They scheduled me quickly for installation the following week -- and that's where the problems began. On the day of my scheduled install, no one showed up. I called and texted the office multiple times and got no response. Hours later, I finally received a text telling me to "check my email." The email -- sent the night before at almost midnight -- claimed they couldn't come because "some guys had family issues." No phone call, no proper notice, and no courtesy to notify my contractor who was already at my home waiting. They rescheduled for the next day. Again -- no show. No calls, no texts answered, nothing. Then I received photos of a "work truck accident" as an explanation for the delay. After looking into it, the picture they sent me was from February 2024 -- not from that day. They passed off an old photo in an attempt to excuse another no-show. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. They rescheduled yet again for 8:30 AM the following morning. And guess what? No show -- a THIRD TIME. I had already paid 75% upfront, so at this point I honestly thought they were scamming me. They only communicate by text, and every response took forever -- extremely unprofessional for a business handling thousands of dollars in customer projects. After requesting to speak with Amber the manager (who never called me back), a technician suddenly called me (only phone ever received from that company) that he was "on the way." He arrived over two hours late. The countertop itself came out decent, but the chaos surrounding this install cost me $300 in contractor standby fees due to their repeated no-shows and lack of communication. I had additional projects I planned to do with them, but they will never get my business again. I really liked the owner who I thought came across as honest, knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Also, the pricing was fair, the selection and quality of granite was impressive and they were very easy to communicate with. We put down a deposit and things got rolling quickly. The counters went down beautifully but there was some question about whether or not they'd be able to get all of the backsplashes done with the amount of material we had in our slabs. Ultimately, they made it happen without any drama or delay which was really appreciated. I also want to mention how impressed I was with their trustworthiness. They basically had complete access to our house for three days as well as the codes to get in and they didn't abuse the trust we placed in them whatsoever. The place was in exactly the same shape it was when we returned, with the exception of the fantastic granite they installed! All in all, great experience. Five stars.

I had an excellent experience with Quantum Floors, and I want to specifically highlight Nick, the…read moremanager, who truly went above and beyond from start to finish. Nick came out to give me an estimate, and right away I was impressed with how knowledgeable and straightforward he was. There was no wishy-washiness about pricing or what was needed -- he explained everything clearly and honestly. I told him I wanted my floors done right after my cabinets were installed, and he made sure to fit me into the schedule. Although Nick wasn't the one physically installing the floors, he closely monitored the entire process. Whenever I had a question or concern, he not only answered quickly but also came out in person to make sure things were handled properly. When the installers discovered mold behind the molding, Nick personally went to Home Depot to get the right materials and treated it for me at no extra cost. He even helped with unrelated issues: when the interior door to my garage became misaligned during the process, Nick got tools, tried to fix it himself, and then explained what I needed to do since the springs were old. On top of that, when another contractor I was working with left me in a tough spot, Nick stepped in to connect me with someone reliable to fix the problem. The floor itself looks beautiful -- the quality of both the flooring and the padding is excellent. But what really makes me recommend Quantum Floors so highly is Nick. He is professional, proactive, and truly cares about his customers. While Quantum might not be the cheapest option compared to big-box or "fly-by-night" places, the honesty, service, and results are worth every penny. Shoutout to knowledgeable Julian in the store who showed me various replacement doors and quartz samples, Diane, who helped with design questions, Nelson, the company's owner, who brought samples to our home and accompanied me to look at quartz slabs and made fantastic suggestions (i.e., cabinet conversions to pullout drawers), Fernando, who reconfigured my plumbing to accommodate my new sink, Caesar and his crew, who removed my Corian countertops and backsplashes and installed my new quartz, "Mr. Magic", Eddie, who singlehandedly removed my old doors, converted cabinets to drawers, and built an additional pantry; each providing quality workmanship while always being meticulous. Nelson was on top of everything and responded immediately to my texts and phone calls. Signed the contract 7/29, was told work would begin 8/25. The quartz and plumbing were done 8/25-26, deconstruction and construction of cabinetry was done the following week and the entire project was completed in an extra 1/2 day. The quality of the replacement cabinet doors and drawers with soft close is beyond excellent and the newly built items are of superb craftsmanship. All members of the crew were friendly, trustworthy, wonderful to work with and cleaned up everyday so we could utilize the kitchen sink and live dust free. Nelson, the owner, stays on top of everything so the project is right on schedule. We liked him immediately. Love the beauty and quality of our new kitchen and highly recommend this business. You will enjoy working with them.
