He also was very calm and collected, knowledgeable, and professional. After choosing a design, we were walked through what features we could add, lighted bubblers (I think that's what they're called) get them! We were able to enjoy our pool all summer, I Did I say they were professional? They are! I'm very into timelines and communicated expectations, they didn't bat an eye at my continuous questions. Now my husband on the other hand can be a handful sometimes, they were great taking his calls and fielding his requests. If I had one bit of constructive criticism, it would be in regards to timelines and expectations. I know I need reassurance and a lot of information, so a written timeline with an FAQ page handed over at signing would have helped me in the process. This being our first pool, I don't know what I don't know, so I had a lot of questions throughout the process. We were babysitting our 3 grandchildren for the weekend so they had a blast checking out the pond display and yard decor inside. The pond display has a few fish but the highlight was watching the turtle! We went outside and saw all the baby fish in the tanks and lots of pond and bog plants to choose from. We saw Sid who was working outside and we had a few questions for him. Sid was great! He was very helpful and kind, answered all of our questions and even offered up some suggestions! After we chose the plant we wanted, he carefully wrapped it up for the trip home. He made sure to tell us how to fertilize the plant and we bought some tablets to use in the future.
