They have a $5, $10, and $15 dollar rack of clothes with random clothes to sort through and grab. They also offer embroidery - which I've had done for a friend overseas that's crazy about Manchester United. It's great quality embroidery (actual cloth, not iron-on stuff) and again at a very decent price. The owner and workers there are super friendly and very helpful. They aren't too expensive but aren't cheap too. They always keep their shelves stocked well and I personally haven't run into a situation not finding what I came in for. We have got table tennis bats, balls and few sports wears here and haven't had any complaints so far. Most of the time chains like these set a standard and only thing that can stick out like a sore thumb is customer service. This DICKs doesn't have that problem, luckily.

Small factory store within the Mills at Jersey Gardens Mall. They have great customer service there…read moreand they always greet you as you enter. They don't have the long lines like Nike or Adidas used to have-- so it makes your experience much better. The front part of the store is apparel and they have a few sales racks. The other side/back part of the store is for shoes. On my previous visit, I inadvertently picked up the incorrect size of pants and a hoodie, which they allowed me to exchange without a hassle.

First, they told me the color I wanted was out of stock and forced me to choose a different one. Then, a month later, they claimed the delivery truck was broken and couldn't deliver. That is your problem, not mine. I requested a full refund because I could no longer wait, and no one ever contacted me. This company has been extremely unprofessional and not worth buying a kayak from. And now, without any notice, you delivered the kayak in the middle of the night, left it outside with no call, no message, and I'm not even home. You just dropped it and left.
