The replacement costed less than $7. Where Brandon went above and beyond was installing the new terminal. The old bolt was so rusted and fused to the cable that it took Brandon an hour of hard labor to get it off. During the entire process he maintained good humor and a positive attitude, even when he banged his knuckle on the engine trying to get the stubborn nut off. I tell them I'm there to purchase car parts and well get given the runaround guy tells me to call a number on a little torn piece of paper with a different company name and a different website name where prices differ. I ask if I can wait there to place the order while I'm the phone not knowing that they can not just simply give you the order after waiting on the phone for 45 minutes some guy from who knows where tells me they can only ship the orders, which I was trying to avoid as I could've just gone to amazon to place that same order. Later that day I hop on amazon and place the order from a seller "AUTOPARTS GIANT" which turns out being guess who?! These mf (excuse my French) which not only after seeing my order leave the same city I'm in just to come back to only 6miles away they don't even deliver the full order only sending me one piece of what I ordered now calling amazon which have to send an email to them and I have to wait 2-3 buisness days for a reply. Hilarious! And how do I know it's the same company you may ask? Well on the box you can see the from address comes right back to these imbeciles. Save yourself the trouble and go with my favorite company APO (autoparts outlet)which I used back in San Antonio TX much better customer service guaranteed. That one review on here can't possibly be real about them being helpful is BS. This Advance Auto Parts location is your standard auto parts store. They basically carry the same inventory as other Advance locations and the store layout is consistent with most other stores in the chain. This store is located in the Indian River Shopping Center. There is plenty of free parking in the shopping center's huge private lot, especially considering there are a lot of empty business spaces here. The staff here is knowledgeable and can offer advice in various areas. Employees are friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. They will gladly test or install a new battery or put windshield wiper blades on your car for free. Need to have your starter or alternator tested? They'll do it for you. Is your "check engine" light lit? They will scan your vehicle's computer for the error code. Need a tool for a job, they will loan you one. Just leave a deposit and get it back when you return the tool. You can even drop off old car batteries or motor oil for recycling. All these services are free so it can be quite helpful. I like shopping at Advance for the personal touches you can't get from Amazon or other big online retailers. Prices at Advance are a little more than you would pay on Amazon in many cases but this can be mitigated by shopping online at Advance's website where they will give you a discount code which, in my experience, is usually 20%. You can shop inventory from your local Advance store online, buy it then go to the store to pick it up about thirty minutes later. It's so easy and saves you money. I enjoy having this store near my home, it's very convenient for me.

He basically crossed out the $500 I had left to pay and literally scribbled it out and wrote $1500 like I hadn't been paying his ass over the past six months!! And the funny part is he quoted me $1400 to machine both blocks and assemble one of them and I built the other engine on my own!!! Now I don't know where you're from but it doesn't cost $1500 to machine a block especially when you only charged $400 for the one I built myself!!! Lol then tried to lie and say I bought parts from them! What parts do you require to machine a block? Especially when I have my receipts that show all my parts were bought from eBay and I have the receipts!!! Kirk the manager is a liar and a thief he tried to drive the price up so ridiculously that he knew that I would pull my engine!!! He never even started putting my engine together!! And told me "I really don't even wanna build your motor now" and I'd been nothing but nice to this guy!!! If you don't wanna get ripped off like a number of people I've spoken with, this is what they do! But I went up there with my Attorney wife and we recorded the entire ordeal and he's such a bad liar he didn't even realize that he told on himself!!! Just basically stole my money!!! Approximately 6 years ago my daughter was driving with my wife as she had a learner's permit and unfortunately she was involved in a bad car accident. Well, since her new job would involve driving her 30 minutes to and from work, we decided to see if we could re-ignited that passion of driving by shopping for her first vehicle. After searching online and visiting several dealerships to find her a low mileage, dependable used car, we almost gave up. Then we stopped in at Cavalier Ford of Greenbrier. Matt , the sales representative showed us a vehicle that we saw online that seemed to good to be true. It was a beautiful 2022 Kia Forte LXS. My daughter immediately fell in love with this vehicle. I took my daughter with me as I took it on a short test drive. When we got back to the dealership, we had to leave for our next appointment at another dealership. Matt was very understanding . After see a few other vehicles, we concluded that the vehicles we had seen were at same price point but with higher mileage and had superficial damages such as scratches and chipped paint. My daughter requested to see the Kia at Cavalier Ford again and SHE wanted to take it for a test drive herself.. which surprised us both. Matt was again eager to show us the car and was so kind to my daughter especially during her test drive. He even gifted her a cleaning supply kit. Matt also introduced us to Joel , whom helped us with financing the remainding cost after making a downpayment. They had her car's tank filled, gave my daughter the key and told her that her second key will be ready after the weekend. Matt and Joel made this monumental first time purchase for my daughter a memorial one. They also gave her two years of free oil changes!
