    Bought a used 2013 Hyundai Elantra on March 7, 2018 at approx. 68,800 miles on it. Bought and paid in full on the spot - the salesperson actually worked with me and my budget! So 10/10 on customer service. It was a great vehicle. I got lucky and had no issue with it and did not experience the engine oil consumption issue with this vehicle. Had this vehicle until first week of October 2021 when I got another used vehicle. Reason is because it got totaled in an accident (not-at-fault) back in July 30, 2021. Structural got bent. I miss that car. Anyway, back then this place did me good. Not sure how this place is doing today so be wary.

    Stopped in on Black Friday to look at the CX-30. This was my second stop and immediately followed my less-than-ideal experience at Priority Hyundai. Cavalier Mazda is adjacent to Priority Hyundai, so it was kinda of a no-brainer to check out some Mazdas. I came away impressed with the CX-30 and liked the salesperson who helped me, Tyler. I would buy from Tyler since he heard my wants by responding accordingly, he gave me the illusion I was in control of the convo, and he didn't press me to buy on the spot. I realized, after I left Banister Nissan, that I needed to look at the CX-5, which Car & Driver listed as their #1 crossover SUV (and is bigger than the CX-30). So I'll likely go back for an in-person look and test drive. In the meantime, I further researched the CX-5 online to prep for my next visit. I'll update if I end up coppin' a whip from him.     I had the best experience of buying a car that I have ever had. Phil and Beau were great. I called the office yesterday minutes before they closed and they answered all polite and let me know to swing by this morning. I got there a tad early and Phil helped me start looking for a vehicle that was perfect for me. He went above and beyond with customer service and Beau was there helping as well. Normally, it is one sales person that takes HOURS. This place was in and out in about an hour... if not two max. They were the best and I could not have asked for a better deal. After yesterday going through four dealerships, this was... by far... the best. Absolutely recommend this dealership and please ask for Phil or Beau. They will make your experience fun, friendly, and the budget you are looking for. Thank you Phil and Beau. Will be seeing you all again!

The dealership failed to mention corrosion and rust. Buyer beware. They will sell you a lemon and upsell you on it.

I had just left my purse (and phone) in the car and she kept insisting that I must get this done. I told her IF it's required service, I guess I have to do it. She told me it would be about 1-1.5 hours. I then found my car and got my purse and started checking for required maintenance. Nowhere in the handbook or on the website did Toyota state that an engine flush was required service. I tried to reach my adviser who was nowhere to be found. After 2.5 hours, I went to find my advisor. Unable to do so, I found someone who was willing to stop his conversation long enough to tell me it was in the service bay but hadn't been assigned anyone yet. I called Toyota about the engine flush. They said it's not a required service. They attempted to reach the service department and were unable to. After almost 5 hours, my car was ready. 5 hours! And they didn't even do the tire rotation because the service adviser said I didn't need one! She never even saw my car. Tire rotation is required. I was charged for an unnecessary service, couldn't reach the Service Manager and wasted my day at Priority. I followed up with a letter to the Service manager - no reply. I followed up with a letter to the President - no reply. Customer service at the Priority Service Department is horrible. Even worse, the Service manager and the President/CEO of Priority couldn't care less.

I…read moretook my vehicle to get a state inspection from this dealership 18SEP25 and also to report a rattling noise. The dealership called and said the vehicle was ready for pickup. I arrived at the dealership via Lyft because they did not have any loaner vehicles to get me to work. The inspection sticker was not on the vehicle and had to be placed on before closing, when I drove off the lot the rattle was still there. I took the vehicle back 20OCT25 and was charged $2516.37, thank God for the extended warranty! Got the vehicle back. The rattle was STILL there. Gave the vehicle back to them and was charged $3763.11. Finally the rattle is gone. Went for an oil change 26FEB26 and now they state I need to have an Oil cooler assembly replaced for $2317.98. I have an extended warranty but was denied because it looks like from photos, this leak has been there. With the denial the dealership did not offer any type of assistance or financing option to me as a customer or a veteran. I have had over 25 requests via text and email from Buick to purchase my vehicle. For me it is not the vehicle it is the dealership and the attention to detail of their work. I believe if they were not rushing and took care with their servicing all of these issues would have been caught. I would not have to visit this dealership as often. I will no longer be taking my vehicle to this dealership as their attention to detail has NOT only cost me time but also money.

I didn't think much of it but my fiancé told me to get it checked out. I never did till it got really bad. One day I'm going on a lil trip with my car & my 2 yr old son was with me. So I'm on the interstate & my engine light just starts flashing & it wouldn't go no faster than 57 miles. I had to pull over on the interstate & turn on my hazard lights. I had to drive an hour & some minutes back home only going 57 miles on the interstate just so they could tow my car from home. Mind you, the day after they "claimed" they fixed it my car did the same exact thing not even 24hrs of me having it. Recently my car stopped on a stop light because it was over heated & smoking. Now you may be thinking "what could cause that" well my c-h cooling ruptured all over my engine so i didn't have any cooling on a 81 degree hot day. Now they're saying I'll have to get a whole new engine & this is only the second month I've had the car. The worst part about it all is, i don't even want the car anymore it's putting me into financial stress. It's been in the shop more times than I've driven it.
