This place is excellent. We cross multiple town lines to come here but it's worth it. So few places use top quality ingredients have excellent chef level flavor on interesting food like this. It cannot be beat and I love that. It's fast casual because it is so much more convenient in many situations. Favorite items are the crispy chicken sandwich, which is superb as as well as the ribs which are perfectly marinated and the soups are great too. My children love the steak skewers. I come here as often as I can. I wish there was one closer to me would also be great for Ordering in when you have another family over instead of pizza. I stopped here for a quick dinner before heading to the movies and it was pretty busy especially with online orders which was great! It's very chic, nice and clean on the inside and the guy at the counter was super helpful. I started with the chicken wontons which were soooo good, had a nice strong ginger and garlic sauce which was so beautifully flavorful. I got the veggie based pho since the beef broth had fish sauce in it (I have an aversion to any type of seafood) so the broth itself lacked some flavor which is to be expected but the beef was nice and thinly sliced, the vermicelli was great and the sauces were really good too. It was also served HOT which really cleared my sinuses and felt very refreshing. Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming back! I was in the area and saw them listed and thought to try them out. I got take out, hence I can't speak to the dine in experience. Overall though it's a small space, well lit, clean with a nice ambiance. Food? In this instance I ordered two dishes which are what I consider mainstays of any Vietnamese restaurant... I ordered a Bahn Mi and Pho. I have to say, on both counts they scored hits with the food. Both were well done and tasty and there are no complaints there. I would recommend them for people liking good Vietnamese. I'd even say it wouldn't be a bad place to dine in, I think they had a radio and TVs going and I'd be a little reluctant only because of noise level but I did like the bright space and the layout and color design of the restaurant. The employees were hanging out at the front and told me the food would be ready in 3 minutes. After a 10 minute wait the food came out. Was disappointed when I got home and the egg meatloaf I paid for was not included. Pork chop was okay though. So many people doing nothing and they can't get the order right. I'm so happy we have a Vietnamese joint in Rye. I am always craving great pho, summer rolls, vermicelli rice noodles and Vietnamese iced coffee. This place has it all! It's authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Not high in sodium. Everything tastes fresh -- they even freshly squeezed lime juice for their margaritas. Yes! They have a bar and make great drinks.
