Edit: I received the best professional customer service from the owners of The Press after having left a review about service I was unhappy with. The way it was handled by Yasmine was everything I would hope for from a business. Thank you Yasmine. The atmosphere and seating here is nice, the pastries are really good and beautiful to look at and the butterscotch shaken cold brew is light and a good way to start the day. read more

I had a terrible first experience at The Press. When I asked a simple question about how milky my coffee was and if anything could be done, the employee with a septum piercing and a spider web tattoo on her elbow, was absurdly rude. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she started slamming things around, which was completely uncalled for. As a first-time customer, this left a terrible impression, and I won't be returning. Customer service should be a priority, and I hope she's learned some self-control in a service job. read more

I love the press espresso, it's my favorite coffee shop in the Temecula/murrieta area. But this location is not up to the standard that I'm used to when I visit. I came in on a Sunday morning and it was packed but I stayed and ordered. I got a brown sugar latte with an add shot and oatmilk. My latte was absolutely disgusting. It was greasy and lacked flavor, and they didn't add the extra shot it literally tasted like straight oat milk. I'm never coming back to this location. read more

cute coffee shop. i felt welcomed and the girl taking my order was happy to give me recommendations and help me pick a drink sweet but not too sweet. the blueberry muffin was so delicious and i had to stop myself from getting another to take home. a bit small and crowded but i can't blame everyone wanting to be there! highly recommend you give it a try especially if you are trying to stay away from big coffee cooperations read more

The following is my opinion based on the service I received at this coffee shop. Stopped by while my vehicle was being worked on at a nearby shop. The coffee was normal. That's it, it wasn't good but wasn't bad. The pastry was good. I wonder who they order them from. But the customer service was trash at best. Staff was very careless and rude. No eye contact, no greeting with smiles, no one thanked me for coming in, nothing from the staff. Here's what those ladies need to know. In this competitive market everyone serves the same drinks and charges about the same. That goes for any business. So what can keep your customers coming back for more? Good customer service. People wanna go where they' feel welcomed and are treated like family. Otherwise, like myself, I'll take my money somewhere else that serves the same thing. And, their coffee wasn't enough to keep me as a returning customer. I suggest the owner makes them take a course in customer service. read more

The girl working the morning shift on 1/28/25 over the counter was rude and I did not have an enjoyable experience.

Super cute vibes inside, free and easy parking, and the best drinks! Highly recommend their matcha latte and the iced flamingo!

Decent interior and service, but their cold brew is just about the worst cold brew I've ever had. And I paid over $5 before tip. If I'm paying that money, I expect a nice single-origin bean with a good roast, but it's clear that it's made with neither of these, because it tastes like burnt chicken noodle soup. read more

Loved this gem so much! We were passing through Temecula and wanted to try a local coffee spot. This one did not disappoint. The flower & bee latte and macaroons were so good. My hubby enjoyed his nitro cold brew which I tried and although I don't like cold brew, it was pretty hood! The staff was very nice and patient with all me questions regarding the menu. The interior design and decor was so cute! Definitely a vibe and would highly recommend. read more

Coffee is good. A bit over priced. My biggest complaint would be that we ordered at the counter and applied a 15% tip for our two coffees and avocado toast. We were the only two people in the restaurant and there were three employees behind the counter discussing social media and still couldn't bring our order to our table. They looked at us and said "your coffee is ready". When we went up to get our coffee we noticed our toast had popped up from the toaster yet the staff continued socializing. We would have been much more forgiving had they been busy but again, we were the only customers there at that time. I would suggest, if there is a way, to tip AFTER you eat to have the opportunity to tip based on service. Ps, we also "bussed" our own table. It is a shame that service is no longer a priority, especially when asking for a minimum of 15% service gratuity. read more

This is where my hubby and I stop by after our Saturday morning walks. The Iced Americano, Almond Joy and Belgian Mocha are amongst our favorites. Usually, I prefer tea but the coffee experience at this quaint cafe changed my mind. The coffee is 100% quality, no funky after taste and not overtly sweet. I appreciate the minimalist vibe and great customer service. Thank you! read more

Good experience! Nice environment for study or work with indoor and outdoor seating. Nice staff with quick service. My son and I both had the butterscotch shaken cold brew and really enjoyed it! They seriously never get it wrong! The location is as expected super cute! Definitely their most girly and laid back shop. Drinks are good! You must try their vegan dessert options, staff is nice, the only problem is that its located in the same parking lot as Trader Joe's and well we all know how terrible their parking lot always is! Definitely recommend any of their locations in the area. read more

