My husband and I dined here at 9pm on a Saturday night and the food and service were excellent! We read negative reviews and were confused. Now I wish I had taken photos of our meal to prove its excellency. We started with Brussels sprouts which were cooked to perfection and had so much flavor. I'd say these were probably the best I've ever had. Shortly after, our main plates arrived. My club sandwich was perfect, very fresh and tasty. My husband ordered the soup of the day and it must have been delicious because it was gone in a snap! If you're wanting to dine here and are worried about reviews, I'd recommend ordering a lighter fare. I also highly recommend you try out the mocktail apple-tini, it's that good! Overall we had a wonderful experience. Our server was extremely kind and very efficient. I do hope in the future they renovate as it's starting to look aged. My family eats here often with friends when on vacation and it is usually one of the highlights of our trips. To begin the view of the golf course and surrounding peaks is stunning. The service is friendly and they do a wonderful job accommodating those with gluten and other dietary restrictions. I tried most of the menu and I can't think of anything I didn't like, though I do wish they would bring back the Brussels sprouts appetizer it was a favorite. .My wife and I were staying at Tetherow Resort so after flying in from San Diego we thought we eat our first night's meal there at the resort. I love the decor of the row. I am a golfer and I felt right at home there, and the view from any seat is awesome! The bar area is great with plenty of seating and an excellent selection of spirits and beers. My wife ordered the Cobb salad, which was huge it beautiful and tasty which it was. My wife had to take some of it back to the room. I had the fish and chips which had a nice three piece serving of the beer battered cob and chips. Both of which I enjoyed. My brother-in-law had the grilled salmon risotto which also was excellent. For our last night there, we went in about 8:30pm for some deserts, and the deserts did not disappoint. We ordered 2 cobblers, fantastic, and the chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream. It is baked in a cast iron skillet and brought out to the tale all hot and smelling so fantastic and it is BIG! Needless to say all three were devowered We had breakfast there the morning we left and it was great from the breakfast burrito, the cascade breakfast and the hole in one. Overall, I always enjoy eating at The Row. Their salads, in particular, are pretty solid and keep me coming back. That said, I do find The Row to be somewhat inconsistent at times, and the service can get really slow, which is why I'm giving a slightly lower rating. On the plus side, it's a nice, easy place to go with beautiful views. Another big advantage is that you typically don't need a reservation to eat here--something that's pretty rare for Bend! A nice stop off of one of the high rated golf courses in the area. A small dining area with some outdoor seating. They have a range of sandwiches, burgers, soups, and salads. They have beer, wine, and cocktails. Prices are on the upper end of things a modest lunch with iced tea to drink was $75. Service was good it looked like maybe there was one in training because she told us not to put our arms on the table until it dried and the other staffer walked up saw that and dried the table. Visiting Bend means getting to try new places, and when you have food limitations like not being able to eat gluten, finding a place with multiple options is extremely exciting. We went during breakfast, and I was able to pick from a few different options. I got the Tostada, and it was perfection. The shell was crunchy, even under a stack of food, including beans, salsa, lettuce, green sauce, and an egg. I'm not the biggest fan of arugula but fit well in this dish. It gave a bit of bite. Also, the salad was so good. We lucked out and caught them during a slower time. Which meant it was very quiet and relaxed. It is a very open area, so I do feel it could get loud if there were more people. Also, it was very cool inside, so bring a thick coat in colder months. The staff was very polite, though spread a bit thin for a Saturday. Much of the pieces of the meals looked homemade, so I was not surprised by the slightly longer waiting time. The service is friendly and fast, the drinks are delicious, the food is amazing, and the view of the golf course is spectacular, particularly in the winter. I dream about their Scotch Eggs. We stayed at the lodge for 4 nights and ate several meals at The Row and boy they did not miss!!!! The food was delicious, every single meal was a compliment to the chef. We stayed during the Christmas holiday so we think they were a little short staffed but the servers were very nice, attentive and professional. The restaurant is a nice size and one night it was packed but I mentioned to my husband that even though it was full you could still have a conversation at a normal tone, it actually felt very quiet in there. Quiet place, and not at all 'pub-style'. - Bleu Diamond burger: the main attraction here? I don't know but it gets rave reviews. A very good burger, well-prepared with crispy sweet potato chips on top. The aioli (something I often wish were left off) is tasty and doesn't overwhelm the burger. Lettuce, onion (cut too small - tended to fall out of the burger) and tomato are provided off the burger, so you can build it how you wish. I opted for veggies on the side instead of chips, fries or what have you. They're uninteresting but I really didn't need anything other than the burger. Top tier service. Price is reasonable for what you get and where you are. Comparable to The Drake downtown. Nice window view of the Tetherow golf course. read more

