She was very patient which I like. I like how she allowed me to try on one of each (one on one foot and another pair on another) so I can figure what I would like best. Ultimately I went with the Hoka B because I found them to be REALLY comfortable and felt the cushion that these have would be great for my feet as I tend to be on my feet a lot with work and I like to go for walks. I also like how the lady answered any questions I had and even any questions my mom had (who came with me). I also like how she didn't try to upsell anything. Just overall I loved the customer service she provided and the value of the sneakers are great for the sneakers. You get amazing sneakers for a great price which I like as I'm more of a sneaker person (I'm not one to wear fancy shoes). The lady was also very friendly and very personable which I feel does go a long way. Just this experience alone I personally had makes me wanna come back in the future for any and all sneaker purchases.
