I went with ny 2 young children so I wasn't able to snap great photos or started digging in but food was authentic. Crispy wings can be served with the sauce on the side and was extremely well seasoned and crispy. The sauce tasted homemade and was a great sweet and spicy accompaniment. Combination Pho was much larger in portion than expected. Once you fluff up the noodles, they expand. I do wish they gave bean sprouts, basil and lime on the side. Thr soup had the herbs finely chopped probably to appease American palettes but still broth was delicious. We also had the spring rolls, portion of 4 which were really good and the grilled pork chops over rice was really good with the expected classic taste. Definitely don't think this is authentic to true Vietnamese cuisine but it's tempered for American taste buds while keeping a lot of the core flavors. Definitely recommend.

Once the food was ready we left with huge smiles as you could just smell how delicious this was going to be. The chicken pho did not disappoint. So much flavor! The broth was incredible. It was extremely sad that 90% ended up into insinkerator! No exaggerations! Even after I used tons of kitchen paper towel trying to save the grace. I completely failed. The stir fried lamb was also terribly greasy. Every single piece of veggie was even shinier than silver in a bad way. So it had the same fate as the fish dish. Today stakeout experience was a total disaster. Lesson learnt.