Really Yelpers, this is a great place to eat, drink, and just have a good time. Very open space and quiet enough to have a meeting or a date. For sure, this is a resort so pressure on seating and dining times can vary but we choose off peak days and times and the service and food are always excellent. Oh, the fries, I love them but not on my diet so I swap out for a house salad. Location: Amazing year-round views of the Golf Course and the Tetherow community. Clean, modern, and very inviting to just hang out and do some work or watch something on the huge TV. Food: Traditional American Breakfast Lunch and Dinner menu items, all different and the menu changes enough to keep us coming back for the last decade. Many things have changed over the years and they are always working to improve the offering and it just keeps getting better all the time. Libations: Yes please. Excellent mixologists and pretty good martinis for the old schoolers. Service & Staff: Always professional as with most resorts, but when they are slammed especially when the outdoor seating is open or a sporting event is on the TV's, it can get busy so please be understanding. Price: seems very reasonable for a menu like this and not jacked up resort prices. If you want to do some fine dining, Solomon's is next door if you wish to go to the next level in food and dining. We ordered food for pick-up from The Row. The Row is within the Tetherow Resort. There's a view of the golf course from the restaurant. I ordered the Roasted Veggie sandwich ($15) with added grilled chicken (+$5) and side of fries (+2). My partner ordered the Bleu Diamond burger ($20) with a side of fries (+2). I really enjoyed the veggie sandwich w chicken. There was a great layer of chicken. I loved the rosemary focaccia. However, this is a very MESSY sandwich. The balsamic, pesto-mayo, and oil from the vegs soaked the bottom slice of bread and it didn't hold together super well. I made it work by eating the sandwich "upsidedown" and barely setting it down. I didn't try the burger, but my partner really enjoyed it. The sweet potato crispies are a nice touch. We both didn't need to get the added side of fries because they surely didn't skimp on those. read more

I've come to admit that Teathrow just cannot do food service, the hamburger that I ordered a medium rare came out raw in the center. and as always service was very slow. I've eaten at The Row twice and both times it was delicious. Both times, we split the black bean burger and caesar salad. I highly recommend the truffle fries if that's your jam. The second time we went we started with Chips and Guacamole with Salsa and Brussel Sprouts, both were excellent, but the Salsa is amazing. (That is not a sentence I ever expected to write about country club salsa.) Seriously, you will want to buy a jar of the salsa. I don't believe they sell jars. My meat eating friends loved the burgers. In fact, I went a 3rd time which was after a pre-wedding event. A friend stormed up to me and I was concerned. He said, "The food here is so good." Went here this past weekend. Haven't visited in a year or so. I was surprised by the amount of patrons. I remember it being packed and really tough to get a seat in years past, especially on a Friday night. Spoiler: $27 for a cheeseburger and fries. Ouch! Prices have skyrocketed. Could've been a slow night, but my hunch is it's just too much money now. Server was nice, but it took a good 30 min for our burgers to arrive...on a slow night. They were good though. The wait staff were pleasant & accommodating, the food left a lot to be desired for the most part & was over-priced: Buffalo Chicken Wings "Very good, the best I've ever had. If I'm in the neighborhood I'd stop by to have those again."; Scotch Eggs "A big letdown. While the yolk was cooked perfectly, the outside sausage coating was too thin & had no flavor/taste, have had much better elsewhere"; Black Bean Burger "Very good & a lot of it"; Fish and Chips "Way too much coating, badly over-cooked to a DARK brown, was dry - not golden, light or crispy"; French Dip "Okay, but nothing special, needed a lot more meat to bread ratio & the au jus had a bland so-so flavor". None of us mind paying for excellent food, but sadly, this food was pretty much mediocre. It's unlikely that at least 3 of us in our group would eat here again. read more

Had a couple fantastic takeout experiences here. Was staying with the family in one of the Tetherow houses and the convenience of this spot could not be beat. As a bonus, the food is really good! Great food, slow service. We went here for the first time for an intimate birthday dinner and it was great to sit outside and enjoy a beautiful view. They apologized numerous times for the wait and had good prompt service. They seemed to be having some issues with getting food out but when it did arrive it was excellent. We will definitely be back and hopefully the wait times for food will be better. The nice thing is, if I'm going to have to wait an hour for my food I can't think of a better way to do so. read more

I called to order take out and was put on hold for 10 minutes and had to recall to place an order assuming that I was forgotten about on the phone. Once I was able to order the woman on the phone was very rude. And finally, when I picked up the food, I was never greeted and 4 women stood around the bar while they all looked at me and never acknowledged me. We arrived at the perfect time. The weather and views were stunning. We decided to sit inside and the ambiance was great. The views of the golf course are lovely and the seats are dangerously comfy! The service was great, the staff were attentive and friendly. I ordered the white bean tostada. It was delicious! The beans were cooked to perfection and everything had the right amount of seasoning. Every bite had just the right amount of everything. The tostada is the only reason this didn't get 5 stars. I wish it wouldn't been a little crispy instead of getting lost in the toppings.
