I didn't see that until after they left and didn't bother to call about that because the owner told me they aren't responsible for any damages!!!! He didn't specify his time frame once I called to ask he proceeds to telling me 2-3 weeks is his best time frame, it wasn't feasible for me. I asked for a refund he said there a $150 charge, when I asked when can I drop by to pick the remainder of my down payment he said he didn't want people like me in his office. Customer service sucks, time frame is slow, and he showed up for template measurement 2 hours late.
