My two toddlers are always being overran by older children but they charge you more to stand near your children. They also charge for a cup of water even for members which is crazy read more

This place has all new staff and a new GM and you can clearly see it's a major improvement! We came about 6 months ago and it was quite gross. Kid had fun but I felt the need to disinfect him completely as we left. Old staff wasn't the friendliest either. When we walked in I new the place was different. Well done to the team that made this change! We'll be back! read more

Zoraida, the General Manager, usually there Sunday nights when I go is amazing. She is so kind to my kids. In fact the whole staff is great if you ask me. I've met many that I really like. Most recently Liam checked is in, and he was so personable and friendly. The whole staff is really. My kids love it here. Yes you have buy rush socks and pay tax on the Groupons but it is a small inconvenience for how much fun my kids have here and for knowing your kids are in an environment where the staff genuinely cares about their safety and experience. Of all the indoor fun parks we go too, and living in Arizona we've been to them all, this is my kids favorite ( ages 3, 5, 6) and again I can't stress what a great general manager Zoraida is. She really goes the extra mile with kindness to the kids who come to rush. read more

I wouldn't be surprised if this place gets shut down in the next year or two. I'm just a visitor to the Phoenix area and my relatives decided to take their kids here so I tagged along and it was simply a terrible experience. The first thing that struck me was the terrible management. The staff seem like they do not even want to be there. The adult women were having conversations during their shift with little minors which was a frightening seen. Also, the male manager Orlando that works there was definitely one of the weirdest individuals that I have ever came across. Orlando is probably in his mid to late 20's and I saw him basically flirting with girls who were around 13. Asking them what their Tiktok was and giggling when they spoke. Like, dude ... what is wrong with you. You have a job to do but clearly you love harassing minors a lot more. Not sure why the owners of the place don't evaluate their staff before hiring them because they are all unqualified in my book. The place itself is also extremely dirty and it had a putrid smell like it's been there for decades when come to find out it just opened a few years ago. Do not ever bring your kids here people. read more

My kiddos love coming here! There's so many fun things for them to do, I can definitely spend all day here. Cherie and Liam are amazing! They are always on top of things. Sometimes it can get crazy busy, but they always remember to bring out the orders or assist with any needs. This place should definitely be at the top of your summer/ weekend activities! read more

As others have mentioned you have to buy Rush socks. No other grippy socks will do. However they have no problem with adults wearing inappropriate shirts for a kids place. Shirts with "I'd rather be F****ing"," a picture of a guy with bullet holes in his head. This is acceptable apparel for a kids park, but god forbid you wear orange socks from Altitude. Keep it classy Tower Plaza. The kids enjoyed running around enough, but I feel there were too many kids in some areas at one time and zero staff supervision. Super loud with constant announcements. read more

This place is so fun for my son who is autistic and everyone here is very accommodating to him for the most part. This place has great prices and they keep the place fairly clean and you get the best price on Groupon for a couple hours of fun for your child for less than $20 with socks. Also it's never overcrowded from the last 5 times I went which is great for me and so children can really have a great time and not feel congested and overwhelmed. I want to personally thank Zoraida, Allyson, Cinthya, and Joshua for going out their way to help me and my son with autism. This is the place to go if your looking for affordable fun for younger children 12 and younger read more

Really friendly staff chyann jovanny Josh and zitlalit i'll create a good experience for my kids. Relatively clean and in good condition.

When we got there they made my kids change out of the grip socks they had on as they were not their socks....our grip socks were of much higher quality....so I had to buy 2 pairs which cost $10 yet in the hour we were there I saw a ton of kids in socks from other jump places that were not Rush. So I was singled out which made me not want to stay beyond 1 hr nor will I go back. Better make your staff be consistant and if you are not gonna be then be careful who you single out. I'm an easy target as I am physically disabled so I absolutely was not a happy parent so I have no problem giving them a horrible review as they definitely went out of their way to earn the single star! read more

Walking in I seen no employees no one greeted us. We wait 10mins to check in. Half the obstacles are broken and the places is dirty. Obstacles that require employees to run are closed. Refund please read more

Took my kids here for a day of fun and that they had . They had fun on all the activities and attractions they have for the kids . Love that they have arcade games and massage chairs for us mamas who need it. The ladies were super nice and helpful . Great staff ! Will definitely be coming back read more