So cute inside and the girls are so sweet. I got the avocado toast and iced nutella latte with oat milk! My new favorite place

I never write review on any places because I wouldn't ever want to tarnish someone's reputation! I must say I was shocked and appalled on the customers service at the establishment! I believe this was a coffee place that mainly makes coffee, well I assumed that considering there was a huge coffee sign outside on the building! So if it is not please disregard this message! I personally do not drink coffee, apparently my taste buds haven't matured yet! My wife loves coffee and we found this spot on yelp. We arrived at 11:20am to get a cup of coffee for her! I was waiting outside because I assumed it was a fast transaction! Then to my surprise my wife comes out jokingly saying they ran out of coffee so I laughed and she proceeded to grab my hand and walk away. I was still trying to process this that a coffee shop on a Sunday morning would be out of coffee! So I went inside and the three barista's were chatting in a circle and I asked: " is it true you guys ran out of coffee?" I'm assuming the lady who responded was a manager she then replied "yes we are out". So I asked is this a bakery? So I could understand how they would be out of coffee which would make sense! She then replied we actually stop selling coffee at 1pm I said it's 11:30am. Which she suggested if she (meaning my wife) really wants a cup we can brew a batch for her . At this point I wanted to start going off but being a 6'3 African American male I'm sure it would somehow get turned around! So instead I left!!! I just want the lady who suggested to my that if my wife wants a cup she would gladly brew a batch. Needs to understand that's why she was there in the first place ‍. I know it must be very strenuous to make a cup of coffee or brew a batch what ever the process may be! But the correct answer would have been to tell my wife yes I can make you a cup, it will just be a few minutes. So yes the whole experience was awful and I advice "The Press" to retrain that barista on some customer service. It just sucks that this younger generation doesn't ever go above and beyond for their customers anymore it's sad. read more

Love this place. Extremely busy today and someone on his day off jumped in and helped the girl working. I find it very kind

Service is great, but food is incredibly overpriced and very basic/ bland. It's a cute place to hang out, but there is definitely other places I would frequent before coming back here again. read more

Glad to have come across this coffee shop. Recently moved back to Temecula from Glendale where I supported local coffee shops. I absolutely loved this place! Their coffees are something else, what's Starbucks compared to this?! The staff is so helpful and nice. My wife came in yesterday morning 8/20/23 around 9am when they first opened, in hopes to grab two coffees on our way to church. I waited a while in the car thinking that they must've had an early morning rush and were busier than usual, but instead when she came out she told me that there was only one other person in the shop already enjoying their drink, and the two girls working the bar had just been chatting for 5 minutes before taking her order. She let it slide and just went ahead and ordered, but then waited another 5-10 minutes because they were still chatting and both went over to the register to take the next persons order instead of starting on the drinks we had already paid for. I get talking with coworkers and having an enjoyable time, but when it gets in the way of serving paying customers in a reasonable manner it's unacceptable. Great coffee but won't be returning Sunday mornings as it made us late to church :/ read more

Normally a 5 star rating as the coffee is exceptional as well as the staff, today however, not so good. Ordered a batch brew from Murrieta at 11:45 and it was just warm, they made an americano for me, drove away and on tasting, it didnt taste very good and I normally love their espresso, was right by the Winchester location so went in to see about exchanging it for just an espresso, and the girl said we cant do that between stores, I only was asking for 18 grams of coffee, hardly going to make a difference in the profit margin. Will not be visiting the Winchester location again anytime soon. read more

Do you know when you see a sign that says Espresso you expect it to be espresso . When tasted, you know it's not espresso. Syrupy, mettle sour with no hint of coffee. It's nothing but a sign that says "Espresso." Now they may have good coffee or a menu of assorted bites but NOT espresso. But how many things do you buy and continue to buy because the sign says this or that. How many businesses thrive that way? read more

Yes Placed an order for cortado & pastry (no line, not busy) . Was charged $9.35 and their iPad showed tip option (before service) , I gave a tip. Lady named Delaney took my money, said just a moment .. and disappeared. I am standing there and waiting . No activity. Another employee takes money from new customers. To my question several minutes later what is going on with my coffee, indifferently said that lady needed to use a bathroom. More time passed. Eventually I asked for boss's contact & money back. Was told to post my feedback on Yelp. Walked out. Some man claiming that he is a relative held me outside with conversations proclaiming Christianity, negative energy and things like that so i would not post a negative review . read more
