We purchased 3 quartz bathroom 3 cm countertops. The price was reasonable, the scheduled time for templating and installation were honored, and the work was done professionally. Werner and his 2 man crew deserve special kudos for the care and detail to attention throughout the installation process. There were some minor cutting errors in the size of some backsplashes but Werner and his guys came back the next day and installed the properly sized back splashes. Bottom line - I have used BBM&G for my quartzite kitchen countertops and for quartz countertops in our master bath, powder room and guest bath and I would definitely use them again. read more

I cannot praise BB Marble and Granite enough. Three years ago they installed White Macaubus Quartzite countertops and backsplashes in our kitchen. Everything came out great. Unfortunately, over the past six months staining developed on the edges. In researching this type of quartzite, we found that this is a problem in this (porous) type of quartzite. I contacted BB Marble & Granite and explained the problem. The company owner (Dil) and assistant (Renato) cane to our home to inspect. They told me that they would be contacting the supplier (in Brazil) and explore ways to remove the stains. Two weeks later a technician from BB M & G came over and tried a procedure involving heat application. It did not work. The next day I heard from Renato who explained that Dil apologizes, will take responsibility, and requested that we come to their office and pick out a different stone. (at their cost) The EXCELLENT and beautiful kitchen is now complete. It is great to deal with a company who stands by their work and product. read more

i had a horrible experience. the sales girl aline was a shark grabbing us and selling at her outmost price to get her commission . after she stuck us with the very high price it was good luck getting her to follow with the performance, you cant get her on the phone she is either on vacation or busy with a customer , she was rude and unpleasant after we gave the deposit, it took weeks to get them to come, and when they finally did it went all wrong! i had mirrors around my bar they broke it while installing the counter top, a manager never contacted us to solve the issue, and aline again was rude and entitled as if we were the issue, all they did is pick up the broken mirror and never offered to compensate us. i want everyone to know that they had to come back 3 times per counter top ( three counters ) to get it right and one is still wrong. i do not recommend boyton beach marble to anyone, please shop elsewhere there are loads of other companies that would do the job correctly. i think aline should not work with the public since she does not know how . read more

I was cleaning my granite island counter top and I noticed a pitted area of the granite which had been previously filled in by BBM&G and the repair was deteriorating exposing the pitted area. I contacted the company from whom I made the original purchase, Floor and Decor ( A FABULOUS COMPANY), and they in turn sent pictures of the defect in the granite to Boynton Beach Marble & Granite, Inc. Here's where the fun begins: Without even making a visit to inspect the problem, Boynton Beach Marble and Granite, based solely on the pictures, said that it was customer caused damage which is not covered by their lifetime guarantee I called Boynton Beach Marble & Granite and spoke with Pricilla. I expressed my shock that without even making an in-person inspection they would conclude it was not a defect but diagnose it as a chip and accuse me of causing the damage! I told Pricilla the defect was on the vertical face of the granite edge and it took a while for their defective repair to fail. Pricilla asked me how long ago was the installation. I told her about two years ago. She accused me of lying and said "It took you this long to find it!" I responded that I did not appreciate their lack of willingness to come out and make an "in person" inspection in conjunction with their lifetime guarantee as opposed to summarily deeming it customer damage. With that Pricilla hung up on me. In my situation, this company did not conduct themselves in a reputable manor and their "lifetime guarantee" is apparently only as good as their willingness to honor it! read more