We hosted our Grand Daughter's birthday party here with 12 other 9 years old girls and have to say they all had a blast. The party was extended for a total of 3 hours and well worth the $$$. The pizza and lemonade provided were well received and they provided all the plates, napkins, pitchers of ice water, glasses and silverware as well as 2 decorated party rooms with beautifully painted murals for a pleasant backdrop for group photos. I kept reading about how dirty this place was but have to say I did not witness that in either the bathrooms, closed cubicle areas or the lobby. Our assigned rep named Ruth was both pleasant and helpful, checking on the overall happiness with our party. The only comment I heard from the kids surrounded the fact that 2 ropes were broken in the jungle gym area......I polled the girls and they all would return for another visit....the package selected was not cheap but for younger girls, this was a good match. The area and some of the patrons were a bit edgy but I am sure it helps keep the overall rent a tad more tolerable. read more

We LOVE this place! We've been to most of the indoor playground's in the valley, but this place is next level. The toddler area is by far the best we've been to... and a true toddler area with enough to entertain up to 4-5 years. The Toddler area has 2 stories and is right next to the bigger playground so they don't feel separated. The other thing that really sets it apart is the ultimate ninja course. All the parents that went did a timed challenge and it was hard! Our older kids were sad to leave after two hours because they still had more to do. From infant to adult there really is something for everyone. Other favorites are the donut slide and foam pits. We live in South-East Mesa and agreed that even with the drive it was worth it! We'll definitely be back! read more

The afternoon crew today at Rush Fun Park was hands down THE BEST!! From the moment we walked in to the the second we walked out we where given the highest level of customer service and hospitality . Liam's patience and leadership was definitely something that keeps a customer coming back . read more

This place is such a scam. If you get a Groupon, be warned that they will charge you taxes on it when you get to Rush!! The kids I nanny also had grippy socks already, but they said they had to purchase their specific ones "for legal reasons" according to the staff. Right...you have to sign a waiver any way to play! But they force you to spend more on theirs because it is a scam. So, when all is said and done, the Groupon does not save you any money at this overpriced, mediocre establishment. There are better play places in the area! read more

I had a birthday party here for my son and he and his friends had a blast! The staff was very helpful and my party host Ruby was a big help! Thank you read more

Nothing like the web page. Teen staff doing the best they can. Expensive food and entry. Rock climb closed and wouldn't open up for the kids. Basketball hoops closed and taped off. Spinning thing closed. And food , can't call it food. Save your money and go to Sky Zone. read more

My daughter got a membership for my grandson, he's two so has a blast. The place is filthy. There is spilled slurpee that doesn't get cleaned up for weeks. Old food and trash everywhere. Equipment is broken for long periods of time as well. The floors and equipment are filthy as well. While this is all going on, there are multiple workers sitting up from talking to each other. It's a great place, if they kept it clean. read more

This place has the potential to be a lot of fun but oh my is it DIRTY. You would think during these times they'd keep up a little more with cleaning. We came an hour after opening and definitely it was not cleaned the night before or this morning. Lots of broken activities or out of order. Wont be back. read more

2 amazing hosts Desiree and Cherie! I held 1 other event at The Rush Park almost 3 years ago and decided I did not like my experience at the time. So never held another event there. Yesterday 01/15 was sort of forced to hold an event there for 23 tackle football boys. Those 2 ladies have changed my mind, as long as I can request them as my host I will happily go back. I can't express how amazing and easy they made our event. They are the best!!! read more

I am soooo disappointed in the management. I called the store to ask them to adjust my membership since I no longer watch my nephew and wouldn't be needing him on the membership. I kept getting the run around and being told they couldn't help me and that they would have management call me back. No one called me back. I got fed up and decided to just cancel because it seemed like they were avoiding me. But again no one would talk to me or call me back. I finally called my bank and asked them to stop the payments and filed to get my money back. A couple days later I get a call from management and miss her call so I call her back. She first asks what the reason to me canceling! And says I have to have a good reason to cancel and she proceeds to tell me none sense that when I signed for my membership I signed either a 4 or 12 month lease! First of all my husband was there with me when we signed up and she told both of us that I can cancel anytime!!!! This place is crazy and is dishonest. I will never return to rush ever again! I refuse to support crooks! BEWARE! Do not sign up for the membership read more

