A delightful experience from start to finish. The food is authentic, Lynn and the staff are awesome, service is quick, and the flavors are incredible. Easily my new favorite Vietnamese spot. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, great menu and decor. The experience felt personalized and upbeat. I especially enjoyed the beverages and dessert menu.

I tried this earlier today, I ordered pho bo. They were generous with the amount of noodles but not the beef, however the beef was overcooked, and the broth was bland. Was not a fan, won't be back to again.

Shrimp summer roll. Fresh and delicious

A great way to start the meal. Next up was the mango catfish, which was hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The mango brought an unexpected bit of heat and sweetness that worked surprisingly well -- definitely a standout dish and a pleasant surprise. For our mains, we both ordered the beef pho, which arrived piping hot, deeply comforting, and incredibly filling. Perfectly warming and exactly what you want from a good bowl of pho. Dessert sealed the deal. The flan was slightly overdone but still enjoyable, and the ube ice cream was excellent on its own. But when you combine the two? Pure bliss. Overall, a delicious and satisfying experience -- we'll absolutely be back. Service is fast and the decor is functional. A great find! Be sure to try it out.

Had Bun Xao and Pho Ga, and my son meant to order rare beef pho but accidentally ordered beef stew, but he had zero regrets it was delicious with huge chunks of beef. I've never had Vietnamese beef stew before but it was very much like American except with vermicelli noodles. My Pho was excellent, but I would have appreciated a bit more protein and it seemed to be lacking a little in saltiness could have been light on salt, soy or fish sauce. Easily remedied at the table. The bun xao also would have appreciated a bit more protein. I cant emphasize enough these were minor issues. Pricing was very good, no complaints.

Service was friendly and helpful and the establishment was very clean including the restrooms. We started out with a pot of hot tea which was so welcomed. The beef stew pho was excellent, warming, and fresh. The fried rice was delicious. Parking can be challenging to find, but other than that we would highly recommend. We are looking forward to trying many more dishes here.

Pho-king delicious…read more It was one of the coldest days of the year and we were craving a comforting bowl of pho (rice noodle soup) to warm ourselves up. We visited Vietnam Pho in Woodland Park, located on Rt 46. It's in a business complex so there's plenty of parking. It's a casual, cozy, and family-owned restaurant with a spacious seating area. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The menu offers all of the Vietnamese classics you're craving - steaming bowls of pho, vermicelli noodles topped with fresh vegetables, crispy banh mi sandwiches, stir-fries, and a variety of grilled meats like lemongrass pork and chicken. And if you're a boba lover, they even have bubble tea. Prices are reasonable, but here's a big tip: You get a 10% discount when you pay with cash. There's an ATM inside. There were a few hits and misses with our order, but overall we left feeling satisfied with our meal. The misses: *Vietnamese Iced Coffee with Condensed Milk ($5.95) - This was much sweeter and thicker than I expected! It tasted more like a dessert drink than an iced coffee. The condensed milk's sweetness overpowered the coffee flavor. I have a big sweet tooth, so I still enjoyed it. But if you're sensitive to sugar, you might want to skip this or ask for less milk. *Fresh Shrimp/Summer Rolls with poached shrimp, vermicelli, & peanut sauce ($7.95) - Not a fan. The rolls were bland and mostly just filled with vermicelli noodles. The peanut sauce was a let down. The flavors were off and it had a watery consistency. It barely tasted like peanuts. I don't know if they used too much vinegar or sugar, but either way... the ingredients were completely unbalanced. Now for the hits... We came for the STAR DISH: PHO! Every order comes with rice noodles, beef broth, white onions, scallions, and cilantro with a side of bean sprouts, lime, basil, and jalapeno peppers. We ordered: *Pork Chop Pho ($16.95) - I absolutely loved the lemongrass marinade (made with lemongrass, fish sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, & shallots)! The meat was juicy, sweet, and savory. I could tell the chef grilled it perfectly because of the smoky charred edges. *Rare Beef & Well Done Brisket Pho ($14.95 size small) - They did not skimp out on the protein here! The beef cuts were large, tender, and flavorful! The broth was the heart of the pho - aromatic, warm, and rich! The spices (cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, and coriander) made it taste even better. I always enjoy adding hot chili and hoisin sauce for that extra heat and sweetness. The noodles were silky smooth and soaked up all that beefy broth. Yum, yum! And you can't forget about loading up on the garnishes to add a satisfying crunch and more flavor in every slurp! Pho was the perfect comfort food on the coldest day of the year~

VPho easily holds its own against some of the top…read morespots in Orange County, CA and even local places in Vietnam--this is a spot that's built to last in the Bronx for years to come. The staff are incredibly fun and friendly, always ready to serve up delicious, authentic Vietnamese food--or pizza, if that's what you're in the mood for. On paper, VPho is an odd mix: New York-style pizza by the slice or pie alongside flavorful Vietnamese dishes. But somehow, it works. The location still has classic pizza shop vibes but has plenty of seating for smaller groups. Prices are very reasonable, and for my Pelham Parkway locals, here's a solid move--grab some bánh mì to go on your way to a Yankees game. Whether you're craving a great slice or some legit Vietnamese food, this spot delivers. And don't forget to say hello to my guy Miguel, the local pizza legend.

When I told him this was unacceptable and that I would stop ordering, he became aggressive, ran toward me in a threatening way, and made a sexist remark, saying the only reason he didn't hit me was because I "don't have a dick." When I walked back inside, security guards were concerned for my safety. Disgusting, intimidating behavior from an owner, and his comment showed clear contempt toward women. I will never order here again.

I did not notice until I was mostly complete with my sandwich, but luckily did not bite into the pepper before noticing the fuzz growing on it. However, you can clearly see the fuzzy pepper in the picture I took before digging in. I got the lunch special, which features a drink, app, and entree. The lemonade was nice and fresh tasting, the crispy wings were fantastic, and the banh mi was actually very tasty. Not the best I've had, but it was flavorful and the pickled veggies tasted fresh. I was very disappointed to find a moldy pepper, which ultimately ruined the experience for me. Hopefully, nothing I actually ate was bad, and this pepper was the only one that went missed in a kitchen check. I hate to turn folks away from a nice local spot with good tasting food, but I will never recommend a spot with moldy food.
