The guy came out and gave me a quote. I had patio concrete damage so was told the concrete would have to be ground down in order to put down the new concrete design. It looked great at first but 2 months in the new design started cracking. I was told cracking isn't a warrantied item. Now the cracking is breaking apart! I have pictures.... This is without a doubt a most professional company that immediately delivers on an excellent product from day one! The owner of the company, Neal, came by for measuring and an an estimate, a supervisor contacted us regarding the job setup, a foreman oversaw the job, and most importantly, focused, professional artisans lay down the concrete overlay, including grout lines to simulate the stone. After allowing the concrete to cure a day, they come back to lay down the base color and stain the concrete "stones". Afterwards, 3 coats of a glossy sealant is applied and the job is complete after the second visit! Fabulous!!! They were hired to do work on my condo building in Kings Point. Notices of concrete being laid were only put on 1 stairway out of 3, leaving us shocked when we were told we had to get out by 9:30 am or be stuck in our house til 5, meaning missing work. The notice only stated work lasting two days. Fast forward a week and they knock on our door as they are in the process of oiling the walkway to tell us we won't be allowed to leave for two hours. We asked the workers to stop while we made a call to figure out what we could do as we had work and they proceeded to keep going leaving us trapped once again. No notices were posted that this would be happening and they allowed us no time to leave so we wouldn't miss work. Incredibly unprofessional! Update; The owner of this business just called to yelled at me. Claiming that if I didn't take down this review they would send me a phony bill for damages.They've made claims to involve lawyers because I've stated my honest opinion and to send me a bill for damage that never occurred. This comes across as being extortive. The level of disrespect this business has to think it's appropriate to bully residents is incomprehensible to say the least. Update ; Half of these reviews are probably fake. I had another customer who saw my review actually contact me to tell me she had a very similar experience with Neal being absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. Apparently she had to bring a lawyer into the situation to resolve her complaints. read more
