I had the strawberry shortcake cupcake and there was strawberry filling in the middle. The cupcake was soft and moist and the icing wasn't overly sweet. The filling was a very nice addition. The cupcakes were really good sizes too. Marti's Cupcakes & More was a close second place for the best cupcake.

Very weird. I live a few minutes away and came frequently when it was Matos all because of the Natas and the Eclairs. Unfortunately the only thing Victorias has in common with Matos is the building. I gave 2 stars because the girl at the front (maybe Cape Verdian?) was very helpful and had a great attitude. Also, the place was clean. Just a shame they don't have a Tia or something that teach them to make proper Natas. Now i need to drive to EP for quality. Hence 2 stars. (Sigh) On a side note... Just my 2 cents... After we got our coffees she asked if we wanted sugar. They had a very small bakery case of baked goods. They were labeled vegan and gluten free, but I'm a little unsure if they are. As a friend of someone who had a gluten allergy and one with a dairy allergy, I take it very seriously when stickers saying stuff like that are on anything. Even if I wanted to try something, they could only do cash only. I hope their truck is as good as I've heard since they've been around for 15 years. But both of my experiences here have been less than ideal.
