IMHO DSW, sorry, has sucky shoes because most of the shoes at DSW are fashionable, expensive, and are very very uncomfortable. Here, they just ask you want style you like and what size you need. If I have foot problem, which most customers would be because they need doctor order in order to get covered by insurance, I would expect some input from you. This place is run like a mecaid mill with a motto of win win for both party. They just want you to pick the shoe so they can be done with the paper works to get paid by the insurance while you get to walk out with free shoe. And guess what, when I walk along Mainstreet afterward, I see street vendor hustling Propet shoes. Hmm, wonder where that shoe came from.
