I have purchased shoes/boots on several occasions in the past. On my last visit, however, I had planned to buy a pair of boots. I came into the store to decide which boot after seeing my choices in person. Just when I was about to make my decision, someone who seemed to be a manager came over and AGGRESSIVELY indicated that the boots I was considering were going to sell out, so I'd better snap them up if I wanted a chance at them. I ended up leaving without spending my money at that location. I bought the boots, but elsewhere. I might possibly return in hopes of encountering the "right" staff member if I was in the area. As I stated in earlier reviews at another location: When there is a sale, the prices are less, but no one who buys docs expects them to be cheap. Regardless, the value has never been location dependent. If you are looking see docs in person, try them on and buy them, you can accomplish that here. As this location is in NJ, no taxes makes the purchases less expensive.

So, it says Army & Navy and I get that as they do have a crazy amount of Carhartt and some other "Army & Navy" type items, but it's so much more. Ladies, come here to get your man some nice looking and hip threads and gentlemen this place has some really nice stuff for your casual wear. Ladies, the clothes and shoes for us are a bit limited, but I was able to score some Nike running shirts on super sale with 40% off. Now guys, they have Woolrich, Pendleton, Obey, Carhartt and so much more. I literally wanted my guy to buy everything. Cozy and warm flannel jackets, fresh hoodies, button downs, really great and unique blazers and I'm not talking JCrew here. Most of this stuff had a bit of flavor, and I liked every bit of it. We happened to roll up on a ginormous sale which totally helped, but man, what a great selection. A few other things I noticed - really great designer shades like Gucci and Carrera and some really great shoes, think Nikes and Clarks (again mostly for guys). Definitely some great retail for those men who like that upscale urban street wear.

Prices seemed to be lower than what is currently found on StockX/EBay for new shoes and better than EBay on used ones. They also will trade or purchase sneakers and clothing. Cool spot. Definitely worth the checking out.

She explained what each sneaker I tried on has and what a slight difference between them. She was very patient which I like. I like how she allowed me to try on one of each (one on one foot and another pair on another) so I can figure what I would like best. Ultimately I went with the Hoka B because I found them to be REALLY comfortable and felt the cushion that these have would be great for my feet as I tend to be on my feet a lot with work and I like to go for walks. I also like how the lady answered any questions I had and even any questions my mom had (who came with me). I also like how she didn't try to upsell anything. Just overall I loved the customer service she provided and the value of the sneakers are great for the sneakers. You get amazing sneakers for a great price which I like as I'm more of a sneaker person (I'm not one to wear fancy shoes). The lady was also very friendly and very personable which I feel does go a long way. Just this experience alone I personally had makes me wanna come back in the future for any and all sneaker purchases. I wish I had gotten the lady's name because I really liked how she went above and beyond.

A couple days later I got a call that my order was in. I went to the location (which has tons of parking) to pick them up. Inside the store, Rhonda helped me with my sizing. Saying she helped me is an understatement. She REALLY knows her Red Wing Boots. Her customer service was unbelievable! Her knowledge was amazing! I am so glad i had Rhonda helping me because the information online was so scattered it was hard to read. Some people recommended going up a full size and others sized down, etc. She was very certain and promising of the fit. Rhonda is a real asset to Red Wing Shoes. If your in the market for some boots, PLEASE go to the New Brunswick location and ask for her. While watching YouTube and IG, people mentioned that you can get these jeans/shorts at a fraction of the cost at these outlet places. Hence the reason I decided to come here to check it out. Normally I like to visit boutiques and smaller shops. I don't like huge department stores. This was absolutely overwhelming for me to have to look through racks upon racks just to find the pieces I wanted to try on. I started to sweat and get a bit dizzy. For someone like me who has extreme OCD, it felt like I was going through someone's huge disorganized walk-in closet. Let's just say this will be the last time I come here. I did find some Rag & Bone jeans for $49.99, marked down from $268. But this kind of shopping is just not for me. Impatience is my middle name. The staff here are super friendly.
