I ordered the salmon dinner, which came with soup and two sides. The cheddar broccoli soup was surprisingly good, and the salmon was cooked well and had a nice amount of seasoning. There was a small mix-up with one of my sides. I had originally wanted vegetables, but potato wedges came out instead. The staff handled it quickly and brought me a side of vegetables without any hassle. That level of service definitely earned them an extra star. The portions were generous for the price, and the lake views are nice -- though next time I'll probably sit outside and enjoy them even more. Overall, good food, good service, and a solid spot to eat in Cascade. I'd happily come back.

We Loved the VIBE... beautiful brick, cow hide seating, open window lounge space and nicely hand crafted cocktails. Joe the owner took our order and he was great! The food is made in house, they brought a local Cascade chef (I forgot which former restaurant he came from) and the cocktails taste as good as they look. This is such a nice addition to Cascade! There are nice clean bathroom, a secondary bar with entertainment TVs, 2 dart boards, and a private poker room with annual liquor lockers. They also do private events.

There was one server and 2 in the back, so our waitress was busy. She did well, on service, though not overly attentive, but she was spread thin and we didn't suffer at all from a lack of attention. Wife and I shared 3 items, French Onion Soup, Wedge Salad, and the Bacon Bison Burger with homemade chips. The burger was outstanding for $14, cooked right and flavorful, and the chips were a pleasant surprise. The Wedge , $13, was ample and tasty, though the very top of wedge had to be discarded and was obviously wilted. I'll state here, I fully understand Valley County should be graded on a slight curve, and lettuce is a tough one, but I'm sure cook noticed when cutting. Rest of lettuce was good. Rest of salad was also. Lastly the French Onion Soup was not great. Basically the onions were not cooked long and slow enough to develop flavor, heck they were firm. We will be eating here again, as the food and service overall was good and the location is nice and awful convenient. Prices was inline with what you get and for Valley County. Service was good, but I'm sure it could be a bit better with an extra server on busy nights, so they can have more time. I was surprised to see no real info on hotel site regarding restaurant or a link on their website so I'm not sure how many people know this is available while visiting Cascade.

It was a very nice end to a super fun family day of riding. I enjoyed having the amenity of a nice spot to grab a drink and some good grub at the foot of the mountain.
