Is a reservation required?

There's an upper level (by the bar) and a lower level for seating. You don't need one for the upper level, but you will need one for the lower level if you want to sit down on a busy weekend afternoon.

It's very comfortable inside and currently they have cute Halloween window paintings! Ryan also did a great job suggesting the best options for us too! Beyond the great options here we also received such great service. Thank you so much, Ryan! If we lived in Oceanside this would definitely be our go to spot. Hopefully we can visit again soon!

I only had the beer, so I can't say anything about food other than they do have food available. The beer alone is a reason to visit. I had two different IPAs. One Triple IPA brewed in collaboration with North Park and Brujos. Then I also had a Cold IPA brewed from a recipe provided by a Japanese brewery. Both were very unique options. Beer to-go is only available in four packs. You can't buy singles nor mix and match.

I tried the pickle beer sour, brewed with herbs found in dill pickles, and it tasted like pickle brine but better. It's the most memorable drink I've had thus far. Thirdly, the interior is filled with neon lights, pinball machines, board games, and more. In the back, there's a speakeasy. Overall, I enjoyed my time at Kilowatt. There was plenty to do and I'd definitely stop by again whenever I'm back in the area.

I thought it would be a little more spicy also with the habenero, but it was very mellow. They had a cool firepit table. Plenty of seating for it to be on the smaller side. They also have an area where you can purchase Stone merchandise. They have 2 bathrooms. They have a TV. It is a kid friendly environment.

I was able to find beers that I have not been able to find anywhere else. Tried the sour that was on tap and bought the cascade kriek sour. There is a small corkage fee if you buy bottles and want to consume them there but it's worth it. They have a nice outdoor area that seems to be connected to the other businesses they are connected to. Will come back to try more beers.
