However, I do call ahead of time to make sure that the parts are available and the two times that I visited here everything has been available and ready for pick up at the front desk. I actually have a mechanic that I work and he has a reputable reputation with the company as well so everything works out perfectly... availability and deals! The store is a little hard to spot from the road but if you have any GPS system it should guide you spot on! I used my Google Maps without worry. The shop is kind of small however they do have a few shelves of items that you can browse around to see if it's anything else that you need for your vehicle but they mainly specialize in imported cars. And store is pretty much for stocking items and not so much on the main floor. The building does appear larger from outside. No sugar coating here... they're definitely straight and to the point with you. A great group of guys. Parking is alongside the store on the street or there is parking directly behind the building. Be careful heading back on the main street... super busy area of Norfolk. They usually close at 6 during the week and a little earlier on Saturday...call ahead to verify. Guy on the phone said that it was, and I started driving from South Carolina to Virginia. 5+ hours later, dragging a trailer on my only day off on a Saturday. (mind you 11 hours round trip burns and ENTIRE day and at least 3 tanks of fuel). I arrive, walk in, and the dude tells me right away that the tailgate was sold some time ago. "Sorry". They could have called me back when they figured that out but they didn't. The vehicle, which has been getting prepped for bodywork for 2 YEARS, goes I to the spray booth tomorrow missing an entire panel now. So I'm out 3 tanks of fuel and 11 hours of my time and they don't even have the courtesy to ACTUALLY check for parts before they tell you go ahead and "COME OUt" to get them. Salvage yards are shady, but this place just needs to fold up and apologize to everyone.

The technician working on my car informed me and showed me first-hand that both of my front rims were bent badly (most likely due to the crappy roads in VA) and referred me to another shop for repair. Greatly appreciated the information and brought to light why my steering wheel would shake badly when going above 40mph. Ended up shifting the newly replaced tires from the front to the back as the tech advised to reduce the "shaking" until i could repair the rim damage. Any other shop would have just replaced the tires as requested and not inform me of the rim damage. Highly recommend their service.

I Went to autozone on Virginia Beach and the guy ask me do you want me to install the battery. It took him 5 mins. He also turned down my tip as well. It was night and day between the 2 autozones.
