It's been a couple of years since we had our windows washed by them and at that time we were extremely happy with the personnel, price and service. However, this year's quote was close to 2x what it was the previous time. Not sure what could have driven that kind of price increase. Because we are on a budget, we could not move forward with the service. Sent me a text at 11:30 that he was on his way and he arrived shortly afterward. Was very respectful of our home, no shoes in house. Cleaned all windows and screens. George and his team are great. So easy to communicate with and set up an appointment. They keep in contact to remind you of your appointment and are always so courteous. It always amazes me how clean the windows can actually be and how much sun comes in the house once they are done. I also have them clean the security doors and screens too. I have also had them clean a mirror in my house that I can't seem to master. They never charge more than the quote that they give me. I know that I cannot even begin to do a job as nice as them so I don't even bother to try to do it myself any longer. Alright yelpies, here is another diamond business that I highly recommend! The owner George was so patient in explaining the options and pricing for all the services we were looking for. When he got here, he reviewed everything again and set out to work with his partner! We had the back patio deep cleaned and pressure washed along with the furniture and pillows. He did such an amazing job that my hubby and I decided to do this on a quarterly basis! As far as the windows and sliders, he did an asking job with this as well! They were spotless from the inside and outside after he was done! I would highly recommend him and his business. Fair prices for the quality work they provide! :) In case you wanted to know our cleaning schedule- We will be doing our windows every 6 months but the pressure washing on the back patio and slider doors will be every 3 months. read more
