Skyview mall that's where it's located have a lot of different stores there now particularly I'm talking about adidas Adidas is very comfortable sneakers but if you wanna buy in this store, their price is a reasonable. Their stuff is not up-to-date like in 2026 stuff because you get what you pay for but on a budget, this is the best store to go to. They have beautiful sneakers. I love the service. I love the people. They're very kind. I love their clothes. I bought a couple of outfits from there and a couple of pair of sneakers for my family in another country everybody must support adidas. They don't have to live in an America. They can travel they love the way it fits. Every chance I get I go down there and I go shopping. The sneakers are very comfortable. They're very nice on the legs and they have a lot of bargains men and women stuff go down there and check it out. You won't regret it. read more

I visited the adidas outlet in flushing Queens to pick up 2 pairs of sneakers for a birthday gift and to be honest I always considered the adidas sneaker to be boring footware for tennis players but I do like the shirts and purchased a few for me . A nice spacious store with a good variety of Adidas products with helpful staff that let you roam around freely without breathing down your neck . I found the 2 pairs I needed and prices are reasonable overall. Maybe not my cup of tea when comes to wearing sneakers but the tennis players seem to like the brand .3.5 stars for the stress-free shopping for sneakers experience. read more

Miguel and a young lady in apparel were super helpful and so nice. The store had a promotion going on involving duffel bags which I took advantage of. At the end I was helped by a manager, I believe named Josh, to place an online order for a product not available in store. My phone was having issues and his patience and level of service were just spectacular. Very pleasant experience overall and I finally have my navy blue firebird track suit. read more

Didn't realize Queens had an Adidas outlet. I am happy it's here and I don't have to drive to Woodbury or Deer park. The layout of the store is easy to move through but a little confusing when they transition from women into kids and then men into women. There really should be some signage that states which areas are which. I accidentally picked up girls tights quickly and checked out not realizing the M was for a girl and not woman sizing. The shoes are in the back of the store and split evenly between men and women. This works. The staff is present and helpful. Cashiers keep the lines moving and are pleasant. The store however was extremely crowded during a time like now and should really be regulated. I will definitely be back but will try for a day when people are in school and working. I like that there's an outlet local in Queens so I don't have to drive upstate or out on Long Island. There's always a good deal going on like 50% off. The selection is pretty good for men, women and kids. I always find something so the trip is always worth it! We asked if an item could be taken off of the mannequin because it was my friend's size and nothing else was left on the floor. An employee just rudely said "no" and walked away, didn't even offer to check in the back or ask the manager for permission. We asked another employee to ask the manager and he left to the back and then came back out and said "no" and didn't even apologize I'm sorry but I've worked retail before and this is extremely unprofessional, I've never heard of a clothing store where you couldn't take something off the mannequin for a customer, this is terrible customer service, the workers don't even look like they want to be there they look like they want to kill themselves. I'm writing a letter to corporate about everyone involved. read more

Didn't like what I find in my size coma and didn't find my size for what I really liked. If you liking you you get your size here you're going to find great deals and beautiful items. Adidas usually make beautiful things. Check the shoes by the wall, I usually ignore them but you can find great deals and they make it easier windy get the same size together in one spot. I was at this Adidas store for two hours today. I probably went through each aisle ten times before narrowing down my choices! This outlet has a good selection of current sneakers and clothes you will see on the Adidas website or store. They have men's, women's and kids selections. I scored three sneakers (one men's size, two women's size) and a track suit set for under $200 Can't beat that. It was crowded on a Sunday afternoon hence why my shopping spree took so long. Overall I would recommend this Adidas outlet. Take your time to look through the selections. read more