As much as my grandsons like this place. Im more and more hesitant not to take them here. The staff is rude and snotty. Cant seem to answer a question without a smart alec answer. Most kids are dropped off with noone but an older sibling watching them and i spend time trying to keep my two safe from aggresive kids. A couple things broken that could result in a bad accident or someone hurt. They need more watchers to maintsin order on some of the jumps read more

F this place. Requires their own brand of socks. 4 kids and you are buying $20 socks, even if you have 10 pairs of the exact same grip socks. Ripping families off. read more

This place is a joke. If I cloud give zero stars I would. It's overpriced and smells like sweat and dirty feet. We literally waited for 45 minutes for someone to turn on this spinning jump game while they stayed in the office for 30 minutes talking. When I asked her about it she was very rude and said "well it's just us two here". When she finally did turn on the game she didn't even let us know she was going to and we were sitting in the waiting area. She was just all pissed off about doing her job. It's ridiculous. Like I said what an overpriced smelly joke. Will NEVER return! Don't waste your money people!!! read more

This place is filthy dirty. I'm not even paranoid about Covid and thought this place was gross. Would not recommend due to the filth and also a lot of the equipment was broken. read more

No concern for Covid here- packed on a Saturday with multiple indoor birthday parties happening. Totally no regard for the capacity. Most without masks (both adults and kids). No hand sanitizer available either. read more

I was extremely disappointed. Especially based on the reviews on google. I got here 30 min after opening and this was the state of the 6 and under area. There were maybe 10 kids in the whole place so I doubt that mess is new. On top of that, there was 1 employee for the entire giant place. No one watching that kids well over 6 were running through and almost knocking little ones over. I'm just really confused. There's even a "grand opening" sign outside and it's this gross already? I get it, kids are messy but these pictures were only a tiny piece of how gross this place is. I was ready to bring my toddler here weekly but I'll be looking for other entertainment for him. read more

lazy a$$$ mf and overall so unprofessional. They don't great and have you waiting more than 15 mins trying to get service.

5 stars for this amazing Trampoline Fun Park. Love the excitement and fun this place has brought my family. Great crew team members to make sure that we stay safe. New Arcade area is a big hit. This review is for the party package experience. We had been to the Rush Xtreme park once before and thought the kids amenities were really great and my son enjoyed his time so we decided to book his birthday party there. When we showed up for his birthday party I noticed that our host had set our party up in what looks like a public booth in the general area. When I asked why we're not being setup in one of the party rooms, she said my Astro package doesn't come with that. When I asked her why it doesn't state that on their website when booking she said she didn't know and apologized. I asked which party packages included the party room and she said she didn't know but she could ask. She came back and said she thinks that you need at least 15 kids to book a party room. I asked if she could show me where it says that on the website and she said that she couldn't. Meanwhile, I noticed that the parties that were in the party room had much less participants than our party. We overheard the staff saying that they had double booked parties that day, which I assume is the true reason why we were not given one of the party rooms. Also, the party package price says it comes with a "host", usually you would expect for the host to gather the kids, make announcements, help lead transitions.... we did not receive that experience. Our host just delivered the pizzas and that was it. While the kids had a great time, I would save your money and just get there early and reserve some tables yourself rather than pay for the party packages. The experience we had wasn't worth the $$$ in my opinion. read more

Wow! All I can say is wow! I have 4 children and have had parties for them in so many locations across the Valley. We have also attended countless birthday parties. We were blown away this weekend by the staff and experience at Rush Fun Park in Phoenix. It was the best experience we have had with throwing a party--by far. Our party host, Cherie, was one of the most helpful, professional and thoughtful party hosts we have ever had the pleasure to work with. She anticipated our every need--my son's 5th birthday party was well-organized, seamless, effortless and stress free. Each of the parent's commented on how well it was organized and how impressed they were with Cherie and the venue. If you are looking for a location to have a party for a 3 year old on up, look no further. The recently promoted GM (who is also fabulous) is running a clean, safe extremely fun indoor park (great options for every age) with top notch employees. Rush Fun Park is a hidden gem and I highly recommend it for indoor jump park fun and birthday parties. Thank you Rush Fun Park! My son's party was epic and I don't think we can top this one, ever! And most of all, thank you to Cherie for everything you did (and do) to create a fantastic experience that the parents and kids will always remember! read more

Super cute and fun. Cherie was so sweet helping my little on the climbing attraction. Plenty to keep all ages entertained.
