Master Brick Pavers did a great job when it comes to extending my pavers, but when it comes to permitting and sealing they are lacking. After they finished installing my pavers they outsourced the sealing to another company. They came and sealed everything quickly and without issues. A month later I start noticing weeds popping up and several parts of my driveway and backyard. Sealing: Sealing pavers should prevent most weeds from growing due to the sealer going in between the cracks and hardening. I've had pavers sealed at least five times in previous homes by different companies and once by my own two hands. My parents have been sealing their pavers for at least 20 years. I even confirmed with neighbors in my same neighborhood and all of them said they either get no weeds or one or two pop up every few months. The neighbors sealed their home between a month and a year and a half ago. I found at least a dozen competitors websites in Broward county that say sealing prevents weeds. I contacted the company and they just kept giving me the runaround on the phone saying sealing pavers do not prevent weeds. Eventually several weeks later the owner showed up to take a look. All he did was give me the runaround and wasted 30 minutes of my time talking in circles. Everything I said in the previous paragraph in this review did not matter to him. We both also found an issue with a small part of the paver install that he said "This is shitty work". He also mentioned several times that he wanted to look at what I paid for the sealing After our conversation he left and never heard back from him or the company again. Not even for the paver install mistake or about his questions about payment. It's now been 3 months and weeds are growing several times faster and I'm out there at least every other day spraying for new weeds. When in the past I sprayed for a few weeds maybe once every 2 to 3 months. Wasted $1045 for sealing. Permits: Took about 5 months to get a permit which is not unusual right now due to the backup. But 2 to 3 months into getting the permit, the process got delayed because we had to fill out five more forms that they did not know about. They have done at least a dozen homes in my neighborhood in the last year and a half. So I don't understand how this happened. read more

had a horrible experience with them. they were recommended by my pool company when i wanted to expand the deck farther then the pool company did. (they were the ones that did the pool deck and did not have any issues at the time). i contacted them and asked that they just continue the same pavers out for more square footage. they said no problem, but they couldn't find the material. i told them were i sourced it out from and the price per foot that i was quoted. they purchased it from there but got a cheaper material that was half as thick as what i had already. i asked if it was going to be ok and they said yeah we will just raise up the fill a little bit so they match. they are the pros i went with it. after the install was done, everything looked good, until about day 4 when i had a dozen cracked pavers. i contacted them, sent emails and no one wanted to respond. they grabbed a few more pavers eventually to replace the cracked ones but by the time they got those there were another dozen cracked. i've called for a month straight and the owner won't get on the phone with me to say it is a satisfactory job, they are just ignoring me and hoping i go away. horrible customer service and don't seem to stand by there work. read more

From the first meeting with Beno, he had great ideas for the design of our driveway, walk way, back yard and and also the re-purposing of existing pavers on our property. We had three other quotes from paver companies and were impressed with the quote from Master Brick Pavers with the amount of work to be completed on our property. Beno personally stopped by with samples and once the contract was signed, the permit was completed and work began 3 weeks later. The job took three days and his crew arrived promptly each morning and were extremely hard working and professional. They cleaned up completely each day. They went above and beyond in giving us exactly what we wanted and we were very happy with the quality of workmanship.
