It has been quite a while since we were last here and it may be under new ownership based on the menu selections. All of us ordered different dishes this time. The scallion pancakes were nice and crispy. The banh mi sandwich was very good. Two in our party order rice vermicelli and one ordered the new sauerkraut fish. It was all delicious. It is located in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking. Service is friendly and efficient. Worth a try!

I came to Pho Fans on my lunch break and honestly, I was impressed! The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very nice. It's a quiet restaurant (but I was there right after they opened) and I appreciated that. The restroom is quiet and there's a shared parking lot in the front with other establishments. So I ordered the shrimp summer roll and a D1 combo (pho with beef combination) and I was surprised by the portion size of the pho. I didn't expect it to be served in such a large bowl and I went back to my shift feeling stuffed! The broth was so flavorful that I didn't need to add any hoisin or sriracha (which is a first for me!). The spring rolls were fresh and quite refreshing. To be honest with you, I could see the kitchen staff preparing my meal from where I was sitting and I was satisfied with how they prepared my meal! I have a few more weeks left in Smithtown rotation so I will definitely be coming back on my lunch break. However, if you're going in when they open for business, be prepared to wait a bit for your meal. I waited about 20 minutes and honestly, I didn't mind at all. It meant that my bowl of pho will be served with love and care!

Cute cozy spot on Main Street. Since this is in the shopping center, there's plenty of parking. Came here on a Sunday afternoon and it was just what I needed. We were escorted to our table quickly. The food was delicious, even the drinks! I ordered the beef brisket pho and my husband ordered the chicken broth with seafood. The passion fruit tea was so good that I had to order another one.

We stopped by Pho Fans while we were awaiting maintenance on a printer across the street. It was such a great experience! I ordered the bún thịt bò nướng, and normally, this dish comes with a pork spring roll. Unfortunately, I can't eat pork so I usually request to not have it included. But the kind waitress at Pho Fans said that they would be willing to change it to a vegetable spring roll, and I was able to enjoy the dish! The restaurant is refreshing and the bathrooms are seriously the cleanest I've ever been to HAHA. Definitely recommend dropping by if you're in the area!

1-25-25. Had a very nice meal here. It was my first visit. Ordered the beef pho noodle soup which was tasty. Broth was light and flavorful. Summer rolls were good, but the peanut sauce it came with was fantastic. I could've drank it......damn it was scrumptious. Pork banh mi sandwich was also standout for me. Savory and delicious. Shrimp papaya salad was decent but was also really sweet. Not sure if I'd order that again, but the other items were all a hit.

This is a $15.95 grill lemongrass pork chop. This is not even lunch special. I was expecting to get a whole piece of grill pork chop but instead I got few piece of dry pork. At first I wasn't even going to leave a review but the more I eat the more ridiculous it feel. If you want return customer you can't just sell food like this. I dig out all the pork on top and I ate few piece.

The ambiance here is very nice and welcoming. The food.. wow! Mainly the pho! Definitely a star as it should be- bursting with so much flavor! I got the Beef Combination Pho and the broth was flavorful- the beef round is delicious along with the beef balls- definitely helps fix that soup craving! Also wow on the big portion! I still managed to finish the entire bowl in one sitting which is rare for me- so delicious. The service was friendly and I will definitely be back.

The restaurant is clean. You can get take out or you can stay and eat. It is large enough for a large family and a decent size group. We were seated immediately and the food took about 15 mins to be served. The soup was good. I added hot sauce to give it a kick. The bowl serving is very large. The shrimp with the sauce was excellent. That serving was a little small for my boyfriend. There are not many Pho restaurants on the island. It's worth giving a try.

He also pushed me to pay with credit card even though I wanted to pay cash. Getting to the food - I got bun bo hue, pho, and egg rolls - I am Vietnamese and I've gotten takeout from places countless times. You are ALWAYS supposed to separate the bean sprouts and mint and lime from the dish. Those are supposed to be optional for the customer. THIS PLACE COMBINED THE NOODLES WITH THE BEAN SPROUTS AND LIME!!! You are not supposed to do that! You are always supposed to package them separately. On top of that, the pho broth lacked a lot of depth of flavor. Also, pho is supposed to come with tripe, eye of round, beef ball, which this pho had none of. Bun bo hue is supposed to be spicy and have pig blood, which this one didn't. It was also not flavorful and was just lacking. The egg rolls also did not taste right and the fish sauce was off. I ordered the Angus Beef Short Ribs platter with vermicelli noodles. For the table we ordered the famous Shrimp Spring Rolls as well as chicken wings. Both dishes came out fast, very fresh and enough to share. I guess there was a mix up in the kitchen, My rib platter came with rice and my sister in laws dish had the vermicelli noodles. Not a big deal, I didn't feel like swapping items. The Short Ribs had a terrific marinade and they were grilled to perfection. This was a nice treat to eat. I was noticing the other customers, they are all just in the zone getting their Rolling Spring Roll fix. This is more of a casual eatery, like a pizza place. Zip in and zap out, no tablecloths at this spot. Overall, everyone enjoyed their food. My niece was happy so that makes me happy. I would love to try their Vietnamese coffee!
