Pho Bo
Tidal C.

A delightful experience from start to finish. The food is authentic, Lynn and the staff are awesome, service is quick, and the flavors are incredible. Easily my new favorite Vietnamese spot. Highly recommend!

They invested fortunes here to build up a nice restaurant but menu little confusing.i Vietnam restaurants are known for PHO and they have .( But not the best ) We had CK skewers and PHO, Summer Rolls they are just okay ( Average ) We will try to be back . ( Hopefully )

I tried this earlier today, I ordered pho bo. They were generous with the amount of noodles but not the beef, however the beef was overcooked, and the broth was bland. Was not a fan, won't be back to again.

Shrimp summer roll. Fresh and delicious

Amazing, authentic food. This amazing restaurant took me back to my travels in Vietnam. From the subtle taste of the lemongrass on the chicken skewers to the beautiful addition of the fragrant scallion oil. The service was great from those behind the counter and front of house. Will definitely be making this a regular stop on our monthly restaurant rotation.

This is not authentic Vietnamese food. The pho is bland and the noodles were mushy. It's also expensive.

We sat out in the patio which was by the parking lot so the view wasn't awesome but it was a beautiful morning in general. Def spacious inside and plenty of parking. Ordered a few things, the papaya salad was delicious, exactly how I used to have them with the perfect amount of sour from the lime and sweetness and spicy. The pork sticky rice? Add some hot sauce to it? Yeah it def hit the spot. Egg rolls from the vermicelli noodles were nicely seasoned and crispy. The fried fish, my god it was made PERFECTLY! The lemongrass noodle was def different but it somehow worked with the stew likeness. The rainbow drink is a tad creamy and sweet, hard to explain the texture but it was a nostalgic moment for me. We also had the homemade Tapioca pandan jello cubes? DUDE it was so hot and fresh, I felt a tingle as I was eating them! Haha PLEASE TRY THEM! Sad I didn't order more to go.

I arrived right as they opened and was seated immediately, food came super quickly. I ordered R2…read more(summer rolls) and P2 (beef pho). The summer rolls were refreshing and thankfully only had a small amount of Thai basil, as I find it to be too strong for my taste. The peanut sauce tasted more citrusy than like peanuts, but it was so tasty. You get two rolls cut in half and it is very big, I could only finish one roll. The whole reason I came was because I was craving pho, and it really hit the spot. The pho came preassembled and I wasn't able to add my own lime, but the ratio of everything was perfect so I didn't mind. The broth was a little cloudy but it was so delicious. The servings were big so I ended up taking about half of my bowl home. It didn't taste as good reheated but that's to be expected. The service was very kind and attentive, and their Thai tea is very yummy. They don't take tap so make sure you bring your physical card! They have a whole private parking lot, and you can enter through the front or the back deck.

Pho-king delicious…read more It was one of the coldest days of the year and we were craving a comforting bowl of pho (rice noodle soup) to warm ourselves up. We visited Vietnam Pho in Woodland Park, located on Rt 46. It's in a business complex so there's plenty of parking. It's a casual, cozy, and family-owned restaurant with a spacious seating area. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The menu offers all of the Vietnamese classics you're craving - steaming bowls of pho, vermicelli noodles topped with fresh vegetables, crispy banh mi sandwiches, stir-fries, and a variety of grilled meats like lemongrass pork and chicken. And if you're a boba lover, they even have bubble tea. Prices are reasonable, but here's a big tip: You get a 10% discount when you pay with cash. There's an ATM inside. There were a few hits and misses with our order, but overall we left feeling satisfied with our meal. The misses: *Vietnamese Iced Coffee with Condensed Milk ($5.95) - This was much sweeter and thicker than I expected! It tasted more like a dessert drink than an iced coffee. The condensed milk's sweetness overpowered the coffee flavor. I have a big sweet tooth, so I still enjoyed it. But if you're sensitive to sugar, you might want to skip this or ask for less milk. *Fresh Shrimp/Summer Rolls with poached shrimp, vermicelli, & peanut sauce ($7.95) - Not a fan. The rolls were bland and mostly just filled with vermicelli noodles. The peanut sauce was a let down. The flavors were off and it had a watery consistency. It barely tasted like peanuts. I don't know if they used too much vinegar or sugar, but either way... the ingredients were completely unbalanced. Now for the hits... We came for the STAR DISH: PHO! Every order comes with rice noodles, beef broth, white onions, scallions, and cilantro with a side of bean sprouts, lime, basil, and jalapeno peppers. We ordered: *Pork Chop Pho ($16.95) - I absolutely loved the lemongrass marinade (made with lemongrass, fish sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, & shallots)! The meat was juicy, sweet, and savory. I could tell the chef grilled it perfectly because of the smoky charred edges. *Rare Beef & Well Done Brisket Pho ($14.95 size small) - They did not skimp out on the protein here! The beef cuts were large, tender, and flavorful! The broth was the heart of the pho - aromatic, warm, and rich! The spices (cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, and coriander) made it taste even better. I always enjoy adding hot chili and hoisin sauce for that extra heat and sweetness. The noodles were silky smooth and soaked up all that beefy broth. Yum, yum! And you can't forget about loading up on the garnishes to add a satisfying crunch and more flavor in every slurp! Pho was the perfect comfort food on the coldest day of the year~

The staff are incredibly fun and friendly, always ready to serve up delicious, authentic Vietnamese food--or pizza, if that's what you're in the mood for. On paper, VPho is an odd mix: New York-style pizza by the slice or pie alongside flavorful Vietnamese dishes. But somehow, it works. The location still has classic pizza shop vibes but has plenty of seating for smaller groups. Prices are very reasonable, and for my Pelham Parkway locals, here's a solid move--grab some bánh mì to go on your way to a Yankees game. Whether you're craving a great slice or some legit Vietnamese food, this spot delivers. And don't forget to say hello to my guy Miguel, the local pizza legend.

When I walked back inside, security guards were concerned for my safety. Disgusting, intimidating behavior from an owner, and his comment showed clear contempt toward women. I will never order here again.

The iced Vietnamese coffee is already premixed, but the hot version they give a side of the condensed milk so you can add as much or little you want.