Originally we had purchased granite from another company and they tried to screw us so we went to BOYNTON BEACH MARBLE AND GRANITE we where treated as if we where family. Once we found what we liked they set up the appointment to make the template.Then we went in to place the template onto the quartz so they can see what section we wanted .They installed the vanity top today and all I can say is AMAZING they did a A+ job and I would give them 10 stars if I could so if you need granite, marble,quartz or quartzite don't go any further they are the best. Super happy with the Boynton Beach Marble and Granite! One day we decided to upgrade the countertops in our kitchen. We shopped around for at least a month, visited many different companies ranging from Riviera Beach to Pompano Beach. We tried to local ads which provided discounts and neither of them was able to beat the quote from Boynton Beach Marble and Granite. We came into their shop on High Ridge Rd and Miner Rd, which actually is near our house. Claudia helped us and was patient with our many questions. She described patiently the difference and pros and cons between granite, quartz, marble and quartzite. We wanted a white countertops and unfortunately, it's difficult to find them in granites without having too many motives. We decided to go with quartz. She sent Patrick to our house for the measurements, whom we later found out is part owner of the company. Patrick was very patient with us and helpful as well. He was not pushy nor tried to upsell us to more expensive products like many of the others did. And when we came by the shop to get the quote few days later, we were surprised at the prices we were given. Patrick was there and he said he gave us good prices because we're local to Boynton Beach and that he wants to earn our business. He had a breakdown on the pricing for the different stones we were looking at, to include prices for full and partial backsplash. We left because we wanted to shop around and know our options. Claudia did called few days later to get an update. She was not pushy and told us to call whenever we're ready. After about three weeks and failed attempt to beat their price, we returned and were welcomed back by Claudia and Patrick. We chose our "free sink" and paid with a credit card and was not charged extra for it. Claudia set up the dates for the digital measurements as well as two different dates for the countertop installation and the full backsplash install. For the install, they sent out Leandro, Marcio and Luciano whom are some of the most polite guys you'll meet. There's a bit of a story about them. Unfortunately, just few days prior they lost one of their crewmembers in a motorcycle accident. Though they were still in mourning, it didn't stop them from working hard and being polite. When they returned the following week for the backsplash install, I had to run a bit late due to work. They told me on the phone to take my time and were patiently waiting for me. I can't say enough how happy we are with this experience. We will be sure to let others know about them. In fact, we already told our neighbor, who later informed us that they are going to hire them on their kitchen remodeling because they too received good deals. We've been living in our home since mid October. Total gut job. Washing dishes in the bathroom sink. Finally had cabinets installed last week. Although payment structure and protocols a bit quirky, we found the company first rate. Lucia helped with selection, design and scheduling. She was helpful in all aspects our our project. When an adjustment was needed before appliance install Lucia made sure it was done in a timely manner. Werner's installation crew and the follow up crew were craftsmen who paid close attention to detail and made sure our installation was beyond satisfactory and was precise. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. The glue/tape they used during the measuring process chipped/peeled the finish on our BRAND NEW beautiful kitchen cabinets and they had all to be repainted. Because we called the owner, we believe that during install they "purposely" dropped the drilled out faucet marble plug into our new Bosch dishwasher - which would have completely destroyed the dishwasher. Fortunately, the marble plug landed in the utensil basket. It was a miserable experience from start to finish. Never again. read more

DO NOT USE THIS BOYNTON BEACH MARBLE & GRANITE. They will schedule you a window of time for someone to come out and template a countertop for you and then call an hour before the window begins to say if you can't do It "right now" then they won't honor the window because yours is the last job of the day. Yes, I called the office to explain what happened, but they didn't care and weakly offered to have someone come back out a week later which is too late for me. The concept of CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT exist at Boynton Beach Marble & Granite. Their time will always more important than yours. Fortunately, I did not have them work on my countertop because if their work is reflective of how badly they treat their customers then I am happy I didn't give them any money. You shouldn't either unless you want to be disrespected and blown off. read more

Worst experience I've ever had trying to do business with this company. I was dealing with Patrick the owners son and to get a call back or an Email back would take 8 -- 10 days. No matter how many time I would leave a message or an Email, I was just ignored. He also seemed to be off from work most of the time. I ultimately cancelled my order. I'm very easy to deal with but this guy made my blood boil due to his total disregard for me and my business. The kids are taking over this business and don't give a damn. Stay away !!! read more

I was so excited to be getting new kitchen counter tops. This company was recommended to me. My experience with selecting my slab with my sales rep was very nice, she was helpful. When the installation was scheduled 3 gentlemen showed up to my home. When they installed my counter tops the counter was over an inch too long. The person who did the template, obviously, didn't measure properly. Unbeknownst to me, they cut through my drywall and into the studs and shoved the counter top through my wall. Once I realized what they'd done, I called repeatedly for them to correct the problem and damage. No one would return my calls except my sales rep. I asked to speak with the manager and owner. They ended up sending two of the gentlemen who had installed my counter top out to caulk my wall. They walked in with a roll of paper towels and a tube of caulk. I said that was not acceptable, they need to remove my counter top and fabricate it properly, reinstall it and repair the damage to my wall. I was told the were compensating me by caulking my wall... They left without doing anything. After repeated calls to rectify the situation, eventually the owner called me back and said this was normal and happened all the time. After I continued to insist this was not normal, he said they would come out and repair it onsite. I've called back and I haven't heard from them again. I've since paid another contractor to come out and repair the damage at my expense.... I would definitely NOT recommend this company. read more

I spent $45K on my kitchen.....the cabinets chipped terrible. I contacted them and they blamed me for cleaning them wrong so I stopped and cleaned them the way they said. So I contacted them again and also Kitchenmaid but did not hear back from either of them. My cabinets look so bad after 4 years that I need to have them painted. I will never use this company again and I would NOT recommend them or Kitchenmaid. I would like to at least touchup the paint but none was left to do that with. read more