Just passed through and saw 50 percent off the whole store,so I dropped in as I need tapered sweat pants and running shoes. I was in the store probably 15 minutes,not once was I greeted or asked for assistance. The store wasn't too busy with at least 5 associates and a manager. They were busy chatting most of the time. I love the brand and bought some shoes and sweatpants only because of the sales. But I cannot in good faith recommend this store and I might start only shopping online. There was no customer service and even if it is an outlet store, the only reason you are in business is because of customer loyalty and purchases. Get your act right Adidas, hire some people who care. This is from a customer that has bought your products since the early 90's and stayed loyal! read more

False advertising. Spent over an hour in this store trying to find my size and then was told at the register it was not part of the promo after one of the employees told me it was. The cashier said the color wasn't part of the deal even tho they both had the same discount price. Spoke to the manager who wouldn't honor it which would be good business practice. Stumbled upon here during Memorial Day weekend. So glad I did. Things on sale were an additional 50% off. I managed to get 2 pairs of running shoes, 2 running capris, and a long sleeve hoodie for around $75. I thought they had a good range of sizes for clothes and shoes. The employees were really nice and brought me a bag when they saw me struggling like a loser. However, the registers were incredibly ghetto. They went down for about 45 minutes. I had to end up leaving my stuff there to shop the rest of the mall since I didn't want to wait in line. Apparently, their registers always go down during big sales. Be warned! read more

Stopped by the other day for some new workout clothes and to check what shoes they had in stock. Someone came and asked me if I was finding everything okay, I said yes and continued to look at the rack of pants. She just stood there next to me as if she wanted to continue the conversation, but didn't say anything. I felt awkward and didn't actually need her assistance so I walked to another rack. I found some stuff I liked and wanted to try on (as adidas tends to run large). Couldn't find anyone around the fitting rooms to let me in. I saw one of the guys back in shoes, so I walked over to him but he and another staff member were engaged in a conversation. So, I waited for a good moment to interrupt or for them to notice me. Nope. Another woman walked up during their conversation and finally broke up the convo by speaking Chinese to one of them. The one guy stopped to tell the lady he doesn't speak Chinese. Finally, they turned to me!! Asked to be let into the fitting room and they radio'd for someone. After I tried on my two items (it was BOGO 50% off, a top and pants), I came out of the room and a long line had formed in the fitting room area. Again, the attendant was MIA. I ended up putting the pants back because I wasn't going to pay $45 for them at an outlet... Went to get in the register line to purchase the tank, that's when I saw these salmon(?) colored NMDs on the display. I went back into the shoes to look for them, but couldn't find it. Then I figured maybe these weren't on the floor. So I went back up front to ask someone for help...no one was around! Finally, the same guy from shoes that radio'd for the fitting room walked by, so I got his attention and started to ask if these were on the floor...he didn't even let me finish my question before stating that he was going on break. At least he said sorry. I mean I get it, he's on break, but it would've been nice if he grabbed someone else for me or at the very least let someone else know I need assistance. At that point I just gave up and put everything back and left. Bottom line, clean store, nice stuff, usually out of shoe sizes, easier if you know exactly what you want and can self serve. Or if someone asks if you need help, take advantage, they might not be around when you actually need help. read more

I adore this particular Adidas Outlet. What's great about this location is it's size. It's significantly smaller than other outlet stores, and for a good reason. Adidas Outlet in Skyview Mall has just enough space for quality discounted items. It isn't filled with ugly useless stuff that no one will want like the Nike Clearance store in the lower level of this mall. You won't be wasting your time browsing through nonsense here. I can't speak for the men's section, but this women's section is filled with a variety of workout tights with most at 2 for $50 or 1 for $35. Same goes for tops around the $20 range or 2 for $25. Everything is neat and sizes are well sorted. A bonus is if you text "JOIN" to 46620 - you get $20 off your purchase of $100 here. read more

Wasn't excited about driving all the way out here for one item, but the Adidas store closest to me was incompetent and didn't even bother to try and help so I had to make the trip. And I'm actually glad I did because not only was the staff at this outlet extremely helpful, polite, and hilarious, but they went above and beyond to help me exchange my item. Definitely a great team of people working here and the store looks neat and well-stocked as well. read more
