She explained what each sneaker I tried on has and what a slight difference between them. She was very patient which I like. I like how she allowed me to try on one of each (one on one foot and another pair on another) so I can figure what I would like best. Ultimately I went with the Hoka B because I found them to be REALLY comfortable and felt the cushion that these have would be great for my feet as I tend to be on my feet a lot with work and I like to go for walks. I also like how the lady answered any questions I had and even any questions my mom had (who came with me). I also like how she didn't try to upsell anything. Just overall I loved the customer service she provided and the value of the sneakers are great for the sneakers. You get amazing sneakers for a great price which I like as I'm more of a sneaker person (I'm not one to wear fancy shoes). The lady was also very friendly and very personable which I feel does go a long way. Just this experience alone I personally had makes me wanna come back in the future for any and all sneaker purchases. I have purchased shoes/boots on several occasions in the past. On my last visit, however, I had planned to buy a pair of boots. I came into the store to decide which boot after seeing my choices in person. Just when I was about to make my decision, someone who seemed to be a manager came over and AGGRESSIVELY indicated that the boots I was considering were going to sell out, so I'd better snap them up if I wanted a chance at them. I ended up leaving without spending my money at that location. I bought the boots, but elsewhere. I might possibly return in hopes of encountering the "right" staff member if I was in the area. As I stated in earlier reviews at another location: When there is a sale, the prices are less, but no one who buys docs expects them to be cheap. Regardless, the value has never been location dependent. If you are looking see docs in person, try them on and buy them, you can accomplish that here. As this location is in NJ, no taxes makes the purchases less expensive.
