BEWARE! I used Perfectionist Cleaning for window cleaning in April 2023 and had a great experience, which is why I hired them again in April 2026. Unfortunately, this second experience was completely different. I was told they would arrive between 9:00am-10:00am, but after multiple calls throughout the day, they didn't show up until 3:00pm. The crew that arrived did not speak English, rushed through the job, and the quality of the cleaning was poor. I had to go back and clean numerous streaks myself, and there was still bird droppings left on several windows afterward. The worst part, however, was the damage they caused to four of my window screens. One worker even knocked on my door to ask my husband to help bend a damaged screen back into shape and force it back into the window frame. (You can clearly see their cleaning supplies in the background of the attached photo of window #1.) The screens are now bent and damaged to the point that several windows can no longer be properly opened because the gaps are so large that bugs and debris can get inside. One window will not open at all because the damaged screen is obstructing it. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request reimbursement, Perfectionist Cleaning claimed the screens were already damaged before they arrived. That makes absolutely no sense considering we could open all of our windows before the cleaning, and now we cannot. My husband also sent photos of the damage, and they responded by claiming the photos were of "different windows." We are honest Christian people who simply wanted our windows cleaned and instead ended up with damaged property and a company refusing to take responsibility. With a baby on the way, we cannot afford the unexpected cost to replace multiple window screens ourselves. After reading other recent reviews, it appears this may be becoming a pattern for this company -- damage customers' property and refuse to fix it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! read more

I would not recommend this company at any cost. During our cleaning, the broke 2 blinds and ruined the finish on our kitchen cabinets. I called them and they were prompt to say they would take care of the damage. After multiple calls to get an update and two months later, no response. Warning About The Perfectionist Cleaning Services Neighbors, please use caution if considering The Perfectionist Cleaning Services. After hiring them, our WOLF stovetop, kitchen cabinet, and the painted wall area at the floor line (we do not have baseboards installed) were damaged, as well as our dresser top. The office manager, Eileen Flores, confirmed in writing and verbally (after speaking with Mr. Lee the owner) that they would reimburse us for the damages. They have only partially reimbursed us for the stovetop and have refused to pay for the remaining agreed-upon repairs. As of today, they still owe us $797.50, despite their written commitment to cover the full amount. By failing to honor their written and verbal agreement, they are in breach of contract!!! We filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Arizona State Attorney General's Office, and they have ignored those inquiries!! If you choose to use this company, please be aware that if something goes wrong, you may not receive the accountability or reimbursement you are promised. I was LEFT COMPLETELY IN A BIND by another cleaning service for move-in cleaning after arriving to Arizona from California -and contacted Perfectionist through Yelp. I received a super fast response and very professional in-take service and they arrived the very next day- well before my furniture delivery. Based on reviews I used this service. The first issue was that not one person on the crew of 4 spoke or basically understood English. They expected me to speak with a translator on the phone which was a terrible service. I had been very clear with Dillon when I scheduled exactly what I needed done most importantly my cupboard doors and baseboards. They were more interested in doing basic house cleaning and I had to keep trying to focus them on what I wanted done. After they left we noticed that the kitchen cupboards were not cleaned well especially by the stove, as well bathroom cupboards were poorly cleaned. I ended up having to redo all before our open house. White doors were not wiped well. It was a very frustrating 3 hours of trying to have done what i needed. I would certainly not recommend their "White Glove Service" more like white gloves turning black when wiped over supposedly cleaned surfaces. read more

We had a very frustrating experience with this cleaning service. They were originally scheduled to come last week but ended up going to the wrong house entirely even with confirming our address, which forced us to rearrange our schedules and reschedule the service. When they finally did arrive, the job felt extremely rushed. We would have gladly paid for extra time if it meant our belongings were handled with care and things were put back properly. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Several items in our home were damaged or left in disarray, including antique furniture and irreplaceable family heirlooms--some of which are now missing pieces. What is even more unacceptable is the items that were broken were left on the counters broken (out of place for us to find) with no communication from the team about them being damaged. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. While the individuals who came were polite, it's clear the company is disorganized behind the scenes and lacks a standard of professionalism when it comes to treating clients' homes and possessions with respect. I spoke with Dylan on the phone and he was very helpful and got me scheduled for the next day at 12:30pm. He said he was going to send Allison's team as I recently had a "no show" experience with a different company and he wanted to ensure I get top notch service. Well the next day 12:30 came and went and I called Dylan to check on the ETA of the cleaners. He placed me on hold and connected with the crew who was assigned to my home (I'm working from home on this day), he came back online and told me they would arrive by 1:30pm but if they don't show by 1:45pm to call back. I was frustrated because I value my time and I didn't appreciate that large of a gap from the time I was told. So the crew arrives and doesn't really asked me what I want them to focus on, but I insist on showing them the areas as they are new to me and vice versa. Come to find out, Allison's team was NOT sent to my home. Rubi's team was sent and she was nice enough and they did a decent job, but I was surprised that she didn't ask me anything during or run through what they did. I was downstairs most of the time they were their so I could see what was being cleaned, but upstairs I have some clue but it didn't seem like the same things like shutters and ceiling fans were dusted at all. Overall my house was clean but I'm a fan of timeliness and sticking to your word. I didn't even get the $50 off for finding them through Yelp. Dylan did say if they don't give me the discount, he will take it off the next time...but I don't think there will be a next time. At least no time in the near future. It cost $300 for 4 people to clean in 1.5 hours...so not too bad on the pocketbook. My back was happy someone else did the cleaning that day! read more

