Such a fun and cute little spot! The ice cream is absolutely delicious, it's some of the best I've ever had -- no exaggeration, their s'mores ice cream was amazing. My friends also got me a cake for my birthday which was so delicious and so cute! They can quite literally make the Pinterest cake of your dreams. read more

Still excellent the business has moved slightly to the corner of Main Street and next to other great locally owned stores. Macaroons are excellent. Buy 5, get 1 free. Rice crispy treats are on our list for a future visit. Friendly, helpful and well trained staff. Great at answer questions on all the great options read more

I dropped by the Saturday before Easter around 11:30 and they were already running low on stock. It was pretty busy with only two people serving but to be expected the day before Easter. I got 6 macarons at $3.50 a piece with the 6th one free and one kinder chocolate cupcake. Flavors I got for the macaron were blueberry lemon, dunkaroo, birthday cake, carrot cake, lavender, and cookie dough. I thought the macarons were all excellent except the carrot cake but the cupcake was really unimpressive... a little dry and frosting tasted a bit like grocery store cake frosting to me. I'd probably get the macarons again even though I think they are a little pricey but no round two on a cupcake. read more

This business recently expanded into a larger storefront! The staff were friendly and the cupcakes were delicious. They have a wide variety of cupcakes and sweet treats to choose from. There is also a separate section designated for ice cream. There is a small parking lot behind the building, as well as on street parking. I will definitely be making a trip back in the warmer months! read more

I cannot believe I've been here in the past and I saw they mostly had macarons. I left without trying any.....well, in my defense I've never liked macarons, Until today. I bought a variety for a graduation party and I'm so glad I did!! They were a huge hit. So much so that I had to try one myself. Omg! They melt in your mouth! The texture is similar to a s'more.....so moist, airy and not overly sweet but loaded with flavor. Indeed Perfect! I can't wait to return and try their vegan coffee ice cream (I'm lactose intolerant and I rarely see that flavor option offered in nondairy ice creams). read more

I'm so glad I did a quick search online to find The Perfect Sweet Shoppe in Warren, as it's tucked away a bit off Main St, and not a place you can find unless you're specifically looking for it. While it's not a huge shop, they offer quite a selection of baked goods and ice cream. The layout is well thought out and decor is super cute. Although their specialty seems to be macarons, we went with ice cream since that's what we were in the mood for. We wound up going with vanilla, cookies & cream, and pistachio, all of which were delicious and of high quality. Service was super friendly and prices fair, so The Perfect Sweet Shoppe is worthy of 5 stars for satisfying our ice cream craving. We agreed that we'd be back next time in Warren, RI. read more

After having a late lunch nearby a few of us were craving something sweet, and someone wanted a cupcake in particular. After a quick Google search we found this cute little shop. They had a few cupcake flavors available, tons of macaron flavors and a vast variety of fun ice cream flavors. I got a cupcake, I wanted vanilla frosting so opted for the Main Street vanilla. It was cutely decorated with some candy decorations. I found the cake part kind of tasted stale, but frosting was delicious. I think based on other reviews I may have just have had a one off experience and will gladly try another time if in the area. read more

I stopped in with a friend she needed cookies for a party and I just tagged along. She got a box of assorted macaroons which she said that they were amazing the best she ever tasted. I did buy a s'mores cupcake but no pic sorry it was so good I forgot to take one. The service was great patient with the old ladies deciding on which macaroons we wanted. The vibe is small town bakery/ice cream shop. Will return when in town to try more of there selections. read more

We stopped in after dinner at The Wharf and it ended up being the best decision of the night. The ice cream was excellent. I had the black raspberry chocolate chip. Creamy, great texture, packed with dark chocolate chunks. Portions were generous. What they call a kiddie size would be plenty for most people. The macarons deserve the real credit. Dozens of flavors, all baked in-house. Fruity Pebbles, tiramisu, pistachio, lemon, and so many more. Crisp shells, smooth fillings, no shortcuts. You could build an entire assortment box and you will still feel like you missed out on something. There were cupcakes, brownies, and chocolate covered Oreos too, each with their own variations. It's a bakery, not just an ice cream stop. The shop itself is clean, bright, and well put together. Despite the great AC, the staff was warm, they were helpful, and didn't rush a thing, even with all the choices. It's the kind of sweet little business that invites you to take your time. If you're anywhere near Warren, the aptly named, Perfect Sweet Shoppe is a no-brainer. read more

ordered lightning McQueen cake. Wanted it red lightning bolts, it's just a regular cake with two toy cars on top. The cake pops were just dipped in red chocolate. Nothing to show that it's a McQueen theme other than a piece of paper on the stick. The taste of this cake was awful. I have never been so disappointed. will never go back and certainly will not recommend this place to anyone unless they want to eat tasteless dry cake. Not one person ate the cake at my child's first birthday party he's ever had. I'm so disappointed and disgusted with this place. read more

