used to be bambu, not sure if it's under new management or what happened. most of the menu is the same, except the drink menu has changed drastically (there used to be very unique vietnamese dessert drinks that my mother loved). There's now a digital kiosk to self-order and food still takes some time, but the workers are quite pleasant. They now added ube bubble waffle in addition to the pandan, which I'm obsessed with.

Bambu has changed to Dykon with the same sweet owners! Same menu too! The counter was pulled back a bit to give more space for seating area and decorations. There are single cushion pads to sit if you are waiting for your food. There is a round couch so groups of friends can sit together. There are still standard tables/chairs to sit and eat. We got: - Coconut Matcha - Loaded Fries - Grilled Chicken Vermicelli Bowl My eyes were bigger than my stomach. I couldn't finish all that food!

I got a tiger milk drink, which was very good. I called in my order, then picked it up. It was ready when I got there, about 10 minutes later. The inside is pretty and spotless, with enough space that no one is on top of each other--a few tables to sit at. I didn't try the food but I'm sure you won't go wrong ordering here.

My favorite long island bubble tea spot, great banh mi and fries as well as rich flavorful bubble tea. Owners are very kind people and very friendly! We come often.

Best Vietnamese food around. It's hard to find a truly authentic Vietnamese food in Suffolk county. It's a must try.

My last visit (Friday afternoon) I ordered a Medium Wintermelon Milk Tea (you can get it without the milk), Grilled Chicken Garlic Noodles and a Grilled Shrimp Rice Bowl. Everything was delicious and very flavorful though I felt the Garlic Noodles were a bit on the saltier side and the Wintermelon Milk Tea was a bit too sweet (and I have a sweet tooth). There were a lot of flavorful chicken pieces and the shrimp came with about 7-8 pieces, also very flavorful. They have 3 different sauces that I was given since I was eating there and just returned it to the counter once done. My favorite of the 3 was the more liquidy one though they all tasted great. The place is located in a strip mall with a lot of free parking. There's some seating inside and one small table outside. It's spacious and clean. They have great background music playing and their unisex bathroom is spacious and clean as well. The food came out in a reasonable time and the staff (I'm assuming maybe the owners) were also very pleasant.

Service was very pleasant, the waiter was very attentive and checked in on us throughout the meal. The food was superb!! I don't know where to start really, but I guess appetizers is the right place! Appetizer: -Crispy Wings- WOW. SO PERFECTLY FRIED, breaded and MOIST!!! I am telling you have to try these while they are hot!! Are pretty thick chicken wings and every bite was a winner. It is topped with Thai chili sauce which kicks the flavors up a notch. Best wings I have had yet!!! Entrees: -Bahn Mi- my sister had this and she enjoyed it a lot. She's been here several times and gets this or the pho -Pho Veggie: I asked for shrimp on the side of this order. The pho was so tasty and delicious!! It was perfectly seasoned and prepared! I loved the profile of flavors which can sometimes be lacking with pho at other places. The vegetables were fresh and the bok Choy was not overcooked and still crunchy. Some of the top Pho I have definitely had thus far. I will definitely be back!!! Everything was perfection here- I'm excited to see what else they have in my next visit. 5/5 recommend!!!

We went for the lunch special which had two options: $12 lunch with choice of appetizers & main or $15 lunch which is the same as the $12 option but just includes a choice of drink. We both got Vietnamese Coffee. I got the iced and she got the hot version. The iced Vietnamese coffee is already premixed, but the hot version they give a side of the condensed milk so you can add as much or little you want. I tried their spring rolls which had a nice crisp bite. It was also served with pickled daikon and carrots for a nice refresher. For the entree I got the pho bo vein which had beef meatballs as the protein. The basil, jalapeño slices, bean sprouts and lime slice are on the side, so you can add as much to your liking. The noodles were nice and bouncy. The broth was light and flavorful. We always have great service every time we go. Definitely will be back in the future.

Now our favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Fairfield County and there is no #2…read more Cozy little clean sit down and it smells great inside. Wait staff were very friendly and food was prompt. Had Bun Xao and Pho Ga, and my son meant to order rare beef pho but accidentally ordered beef stew, but he had zero regrets it was delicious with huge chunks of beef. I've never had Vietnamese beef stew before but it was very much like American except with vermicelli noodles. My Pho was excellent, but I would have appreciated a bit more protein and it seemed to be lacking a little in saltiness could have been light on salt, soy or fish sauce. Easily remedied at the table. The bun xao also would have appreciated a bit more protein. I cant emphasize enough these were minor issues. Pricing was very good, no complaints.

Service was friendly and helpful and the establishment was very clean including the restrooms. We started out with a pot of hot tea which was so welcomed. The beef stew pho was excellent, warming, and fresh. The fried rice was delicious. Parking can be challenging to find, but other than that we would highly recommend. We are looking forward to trying many more dishes here.

Their pho is pretty good, they actually have bun Bo hue even though it's missing the blood cakes and their pork chops are pretty good. The only downside is the namesake dish. The springs rolls are just okay and they are way over priced.

He also pushed me to pay with credit card even though I wanted to pay cash. Getting to the food - I got bun bo hue, pho, and egg rolls - I am Vietnamese and I've gotten takeout from places countless times. You are ALWAYS supposed to separate the bean sprouts and mint and lime from the dish. Those are supposed to be optional for the customer. THIS PLACE COMBINED THE NOODLES WITH THE BEAN SPROUTS AND LIME!!! You are not supposed to do that! You are always supposed to package them separately. On top of that, the pho broth lacked a lot of depth of flavor. Also, pho is supposed to come with tripe, eye of round, beef ball, which this pho had none of. Bun bo hue is supposed to be spicy and have pig blood, which this one didn't. It was also not flavorful and was just lacking. The egg rolls also did not taste right and the fish sauce was off. I'm very disappointed with my experience here. This is not an authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Long Island.
