Some of the top Pho I have definitely had thus far. I will definitely be back!!! Everything was perfection here- I'm excited to see what else they have in my next visit. 5/5 recommend!!!

I went with ny 2 young children so I wasn't able to snap great photos or started digging in but food was authentic. Crispy wings can be served with the sauce on the side and was extremely well seasoned and crispy. The sauce tasted homemade and was a great sweet and spicy accompaniment. Combination Pho was much larger in portion than expected. Once you fluff up the noodles, they expand. I do wish they gave bean sprouts, basil and lime on the side. Thr soup had the herbs finely chopped probably to appease American palettes but still broth was delicious. We also had the spring rolls, portion of 4 which were really good and the grilled pork chops over rice was really good with the expected classic taste. Definitely don't think this is authentic to true Vietnamese cuisine but it's tempered for American taste buds while keeping a lot of the core flavors. Definitely recommend.

Have not yet tried more of their food dishes, but if the spring rolls are any sign then their food will be astounding. My last visit (Friday afternoon) I ordered a Medium Wintermelon Milk Tea (you can get it without the milk), Grilled Chicken Garlic Noodles and a Grilled Shrimp Rice Bowl. Everything was delicious and very flavorful though I felt the Garlic Noodles were a bit on the saltier side and the Wintermelon Milk Tea was a bit too sweet (and I have a sweet tooth). There were a lot of flavorful chicken pieces and the shrimp came with about 7-8 pieces, also very flavorful. They have 3 different sauces that I was given since I was eating there and just returned it to the counter once done. My favorite of the 3 was the more liquidy one though they all tasted great. The place is located in a strip mall with a lot of free parking. There's some seating inside and one small table outside. It's spacious and clean. They have great background music playing and their unisex bathroom is spacious and clean as well. The food came out in a reasonable time and the staff (I'm assuming maybe the owners) were also very pleasant.

Same great service from the one & only server who does the job of three ppl- forgive me for not even knowing his name after all these years. This has become my go-to spot for the best Vietnamese spring rolls, summer rolls & bánh xèo. I absolutely love their perfectly fried vegetable spring rolls with peanut sauce, their pork & shrimp summer rolls taste fresh and their bánh xèo, which I request it to be made extra crispy- so freakin' good. Just found out in 2026 that it's actually not made with eggs, it's rice flour batter, oops. I also like their grilled angus beef satay with vermicelli noodles- very tasty. Not really a fan of their phở though my other half always get the xl size phở bò. Their classic bánh mì is not bad- I ask for extra pate & bread to be more toasted but it still has too many veggies, too little meat.

The layout is a bit strange with a counter towards the back where you pay but it's also a small space so they make it work. Our pho took a while. When we called they said 20 minutes but it ended up being about 40 minutes. They did allow us to sit in a booth while we waited, though. Once the food was ready we left with huge smiles as you could just smell how delicious this was going to be. The chicken pho did not disappoint. So much flavor! The broth was incredible. It would be much better to dine in. NOT for takeout. Soaked in oil, water(from veggies that came with the dish), all kinds of sauce MSG etc. It became uneatable. It was extremely sad that 90% ended up into insinkerator! No exaggerations! Even after I used tons of kitchen paper towel trying to save the grace. I completely failed. The stir fried lamb was also terribly greasy. Every single piece of veggie was even shinier than silver in a bad way. So it had the same fate as the fish dish.
