He misrepresented his experience just to get my money. The pool was in bad shape when he came to look at it and give me an estimate but still insisted that no problem he can get it back to its original condition . "Warning: Do not trust with your money or your time. Their lack of integrity and inability to fulfill their commitments is truly disappointing. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable company to work with." Incompetent and deceitful, I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away and save yourself the headache. The condition of the pool has not changed from the day that you saw it till two months later today has been the same. You just needed to take my money and use it for whatever reason.

Here's…read moremy story of a total disaster: 1) called Malibu for hot tub repair and they come out and replace a pool motor along with noticing another motor needs service. I approve and they take away for repair. 2) they come back with serviced motor and replace but state I need another part replaced and they will order and be back. 3) I called a couple a couple of times asking why they have not been back? Will be out this week is the response. 4) Skip and his buddy come out and ask what do I need. I reminded them that they were to order a part and replace the damaged part. They stated they would order and be out in about a week. 5) Skip and buddy come out with a part look over the original part and new ordered part and Skips buddy tells me its not the same but it will work if they rework the part. I state no I would like the same part and not a reworked Part. Ok, they will reorder. 6)replace the part and start the hot tub out and its leaking. They go ahead and fix and tell me its good to go. 7) Hot tub after a couple of days starts leaking again and the controls are not working (I think they mis-wired the controls. 8) I have called 3 times in the last 3 weeks and no response. I will try again tomorrow but I'm guessing after paying Malibu spa over $400.00 dollars I have to eat it and get someone reputable.
