So even if you make an order online you have to wait 20-30 minutes in the drive thru line of the worst parking lot in America to get your smoothie. I was a teen who worked at a restaurant as well in my past life but we never had people waiting like this. I truly don't understand because it's just smoothies. A little fruit, maybe some veggies, a protein or two. And no one in the building is apologetic. Never a "sorry for the long wait" or a "we appreciate your patience." I know I'm probably just old school but simple customer service should be taught even at the teen level. It's unfortunate being I know they would get more business if the service was better but it's been like this for the last year and a half. I've seen so many frustrated people park and try to get in just to realize there's a small sign on the door that says drive thru only. At least maybe the sign could be bigger. Idk but I hope something changes with this location soon.
