I just love the Food, Service and the beautiful view of the Lake. You can't ask for anything better.

The cook refused to make me a shrimp cocktail when they had shrimp on the menu. All I asked for was shrimp and cocktail sauce. The wonderful waitress, Dee Dee, said they had all the ingredients but the cook refused to do it. She even gave us cocktail sauce to go with our shrimp we said we were going to buy at the store. 5 stars for Dee Dee and Ivy, 1 star for the cook. Accommodating a simple request on a hot summer day at a golf course restaurant I don't feel is an unreasonable ask. I have been in the hospitality industry for 20 years and am a celiac and everything on the menu is fried. Complete disappointment for the price and demographic. read more

I'm a new resident and I love this place...Excellent View of the Lake, I meet friends her quite often...I'm mostly a Plant Based eater and my favorite dish is the Brussel Sprout Appetizer, carmelized in balsamic with bacon and topped with Feta... After reading all the good reviews and ignoring the bad ones I decided to try this restaurant. I was a fool. My wife and I waited about 10 minutes to be seated and ordered a couple of beers and waters. Another 10 minutes passed and drinks finally came. We were on the patio with great view but 95 degrees outside. We patiently watched the waiter walk by us 20 times without looking our way. Others were seated after us and had ordered their food. Finally waiter came to us and we ordered couple more beers and I ordered their special smoked prime rib and my wife ordered a steak/salad. we watched others that came in after us enjoy their food while we didn't. The hamburgers looked awesome for others and I thought their special was going to be special. I was wrong. 38 minutes after we ordered our food here it comes with another waiter maybe the cook serving it. My wife said her meal was ok but not the best. My smoked prime rib special was the worst ever . Over 1/2 of it was a big glob of fat and the rest was hard to pick through to find an edible piece. So it amounted to $32 for my baked potato --no veggies or horseradish with prime rib that was terrible. So the bottom line $65 for our 40th anniversary dinner. The view was looking past other people enjoying their burgers to see the lake. Very disappointing meal and service. Not going back. read more

We had to wait about 15-20 minutes to be seated as they were quite busy, but it was worth the wait. I had the dinner portion of Finger Steaks. The meat was tender and the food was served very hot, even my french fries were HOT!! I could only eat half of my meal. My husband had the Brisket dinner with a baked potato, which smelled delicious and he said it was. The mixed vegetables they served with our meal were rave worthy and I'd go back just for the veggies. We'll definitely go back. read more

We enjoyed a nice rib-eye steak dinner outside on the deck over looking the lake and the golf course. The food was great and our waitress was the best ever! She was friendly, helpful and made excellent recommendations for drinks and dinner. read more

First of all, I tried checking in this restaurant while I was there and it kept saying that I was too far from it. I love this place. When I go back to Cascade I will definitely go eat there. They have an outdoor patio overlooking the lake. Unfortunately it was too cold for that. The food is good, actually it's amazing. I had fish & chips and my husband had the Reuben. Very large portions and very good. The owner and chef came out to talk to Us and make sure everything was fine, I thought that was a nice touch. It's a mom & pop restaurant with homemade food, can't get better than that. read more

Stopped through this place not knowing what to expect but were served some great food for some surprisingly cheap prices. The salmon salad was delicious, the pancakes were fluffy and huge, the burgers were phenomenal, they have a good selection of beers on tap and servers were awesome! Totally would recommend and will be coming back next time we're in town! read more

The only good thing about this restaurant is the view, and even that wasn't great as they had a wall up around the patio. Everything we ordered was overcooked, some of it inedible. French fries were like cardboard. Burger was overdone. Fried chicken on salad was overdone, some pieces like rocks. When we brought it up to our waitress, she mentioned this has been a problem in the past. They gave us $3 off on our meal. I thought they should have given us more than that, my husband could barely eat any of his. I hope they fix things, as they do have a great location. read more

Horrible!! - the service was bad, coffee was brought out warm in a dirty cup. no refill for water asked. We sat for 1:20 min waiting for our food. After seeing other people who came in after us eating we asked where the food was & it had not even been cooked yet!! We weren't accommodated in any way. In addition the restrooms were dirty.