I stopped into The Perfect Sweet Shoppe on a casual walk through Warren. It was off a cute street filled with other local shops. The place was aesthetically appealing with homemade cakes showcased, macaroons, and cupcakes. All of the desserts were well done and beautiful. They had artwork hung up on the walls. I even redeemed a Yelp coupon after checking in on the Yelp app for a free macaroon. I got the cotton candy and cake batter icecream. It was tasty, creamy, and flavorful. The customer service was great, very friendly, and helpful. I would definitely stop in again! read more

What a great find! I had no idea this place was here since it's tucked away off Main Street. They've got a nice variety of house-made macarons. We grabbed a dozen, and they throw in a free one for every five you buy. The macarons were good, though a bit too sweet for me. The ice cream was awesome--I tried mint chocolate, peanut butter, and strawberry. Overall, a great experience, and I'd definitely come back! read more

We had been trying to try this shop for a while now. Finally we picked the perfect day to go. I can now tell why this shop is so popular! You are immediately greeted with one of the largest display of macrons that I have ever seen. If you wasn't a specific flavor, there is the chance that they have it! I snuck a bite from the macron on my wife's sundae, and they are easily the best that I have tried! For my sundae, I decided on the S'Mores sundae with Graham Central Station (of course). This was the most perfect combination ever. Graham cracker crumbles, chocolate chips, chocolate sauce, and toasted marshmallow. It was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it! We will have to go back and try more of their macrons next time. Such an amazing shop with lots of other goodies as well. They also carry Borealis Coffee from one of Rhode Island's amazing roasters. Get to this place today! They certainly have earned the title of the Perfect Sweet Shop! read more

Amazing in every way. What a find. Hidden in the back but do they deserve a front and center of attention. Clean, variety and open baking kitchen with friendly staff says it all. The kind, sweet, happy and most attentive employees I've seen (especially these days). And don't forget the best macarons I've had and I've had and tried numerous places (Europe, South America and USA). The variety and the taste is fresh and unique, yet it still tastes as it is named and not fake and dyes. Wow. Amazing. Plus their yogurt and ice cream was unique as well and delicious. They are doing something right cause I had all sorts of desserts. The young kids were professional yet so kind and honest and helpful I ended up buying more than I should. Thank goodness I walked in here just to get away from the rain and looking for a sweet craving. I was driving through the states and stopping by anywhere to eat just a couple bites here and there. And this was the spot. I expected to pay an arm and a leg for what I got and yet I left happy in every way and wanting more. Thank you The Perfect Sweet Shoppe. Wish you were in my home town. read more

I am more of a savory person... that being said I took my daughter for some ice cream. I found out that their sister location was the one with ice cream. I had the hot cocoa cookie. It was the best hot chocolate cookie I have ever had! My daughter's favorite color is purple and had a PB&J purple macaroon. I will be back! read more

Stopped in 30 min before closing-- no coffee brewed. Plenty of desserts and ice cream on display, but it was sticker shock for me! A small (not normal size) macaron was $3! My favorite dessert/snack place! Signs on the road direct you to the building so it isn't very difficult to find. Every single employee is awesome. Nice little spot. The kid working the counter was friendly and helpful. First time having a macaron. Many interesting flavors. They were quite nice. A bit pricey but they do that 5 and the 6th is free thing. The cupcakes were "tough" and we couldn't taste the almond and I just couldn't get into the frosting. I think it must have been a shortening based frosting. Very strange consistency. They were very pretty tho. The chocolate covered toffee was just not good. No flavor and wrong consistency. We'll go back but will order differently. read more

I ordered a cake for my son's 21st birthday in April 2022. It was amazing!! My entire party of 11 were amazed not only by the taste but the decoration as well. Also-and even more important-Tracy is amazing! My sister was supposed to pick up the cake on a Sunday as she is closed on Monday. Unfortunately, my sister forgot! I was flying to RI and could not respond to Tracy's messages. My sister contacted Tracy and asked if she could come on Monday. Although the shop was closed , Tracy went above and beyond and met my sister on Monday to pick up the cake and not spoil the party. Thanks Tracy!!! read more

I didn't even eat macarons until I tried one here, and now nowhere else can live up to them! (Seriously, I've had them in Paris and the Perfect Sweet Shoppe's are better!). Great: The staff was patient while we tried to pick a few things out. While pricey, we had the best macarons we have had in a while! We will surely be back to try more flavors. So-so: Parking was a CHALLENGE. The entrance to the shop is in the back and when we went there were cars parked tightly on both of sides of the entrance. We had to be super careful. Luckily we got one of the last spots available. The less than desirable parking situation does not outshine the yummy goods inside. read more

I ordered long-distance to get a holiday present for a client. They made the most amazing collection of macarons, packaged them perfectly and delivered them locally. I very much recommend calling and ordering from them for any local present you need. The client was absolutely delighted, found the presentation novel, and was heartened to receive a gift from a local business. They were easy to work with, have great internet based payment set up, and it took less time than ordering wine from wine.com. Be unique! Everyone gets wine, no one gets macarons. read more
