I only asked for one pack, but he seemed unsure about selling it and explained that he was transferring the items to another store. I told him that if it was too much trouble, not to worry, and we left. Unfortunately, my son was very disappointed and started crying afterward because he had been looking forward to getting the cards. I understand that stores have inventory rules and employees may have limitations on what they can sell. However, the interaction was confusing and left us feeling unwelcome and disappointed.
