He went above and beyond with his service--attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great meal. Every recommendation he made was spot on. You can tell he really knows the menu and takes pride in what he does. We ordered the chicken plate, and it was absolutely delicious--perfectly cooked, flavorful, and one of those meals you keep talking about afterward. Between the incredible food and Alfred's exceptional service, this was easily one of the highlights of our time at Tamarack.