Poor customer service. Saleswoman seemed disinterested when showing us slabs of granite-Our General Contractor could never get a hold of her nor did she return his messages. When I had to get involved, they couldn't find our paperwork with the slabs of granite we picked out. Needless to say they never followed up with a phone call. My husband is a project manager who used to install cabinets, but after moving down from NH he doesn't have a crew, so we decided to contract this out. At each point in the process, which took about a month from start to finish, the crew showed up promptly when promised and explained things along the way. They were recommended to me by someone who is in the granite industry but is not a fabricator. They were amazing to work with. I live in Boston and am renovating a bathroom in my condo in Deerfield Beach. We met with them in person in January and they provided a quote for a granite countertop in a bathroom. Then when I was in Florida in March and the cabinets were installed, they came out the next day to measure & put together the template. We had a delay getting our cabinets installed (due to a very undependable cabinet store not ordering our cabinets) and Boynton Beach Marble & Granite was able to rush our installation so that the cabinets could be installed while we were still in Florida! They did an excellent job and the counter looks great. With so many bad customer service experiences in Florida I was pleasantly surprised that Boynton Beach Marble & Granite was able to take such good care of us. This company damaged my wall (literally broke it) and now are delaying with any response to re-texture and adamantly refused to repaint. They also did not lay the granite flush and blamed it on going from "laminate to granite" and told me to go buy a molding to cover up the gap. Also, one week after installation a tiny amount of hand-soap stained the counter-top, I spent all weekend trying to figure out ways to soak up the stain, obviously they did not seal it properly. They have good customer service until they cash your check, then forget about it, if there is problems, they do not make good! read more

My wife and I wanted to just replace a sink that was a double sink and contoured as well. We went to one granite shop and they advised us to find a granite fabricator. We checked the internet and met with Claudia and Dill (the owner). They gave us advice on what to look for and how they could help. They sent out someone to assist in insuring that I had the correct measurements. The wife and I went shopping for sinks. It was a frustrating experience since we couldn't find a good replacement that would fit. Anything we did see would require recutting the granite, but no place to move the faucet. In the end we decided to replace all our kitchen counters with new granite. Their prices were about the same as Lowes and Home Depot (possibly even a little less.) Today they did the installation. We have nothing but praise for the work they did. They were on time, efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. read more

We had estimates from two other granite companies that included the window sills and sink at no extra charge, but this company charged totally about $500 more for those items. They were the only ones that had a slab we liked, so we went ahead. There was a "L" shaped piece that was supposed to be in one piece but was installed as two pieces with a seam that didn't match. When we laid it out on the slab before cutting, it was originally laid out as one piece. I brought this to the attention of the management and they immediately agreed to correct the piece and replaced it with a very nice one piece. I was very impressed with the professionalism, promptness, and expert installation of their work...and we are overall very happy we decided on them for this job. We would use them again even though they are more expensive...and worth it!!! read more

I live in New York and therefore had to do my business over the phone with this company working through my tenants in Florida. The salesman I worked with took the order from my tenants, was supposed to mail me a contract with the estimate, but "forgot" to send it, so a week and a half later, he sent it and told me he would "rush" the cabinets due to his error. He did not rush the cabinets. He then asks me to "overnight" the check as he needs it immediately and will only take a credit card over the phone if I pay the 2% fee. One month later, still no cabinets (why did I have to "overnight" the check) and I get an email asking me to "sign off" on the fact that his company will not be responsible for damage to the ceiling when they remove the old cabinets as they are nailed into the ceiling. Needless to say, I would not "sign off" as he should have seen that when he did the original estimate. 2 weeks later, he's finally getting to put the cabinets in and I receive an estimate to hook up the sink and various other items totaling $845. My original estimate did say that plumbing and electrical were not included, however after speaking to the owner, he said that "installing" a sink, is merely attaching it to the granite. I then contacted another company that does various kitchen work and contracted with them to do the same work for $355. In addition, when the granite finally arrived and had to pay for that again, immediately, now they will accept credit cards over the phone, without the additional 2% charge. I had written my concerns to the son of the owner of Boynton Beach Marble and Granite, heard back from him once, where he only addressed his defense of his salesman, but did not address my complaints as he "didn't want to go back and forth with me". So....stay away from this company if you want something done in a timely manner and make sure your contract has EVERYTHING spelled out. The plumber that will be hooking up the sink laughed when I told him my experience and agreed that "installing" a sink does not mean merely dropping it in a hole. read more