Outcomes really just depend on who they send out. I think this company is really just a scheduling company. While I have seen their company vans with their Perfectionist Cleaning decals up in Cave Creek, I have never gotten a crew that was a Perfectionist brand cleaning crew. I live in Phoenix. I have used Perfectionist 4 times in one year. I was livid the first time they cleaned my apartment. The two subsequent times, I was very happy. The 4th (and last!) it was short of what I ordered plus they didn't use the new case of paper towels that I had bought just for them to use. I even told the scheduler that I would provide them with a case of paper towels and had saved back $250 for cleaning services. They left at $170 and never used the paper towels. Plus, there were un-touched surfaces that needed cleaning..that were left behind. I think I'm just going to call a company that they sent out on previous occasions. read more

They did not actually clean my house. I filled out their requested from about sq footage, number of different rooms, etc. They were supposed to provide an online quote. I got a message to call a number for an actual quote. I messaged back that I provided all the information for an online quote. I said I do not want to call and provide my phone number at that time. No response. I messaged back several times and said I provided everything they asked for. I even said does that mean I have to call you for an actual quote. Again, no response. So, given that they never responded, even though I provided everything they asked me to provide for an online quote, I have to conclude that this is not someone I want to do business with. read more

Although I typically rely on a different company to clean my house every other week, I read reviews and hired Perfectionist for a deep clean. I was expecting to feel comfortable with the experience. This was not the case. For example, a ledge partially reachable from the staircase, had only one hand-sized dust-fee spot. In surveying the other people who live in the house, it is agreed that nobody felt satisfied. Hired Perfectionist a second time after our construction was finished. There was dust, grime, paint, etc all over the place. Perfectionist sent their Super Team with Larry and several other cleaners. They got the house to look brand new, I was stunned. I cannot believe the job they did. Elizabeth and her team of 3 just left our house and it's the best it's ever looked. They cleaned the whole house in 2 hours including light fixtures, interior windows, and even the laundry room. I was not very happy with this company. First, they sent me a cleaner who didn't speak English, so she had to call someone on speaker phone every time I wanted to give directions to get them translated. Then, I had to repeat my directions in a few areas. Finally, the cleaner left all my trash on my back patio instead of taking it out to the dumpster! Oh, and then the company wanted to charge me for an additional hour over what was quoted. I said if the cleaner was more efficient and didn't need a translator, she wouldn't need the extra hour. Promised discounts were not applied, payment was taken without it being authorized, and phone calls not returned for over a month. We had used this company in prior years to do a deep cleaning of the estate and the services offered this time were extremely disappointing. Not only did the cleaning ladies need constant re-direction regarding the areas needing to be cleaned, but they had extremely poor time management skills. Often they would be found gathered together in one room of the house. They were not detail oriented at all, and they missed several areas, even though they were give very specific instructions on what to clean. When this was pointed out to them, and they were asked to please re-clean correctly, their responses were completely unprofessional. The ladies rolled their eyes, made rude comments, and even began to ignore the person in charge of the home. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional behavior. Ultimately, we were extremely surprised at how unfriendly, and how careless the cleaners were. This property has many priceless items and their lack of professionalism was a true disappointment. I have bad allergies and we had lots of dust. They came in on short notice and cleaned above the kitchen cabinets and dormers over windows. We have high ceilings so it's hard to reach but they got it very clean. They had four people working at once. I had to be in a hotel room, it gotten so bad. When I came home, it was amazing. They told me 3 people would be there and it shouldn't take more than 3 hours. It ended up taking 4.5 hours and costing over $300 more than we planned ($877). Now that would have been acceptable if the cleaners did a stellar job but all of the bathrooms were still dirty. Showers were still gross, there was a dirt stain in the corner of one of the bathrooms. Overall extremely disappointing. Never using their service again. I purchased a new home and was hoping to find a better house cleaning team that I had for the past 3 years as they were subpar at best. Prior to the close of escrow I stopped by my home and was able to meet the team cleaning the home for the close of escrow. I introduced myself to a gentleman named Larry and his team. They were such kind and responsible people. The house looked amazing when they were done. It was decided at the at initial meeting that I would hire them to clean our home. I cannot begin to say how thrilled I am with the customer service they provided. From my initial call to the amazing team that came to clean my home. They were incredible. They listened to what I needed for my home and boy did they exceed my expectations!!! This is my cleaning team from now on! I hired Perfectionist Services for a one time job at my three bedroom, two bathroom condo. I asked them to do my floors and bathrooms. Four ladies came to my place at 8:00 am. They were friendly and pleasant. They got a stain out of my bathroom shower floor that I hadn't been able to. They rearranged my dining room table and chairs in a new, lovely way. They left at 9:40. The job they did was very good but they were pricy. Others I know of pay much less. They charged $300.00 for about 1500 sq. feet. Was really excited to have this company out. They did a fairly good job in cleaning our home's larger surfaces, but noticed that a lot of areas were missed--tops of furniture, some baseboards, the chandelier, etc. The team came out a second time and still missed a lot so a manager came out to review and promised to get things fixed. The team came out a third time and cleaned more areas, but doing a walk through, they still missed some areas I had requested to clean like the top of the armoire. I am giving three stars, because, even though they offered to fix things (which I appreciate), a lot was missed multiple times and things were cleaned a little here and there. We never had a totally clean house at one time, which is what I was hoping for. My husband wasn't happy with the higher cost. I wasn't happy with the missed details.
